Claims (17)
- Spannzwinge zum Andrücken eines ersten langgestreckten platten- oder stabförmigen Werkstücks (2) in seiner Längsrichtung gegen eine Anlagefläche (3) eines zweiten Werkstücks (4), umfassendein Haltegestell (5),ein seitlich an dem Haltegestell (5) angeordnetes und auf diesem vor- und zurückbewegbares Spannzeug (6) zum Erzeugen einer auf die Anlagefläche (3) des zweiten Werkstücks (4) übertragbaren Andruckkraft,wenigstens eine Gegenhalteeinrichtung (7) welche einen Spannbackenträger (8) umfaßt,zwei auf dem Spannbackenträger (8) drehgelagerte Spannbacken (11, 12) mit Spannflächen (13, 14), welche sich symmetrisch gegenüberliegend und parallel zueinander angeordnet sind, undzwei Drehlager (9, 10) für die Spannbacken (11, 12) bildende, auf dem Spannbackenträger (8) angeordnete Lagerbolzen (20, 21) mit je einem freien Ende, auf denen die eine Bohrung (18, 19) aufweisenden Spannbacken (11, 12) dreh- gelagert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Spannbackenträger in dem Bereich zwischen den Spannbacken (11, 12) eine Aussparung (8d) aufweist, die U-förmig ausgebildet ist,die Drehlagerung (9, 10) der Spannbacken (11, 12) ortsfest ist,die Spannflächen (13, 14) der Spannbacken (11, 12) spiralförmig verlaufen; unddie Spannbacken auf den Lagerbolzen kippbeweglich gelagert sind.
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkelbereich, über den sich die Spannflächen (13, 14) erstrecken, in gleich große Winkelschritte unterteilt sind, und daß die radialen Abstände von den Drehachsen (15, 16) zu den Spannflächen (13, 14) mit jedem Winkelschritt um den gleichen Betrag anwachsen.
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerbolzen (20, 21) zur Ermöglichung einer Kippbeweglichkeit der Spannbacken (11, 12) ballig ausgebildet sind.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je ein Sicherungselement (22, 23) zur Sicherung der Spannbacken (11, 12) gegen eine axiale Verschiebung auf den Lagerbolzen (20, 21) vorgesehen ist.
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungselemente (22, 23) als einzelne Bauteile in den Bereichen der freien Enden der Laberbolzen (20, 21) anbringbar sind.
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungselemente (22, 23) in den Spannbacken (11, 12) integriert sind.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannbacken (11, 12) mit einem Drehmoment zur Rückstellung in eine definierte Ausgangslage beaufschlagbar sind.
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drehmoment in Richtung des abnehmenden radialen Abstands zwischen den Spannflächen (13, 14) und den Drehachsen (15, 16) wirkt.
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Spannbacken (11, 12) zur Erzeugung des Drehmoments wenigstens je eine Feder (24, 25) zugeordnet ist.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Spannbacken (11, 12), welche den freien Ende der Lagerbolzen (20, 21) zugewandt sind, stirnseitig eine Anschrägung (26, 27) aufweisen.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannflächen (13, 14) der Spannbacken (11, 12) in ihrer Umfangsrichtung wenigstens je eine Nut (28, 29) aufweisen, mit welcher ein Werkstück (2), welches keine parallelen Seitenflächen aufweist, klemmbar ist.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannzeug (6) eine Schraubspindel (6a) aufweist, die in einem Muttergewinde (6b) eines Haltearms (6c) vor- und zurückschraubbar ist.
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltearm (6c) verschiebbar und an beliebigen Stellen arretierbar an dem Haltegestell (5) angeordnet ist.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Spannzeug (6) ein Hebelspanner (30) mit einer vor- und zurückbewegbaren Spannklaue (31) an dem Haltegestell (5) angeordnet ist.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an zwei Enden je eine Gegenhalteeinrichtung (7a, 7b) vorgesehen ist, und daß zwischen den Gegenhalteeinrichtungen (7a, 7b) ein gemeinsames Spannzeug (6) angeordnet ist, mit dem sie aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegbar sind.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an zwei Enden des Haltegestells (5) je eine Gegenhalteeinrichtung (7a, 7b) sowie ein Spannzeug (6) vorgesehen sind, daß das Haltegestell (5) wenigstens drei Haltearme (5a, 5b, 5c) aufweist, daß jede Gegenhalteeinrichtung (7a, 7b) sowie das Spannzeug (6) an je einem Haltearm (5a, 5b, 5c) angeordnet sind, und daß wenigstens die Haltearme (5a, 5b) mit den Gegenhalteeinrichtungen (7a, 7b) gegeneinander verschwenkbar sind.
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschwenkbaren Haltearme (5a, 5b) über ein Knotenelement lösbar arretierbar sind.
