Claims (7)
- Tuyau support de spirale dans un support de spirale pour la réalisation de spirales de fil électrique à partir d'une matière de fil globalement rectiligne insérée en continu, comprenant
une première zone entraínée en rotation d'une forme extérieure qui reçoit le tuyau d'insertion pour le fil,
ainsi qu'une zone ouverte s'y rattachant de la forme extérieure, qui inclut un canal spiralé de guidage du fil,
ce canal de guidage étant intégré sous forme d'une gouttière dans la surface extérieure d'un insert creux, et cet insert étant introduit en s'adaptant dans la zone s'ouvrant de la forme extérieure, et les forces centrifuges du fil étant absorbées par la surface intérieure de la forme extérieure,
caractérisé en ce que
le tuyau d'introduction (10) et l'insert (8) forment une unité de construction (11) qui est reliée de manière amovible à la forme extérieure (3),
et que cette unité de construction (11) et ainsi la surface d'attaque des forces centrifuges du fil (2b) peut se déplacer en fonction de l'usure localement limitée de la surface intérieure de la zone s'ouvrant (5) de la forme extérieure par rapport à celui-ci par un mouvement rotatif autour de l'axe longitudinal vers une zone non usée. - Tuyau support de spirale selon la revendication 1,
