Claims (17)
- Einrichtung zur An- und Abstellung von Druckwerkzylindern in Rotationsdruckmaschinen zum Bedrucken einer Materialbahn, wobei einer der Druckwerkzylinder in einem Druckwerk der Rotationsdruckmaschine stationär aufgenommen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mittels einer Stelleinheit (16, 17) für die Druckformzylinder (4, 7) der Druckeinheit (1) und einer Exzenterstelleinheit (27, 29, 31) für einen der Übertragungszylinder (5, 6) der Kontakt der Druckwerkzylinder (4, 5; 6, 7) im unteren und oberen Druckwerk (2, 3) jeweils herstellbar ist, ohne daß die Übertragungszylinder (5, 6) in Kontakt sind. - Einrichtung zur An- und Abstellung von Druckwerkzylindern gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der untere der Übertragungszylinder (6) in der Druckeinheit (1) stationär gelagert ist. - Einrichtung zur An- und Abstellung von Druckwerkzylinder gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stelleinheit (16, 17) die Plattenzylinder (4, 7) der Druckwerke (2, 3) von den Übertragungszylindern (5, 6) der Druckwerke (2, 3) abstellt. - Einrichtung zum An- und Abstellen von Druckwerkzylindern gemäß Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stelleinheit (16, 17) druckmittelbeaufschlagt ist. - Einrichtung zum An- und Abstellen von Druckwerkzylindern gemäß Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Druckmedium komprimierte Luft ist. - Einrichtung zum An- und Abstellen von Druckwerkzylindern gemäß Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Druckmedium Hydraulikfluid ist. - Einrichtung zum An- und Abstellen von Druckwerkzylindern gemäß Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stelleinheit (16, 17) elektromotorisch betätigbar ist. - Einrichtung zum An- und Abstellen von Druckwerkzylindern gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der verstellbare Übertragungszylinder (5) mittels der Exzenterstelleinheit (27, 29, 31) zur Erzeugung einer Durchlaßöffnung (9) vom stationären Übertragungszylinder (6) abstellbar ist. - Einrichtung zur An- und Abstellung von Druckwerkzylindern gemäß Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stellglied (27) mittels eines Übersetzungsglieds (29) durch die Stelleinheit (31) betätigbar ist. - Einrichtung zur An- und Abstellung von Druckwerkzylindern gemäß Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Widerlager (32) der Stelleinheit (31) an einer Seitenwand der Druckeinheit (1) aufgenommen ist. - Einrichtung zur An- und Abstellung von Druckwerkzylindern gemäß Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stellglied (27) auf einer Anschlagfläche (26) des Zylindersupports (24) wirkt. - Einrichtung zur An- und Abstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stelleinheit (31) pneumatisch beaufschlagt ist. - Einrichtung zur An- und Abstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stelleinheit (31) hydraulisch beaufschlagt ist. - Einrichtung zur An- und Abstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Übertragungszylinder (5, 6) mit hülsenförmigen, auswechselbaren Gummituchhülsen versehen sind. - Einrichtung zur An- und Abstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die bedienseitige Lagerung (22, 23) der Übertragungszylinder (5, 6) um eine Schwenkachse (21) zur seitlichen Zugängigkeit der Übertragungszylinder (5, 6) schwenkbar ist. - Einrichtung zur An- und Abstellung von Druckwerkzylindern nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem abstellbaren Übertragungszylinder (5) eine zusätzliche Halteeinheit (13, 14) zugeordnet ist, die diesen bei abgeschwenktem Tor (22) in abgestellter Position hält. - Einrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stelleinheit des Plattenzylinder und die Exzenterstelleinheit des Übertragungszylinders gemeinsam betätigt werden.
