(57)【要約】 【課 題】降下管（１２）の少なくとも１つのひも溝
（１６）にひも状体（１４）を用いて固定されている巻
きつき可能な布を有する関節アーム式日除け又は冬園式
日除けのような日除けにおいて、張力の調整を行いそし
て側部縁の領域がたるんで垂れ下がるのを防ぐ。 【解決手段】日除け布（１３）の固定領域に隣接して、
布の自由長さを伸長又は短縮するための方向転換装置を
設ける。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、少なくとも降下管の溝
にひも状体を用いて固定されている巻き付き可能な布を
含む、関節アーム式日除け又は冬園式日除けのような日
除けに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】この種の日除け、特に冬園式日除けの場
合には、これに与えられている張力状態の為に、時々外
側の縁が下へ垂れ下がり、外見上不満足な状態になって
いる。降下部分が幅広い関節アーム式日除けの場合に
も、似たような問題が生ずる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の課題は、初め
に挙げたような種類の日除けを、外側の縁にそって張力
の調整を問題なく実現させるように構成することであ
る。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】前記の課題は、本発明に
より、日除け布の固定領域に隣接して、布の自由長さを
伸長又は短縮するための方向転換装置を配置することに
よって解決される。
【０００５】前記方向転換装置は、固定の用をなすひも
溝と方向転換の用をなすひも溝の間に、降下管から放射
状に伸びている間隔部材を含むのが有利である。換言す
ると、例えば降下管には従来通りの方法でひも溝が設け
られ、布の端に縫い込まれているひも状体により、布の
端を溝に固定する。
【０００６】日除け布が布軸から固定に寄与しているひ
も溝に達する前に、日除け布はその固定に寄与している
溝に平行にのびている１つの溝の中にあるひも状体の周
りで方向転換される。
【０００７】それによって、両方の溝の間の領域には、
１つ又は数個の間隔部材を差し込むことが可能であり、
その間隔部材は方向転換により効果的に布の長さとそれ
に応じた張力の調整を変化させ、または縁の領域がたる
んで垂れ下がるのを防止している。
【０００８】張力の調整を実現させる可能性とは別に、
方向転換に寄与している第２のひも溝は、特に高い張力
状態の場合、日除け布の端に設けられているひも状体の
縫い目に対し張力軽減機構を形成する利点がある。この
ひも状体の縫い目によって日除け布には穴があき、その
結果布がちぎれてしまうという危険があるが、この危険
は上記に述べた張力軽減機構によって防止される。
【０００９】間隔部材は、布の張力によって固定され、
それに応じて追加の固定装置を何ら必要としないように
有利な方法で、降下管と日除けの間に差し込まれてい
る。個々の場合にふさわしい間隔部材を選ぶことが出来
るように、異なった大きさの複数個の間隔部品を設けて
おくこともできる。

【実施例】以下に、有利な実施例を図により詳細に説明
する。図に示された日除けは、建物の外壁等に固定すべ
き保持装置１を有している。この保持装置は、軸受けプ
レート２、３に回転可能に装着された巻き軸４を備えて
いる。この巻き軸４は、図１に示すように、取り外し可
能なクランク棒６を介して駆動可能な自己制動式伝動装
置５により、周知の方法で回転駆動可能である。クラン
ク棒６を備える前記の伝動装置５の代りに、一般によく
知られている電動駆動装置、ベルト駆動装置等を組み込
むことも、もちろん可能である。さらに、保持装置１の
部材として、軸受けプレート２、３の間に横断面が正方
形である保持管７が取り付けられている。この保持管７
には、静止傾斜調節装置８を用いて、いわゆる鋏角型の
関節アーム９が取り付けられている。これらの関節アー
ム９は、各々その中央で分割されていて、垂直軸を有す
る旋回ジョイント１０を備えている。これらの関節アー
ム９は、それぞれ同様な旋回ジョイント１１により対応
する調節装置８に枢着され、そして図からは分からない
が、対応する旋回ジョイントにより降下管１２に枢着さ
れている。その結果、降下管１２は巻き軸４と同じ平面
内を移動させることが可能で、しかも面に垂直な動きは
起こり得ない。
【００１１】巻き軸４に長方形の日除け布１３を固定
し、この日除け布は巻き軸４の回転により巻き軸４に巻
き付けたり、これからほどいたりすることができる。さ
らに、日除け布１３は一般によく知られた方法で降下管
１２に固定される。この降下管１２に下へぶらさがる襞
飾りが固定される。
【００１２】降下管１２に日除け布１３を固定するの
に、ひも状体１４が使われる。このひも状体を囲んで日
除け布の端１５が縫合され、このひも状体は固定に寄与
している溝１６内に差し込まれている。
【００１３】日除け布１３は、上述の溝１６に達する前
に、降下管１２に溝１６からわずかに隔てた所にこの溝
１６に平行して走っている別の溝１７内に入る。溝１７
の中にひも状体１８が配置され、布１３がこのひも状体
１８の周りで方向を転換され、ついで固定に寄与してい
る溝１６に達する。
【００１４】図３から判るように、両方の溝１６、１７
の間にこれらに平行して丸い棒状の間隔部材１９が差し
込まれ、それによって布は布回転軸と降下管１２の間で
効果的に短縮される。その結果、垂れさがっている縁の
領域はこのようにしてぴんと張ることができ、従来の日
除けにおけるように、複雑な操作を必要としない。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 降下管（１２）の少なくとも１つのひも
    溝にひも状体を用いて固定されている巻き付け可能な布
    を含む、関節アーム式日除け又は冬園式日除けのような
    日除けにおいて、日除け布（１３）の固定領域に隣接し
    て、布の自由長さを伸長又は短縮するための方向転換装
    置が配置されていることを特徴とする日除け。
  2. 【請求項２】 方向転換装置がひも状体（１８）を備え
    たひも溝（１７）を有することを特徴とする、請求項１
    に記載の日除け。
  3. 【請求項３】 方向転換装置が、固定の用をなすひも溝
    （１６）と方向転換の用をなすひも溝（１７）の間に、
    降下管（１２）から放射状に伸びている間隔部材（１
    ９）を含むことを特徴とする、請求項２に記載の日除
    け。
  4. 【請求項４】 間隔部品（１９）が降下管（１２）と日
    除け布（１３）の間に差し込まれ、布の張力によって固
    定されることを特徴とする、請求項３に記載の日除け。
  5. 【請求項５】 限定された短縮の調整のために、異なっ
    た大きさの複数の間隔部品（１９）が設けられているこ
    とを特徴とする、請求項３に記載の日除け。
