Definitions
- the invention relates to an awning, such as an articulated arm awning or conservatory awning, comprising a roll-up awning cloth, which in at least one piping groove on a drop pipe by means of a Keders is set.
- the object of the invention is an awning of the type mentioned in such a way that there is no problem Tension compensation along the outer hems can be realized.
- This object is achieved in that adjacent to Fixing area of the awning fabric a deflection arrangement for extension or shortening the free cloth length is arranged.
- the deflection device advantageously comprises a welt groove with a Keder as well as a between the keder groove and the the keder groove serving for deflection extends radially away from the drop tube Spacer.
- the second keder groove which serves for the deflection, also has the advantage that they provide strain relief, especially in high tension conditions for the welt seam provided at the end of the awning fabric.
- the awning fabric is perforated, so that here the danger tearing of the cloth, which is due to the mentioned strain relief is prevented.
- the spacer between the drop tube and awning inserted that it is fixed by the fabric tension and accordingly no additional fastening devices are required.
- a plurality of spacer parts are different Keep size ready to be suitable for the individual case To be able to select a spacer.
- the awning shown in the drawing has one on a house wall or the like to be fastened support device 1, which with a Bearing plates 2, 3 rotatably mounted winding shaft 4 is provided.
- This Winding shaft 4 is rotatably drivable in a known manner, specifically according to Representation in Fig. 1 by means of a self-locking gear 5, which in turn can be driven via a crank rod 6 which can be hooked in or out.
- a self-locking gear 5 can be driven via a crank rod 6 which can be hooked in or out.
- the gear 5 with crank rod 6 can of course also - how generally known - an electric motor drive, a belt drive or the like are used.
- These articulated arms 9 are each divided in the middle and provided with a swivel joint 10 with a vertical axis.
- the articulated arms 9 are each with a similar pivot joint 11 on the corresponding device 8 and - not visible in the drawing - with a corresponding swivel joint is articulated on a drop pipe 12, so that the drop tube 12 in a common with the winding shaft 4 Plane can be moved, but no movements perpendicular to this Level can execute.
- a rectangular awning cloth 13 is attached, the due to the described rotations of the winding shaft 4 on this, can be handled by this.
- the awning cloth 13 is still in generally known manner set on the drop pipe 12.
- a piping is used to fix the awning fabric 13 to the drop tube 12 14, around which the end 15 of the awning fabric is sewn, and which is inserted into a keder groove 16 which serves for fixing.
- the awning fabric 13 Before the awning fabric 13 reaches the aforementioned welt groove 16, it enters a further keder groove 17, which on the drop tube 12 parallel to the Kedernut 16 runs at a short distance from this.
- a piping 18 is arranged around which the cloth 13 is deflected to then to arrive at the keder groove 16 serving for the determination.
