Definitions
- the invention relates to an auxiliary massage device, in particular a pulsating device Massage auxiliary device, which preferably the pulsation through the fingers through the fingertips of the masseur to the massaged Job transfers.
- US Pat. No. 3,623,481 describes a pulsating auxiliary massage device, the entire parts of which are attached to one or more fingers of the user.
- This auxiliary massage device is disadvantageous insofar as its entire weight rests on the hand or the corresponding fingers of the massage therapist and thereby significantly limits their freedom of movement. If we refer to one or the masseur in the following, this term naturally also includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists or other therapists.
- DE-195 20 376 was a fingertip massage device known in which the pulsation on the fingertips of the masseur the area to be massaged is transferred. This essentially becomes with a fingertip massage device that can be attached to the fingers of the masseur achieved that provided with one or more vibrators is that between the middle finger joints and the finger end joints the masseur can be attached.
- the vibrators are with oscillation motors equipped with a control device via flexible lines are connected.
- the control device is used to set the vibration frequency provided with an adjustment device, which in turn with as Potentiometers.
- the auxiliary massage device By dividing the auxiliary massage device into the actual vibrator on the one hand and by means of a fastening strap on the wrist of the masseur attachable control device, on the other hand, can Reduce the weight to be constantly moved by the masseur, nevertheless the weight of the vibrator is still on the fingertips of the Masseur. As a result, the vibrator is able to move the fingers to follow the masseur, but these are limited in two ways. On the one hand, the masseur's fingers are free to move limited by the presence of the vibrators with the oscillation motors, on the other hand, the masseur's fingers are by weight of the vibrator. This is disadvantageous as a result of this in particular the sensitivity of the fingertips is lost, and on the other hand, the fingers by the constantly moving weight of the Oscillating motors tire particularly quickly, which makes them sensitive the masseur is reduced again in the fingertips.
- the palpation is generally underestimated the affected parts of the body by touch.
- the palpation is not just there at the beginning of the treatment, but will alternate with the most varied Handles carried out again and again; it finds a kind of "physical Dialogue ", which requires a strong concentration of the masseur. Therefore It is particularly important that the vibrators on the one hand have freedom of movement not restrict the fingertips and on the other hand not to Contribute to fatigue of the masseur.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a generic Massager to create freedom of movement of the fingers, in particular the masseur's fingertips do not constrict and at the same time this relieves as much as possible.
- this task solved in that the drive for a vibrathode of this is separated and its drive movements by means of a flexible transmission means are transferable to the vibrathode.
- the fingers or fingertips are completely free of the components of the device that generate the pulsating movements
- the freedom of movement remains despite the use of the massage device the finger or fingertips are fully preserved.
- the drive and the control device form a structural unit which is attached to the body of the Massage therapist, preferably attachable to the arm.
- the drive is not from the mains, but from a battery
- the drive, the control device and the the battery that feeds the drive form a structural unit that is stationary can be arranged.
- a particularly inexpensive solution, that of a commercially available Component can be formed is achieved in that the jacket and the Wave form a kind of Bowden cable, the wave of the soul and the cloak corresponds to the outer part.
- a Cameras known wire triggers are used as a transmission medium.
- a structurally simple solution for the drive of the massage device results from the fact that it comprises a rotary motor, the rotational movements of which can be transferred to this by means of a movement transducer as pulsating movements directed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the shaft.
- the motion converter can have a gear transmission with a gear provided on one end face with an inclined surface, against which one end of the shaft rests in a force-fitting manner.
- the drive connection between the inclined surface of the gear and the Shaft can be non-positively achieved by a spring surrounding the shaft be at one end on a stop provided on the shaft and supported at the other end on the housing of the drive.
- the Sheath the shaft, a connector, preferably a screw connection intended.
- a simple solution for the vibrathode is achieved if this as formed at least one ring surrounding the fingers of the masseur is that by means of webs with part of the screw connection is connectable.
- a good transmission of the pulsating movements results from that the webs are elastic and preferably spring elements are formed.
- the Rotary motor and / or the gear transmission with several outlets be provided, each of the outlets with a flexible shaft in Drive connection is established.
- the vibrathode is a curved plate, which means an elastic intermediate piece connected to the jacket of the shaft is, the free end of the shaft is a plate-shaped approach can have, which is displaceable within a guide of the vibrathode is led.
- the flexible shaft can extend the movements Output shaft of the rotary motor form and its free end one on it Wear an eccentric flywheel.
- the wave in be stored in a chamber which is connected to the jacket of the shaft.
- connection between the jacket and the Chamber is detachable.
- this is Housing by means of a detachable connection, preferably by means of a Plug connection connected to the vibrathode.
- the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has one Housing 1 with a rotary motor 2, on its output shaft Gear 3 is arranged.
- the gear 3 meshes with a gear 4 the end face of which is an inclined surface 5, not shown in detail is provided.
- the rotary motor 2, the two gears 3 and 4 as well the inclined surface 5 form a motion transducer to turn from the Output shaft of the rotary motor 2 longitudinal oscillating movements to derive.
- the end of a flexible shaft 6 lies on the inclined surface 5 non-positively, the other end is designed as a clapper 7.
- the Shaft 6 is arranged within a jacket 8, one end of which on Housing 1 is attached.
- a screw connection 9 provided, one part 10 with the jacket 8 fixed connected is.
- two webs 12 are fastened, one as a ring 13 wear a trained vibrathode.
- the shaft 6 or its clapper 7 issued the Vibrathode on the flexible parts of the skin to be massaged acts like a membrane, pulsating movements.
- the aforementioned adhesion between the end of the shaft 6 and the Inclined surface 5, which also extends over half its circumference extending thread guide can be replaced by a shaft 6 surrounding compression spring 15, which is at one end on the housing 1 and at the other end against an attachment 16 provided on shaft 6 supports.
- the approach 16 thus forming an abutment for the compression spring 15 can achieve an adjustability of the force of the compression spring 15, for example also from one in the area of the end of the shaft 6 adjustable collar to be formed.
- the vibrathode corresponding to the thickness of the masseur's finger possible.
- the vibrathode can so that it is firmly on the finger of the
- the masseur is adapted on its underside for the proximal finger fold be a few millimeters wide, but take up a width at the top, which reaches the middle joint of the long finger.
- This preferred embodiment of the invention results in Contrary to known designs with eccentrics, one to the longitudinal axis the finger's parallel direction of vibration, making the massage longitudinal to the striated muscles as a current requirement in the physical Therapy enables.
- the variability due to different amplitudes also takes place by means of use Handling a device equipped with the invention. This is basically a question of the conductivity of the individual Fabric.
- the masseur can either apply an appropriate pressure exercise the grips, or an isotonic muscle tension in the concerned Arrange the body zone for the person to be massaged. The distance The vibrathode to the fingertips is from these points of view insignificant.
- the second embodiment of the invention shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4 essentially serves for the transmission of the longitudinal axis of the fingers transverse pulsating movements.
- one End of the shaft 6 with the elimination of the motion converter directly with the Output shaft of the rotary motor 2 connected while the other End of the shaft 6 protrudes into a chamber 21 and is supported therein.
- the Sheath 8 of the shaft 6 is at one end on the housing 1 and the other end on the Fixed outside of the chamber 21.
- a flywheel 22 is located on the shaft 6 within the chamber 21 attached, which is arranged eccentrically on the shaft 6.
- the shaft 6 is in the chamber 21 by one arranged in the region of its free end Washer 23, which may preferably be made of rubber, in the axial direction secured.
- the disk 23 essentially engages groove-like guide formed on a side wall of the chamber 21 is.
- the chamber essentially having a cylindrical cross section 21 is connected on its underside to a ring 24.
- This connection is preferably designed as a plug connection 25.
- the ring 24, which acts as a vibrathode can be seen, transmits the rotation of the shaft 6 through the eccentric Arrangement of the flywheel 22 resulting imbalance as a pulsating Movements on the fingers of the masseur.
- Fig. 1 is the use of both a flat, membrane-like embodiment (here on the middle finger) of the invention, as well as an embodiment shown with an eccentric (for the thumb).
- a flat, membrane-like embodiment here on the middle finger
- an eccentric for the thumb
- Such a setting would e.g. offer if free joints of the long fingers are required for massage grips are, but for the thumb as a free finger for more intense vibrations a larger amplitude is displayed.
- an inventive Device both from several flat designs, and also consist of several embodiments with an eccentric.
- the ring 13 with part 11 of the screw 9th connecting webs 12 rigid.
- the webs 12a are elastic and preferably formed by feathers.
- the end of the shaft 6 facing away from the rotary motor 2 is designed as a plate-shaped extension 30.
