Claims (10)
- Verschalung, insbesondere zur Schalldämmung lärmproduzierender Einrichtungen, bestehend aus mehreren, mit einer Dämmung (6) versehenen, miteinander verbindbaren Wandteilen (1, 2), wobei die Verbindung zwischen den Wandteilen (1, 2) durch komplementär gestaltete Verformungen der Randbereiche der Wandteile (1, 2) gebildet ist, wodurch die Wandteile (1, 2) unter Bildung einer formschlüssigen Verbindung vorzugsweise werkzeuglos aneinanderfügbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Randbereich der Wandteile (1, 2) eine Verformung in Gestalt eines, in einer von der zu verschalenden Einrichtung wegweisenden Richtung offenen Profils und der gegenüberliegende Randbereich der Wandteile (1, 2) eine Verformung in Gestalt eines in dieses Profil einsteckbaren Profils aufweist, wobei die Verformungen der Randbereiche der Wandteile (1, 2) im wesentlichen innerhalb der Dicke (Y) der Wandteile (1, 2) samt Dämmung (6) liegen.
- Verschalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandteile (1, 2) aus Blechen aufgebaut und die Verformungen durch Falzungen gebildet sind.
- Verschalung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Randbereich der Wandteile (1, 2) eine Falzung mit einer nach außen offenen U-förmigen Gestalt und der gegenüberliegende Randbereich der Wandteile (1, 2) eine Falzung mit einer in Richtung des Wandteiles (1, 2) offenen U-förmigen Gestalt aufweist.
- Verschalung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Sicherung der Verbindungen der Wandteile (1, 2) Verbindungselemente, vorzugsweise Klemmen (15) mit U-förmigem Querschnitt mit einer offenen Weite entsprechend der doppelten Materialstärke der Wandteile (1, 2) sowie einer Breite entsprechend der Dicke (Y) der Wandteile (1, 2) samt Dämmung (6) abzüglich drei Wandstärken der Wandteile (1, 2) vorgesehen sind, welche an der Oberseite und/oder der Unterseite der Wandteile (1, 2) aufsteckbar sind.
- Verschalung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung der Wandteile (1, 2) durch Schrauben (14), Punktschweiß- oder Klebeverbindungen gesichert wird.
- Verschalung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest an Teilen der Verbindungen der Wandteile (1, 2) zusätzliche Dichtungen vorgesehen sind.
- Verschalung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein in sich geschlossenes Bodenprofil (4) mit vorzugsweise nach oben offenem U-förmigem Querschnitt am Boden (5) angeordnet ist, in welches die Wandteile (1, 2) einsteckbar sind und gegebenenfalls mit einem Gegenprofil (7) mit vorzugsweise nach unten offenem U-förmigem Querschnitt in ihrer Lage fixiert werden.
- Verschalung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein in sich geschlossenes Klemmprofil (9) mit vorzugsweise nach unten offenem U-förmigem Querschnitt mit einer Breite entsprechend der Dicke (Y) der Wandteile (1, 2) samt Dämmung (6) und Verbindung vorgesehen ist, welches auf die miteinander verbundenen Wandteile (1, 2) aufsteckbar ist.
- Verschalung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein allenfalls aus mehreren Elementen gebildeter, vorzugsweise mit einer Dämmung (6) versehener Deckel (3) vorgesehen ist, der auf die Wandteile (1, 2) aufsetzbar ist, und randseitige vorzugsweise mit einer Verformung, z.B. einer nach innen orientierten Doppelkantung versehen ist.
- Verschalung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Wandteil (1, 2) und/oder ein Deckel (3) eine Öffnung und/oder ein Sichtfenster aufweist.
