Description
Im Unterschied zum bekannten Stand der Technik sind die Versteifungsringe nicht auf dem Metallmantel aufgeschweißt, sondern integrierter Bestandteil des Teilmantels selbst. Ein anderer Aspekt der Erfindung ist die Ausgestaltung und die Anordnung der Platte zur Befestigung der Tragzapfen. Im Mittelbereich weist sie einen Abstand zum Metallmantel auf und der obere und untere krempenartig ausgebildete Randbereich ist mit den Versteifungsringen verschweißt, wobei der Gefäßtragzapfen vorteilhaft nur mit der Platte verbunden wird und keinen unmittelbaren Kontakt zum Teilmantel hat.

Claims (6)
- Gefäß insbesondere Pfanne für metallurgische Zwecke zum Transport von schmelzflüssigen Metallen mit einem die hitzebeständige Auskleidung aufnehmenden, aus einzelnen rohrförmigen Schüssen (3-5) zusammengesetzten Metallmantel, der in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Versteifungsringe (6,7) aufweist und an dem zwei Gefäßtragzapfen (9,9') an der Außenseite gegenüberliegend angeordnet und mittels je einer mit den Versteifungsringen (6,7) verbundenen Platte (10,10') abgestützt sind, wobei je nach Größe der axialen Erstreckung des Gefäßes mehr als zwei Versteifungsringe (6,7) als integrierter Bestandteil des Metallmantels vorgesehen sind und der Mittelbereich der Platte (10, 10') einen geringen Abstand zum Metallmantel aufweist und der obere und untere krempenartig ausgebildete Randbereich (11, 12) der Platte (10, 10') mit den benachbart liegenden Versteifungsringen (6, 7) verbunden ist und der Gefäßtragzapfen (9, 9') sich von der Platte (10, 10') aus nur nach außen erstreckt.
- Gefäß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der dem Boden (2) näherliegende Versteifungsring (6) eine Dicke aufweist, die bis um den Faktor 4 und der dem Boden (2) weiter entfernt liegende zweite Versteifungsring (7) eine Dicke aufweist, die bis um den Faktor 6 größer ist als die des anschließenden Metallmantels (3, 4), wobei die Dicke des erstgenannten Versteifungsringes (6) gleich oder größer ist als die des zweiten (7). - Gefäß nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der untere krempenartige Randbereich (12) der Platte (10, 10') auf dem unteren Versteifungsring (6) und der obere krempenartige Randbereich (11) der Platte (10, 10') an der Unterseite des über dem Metallmantel (4) herauskragenden oberen Versteifungsringes (7) befestigt ist und zwar so, dass der mit der äußeren Mantelfläche des Versteifungsringes (7) bündig abschließt. - Gefäß nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Platte (10, 10') symmetrisch um den Zapfenbereich (9, 9') herum angeordnet Entlastungsausnehmungen (13-13"')aufweist. - Gefäß nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Gefäßrand mit einem Versteifungsring (8) versehen ist, der mit dem Metallmantel (5) verbunden, vorzugsweise verschweißt ist. - Gefäß nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass an dem oberen Versteifungsring (8) ein Deckelaufsatz (17) befestigt ist, der einen kegelstumpfartigen Querschnitt aufweist.
