Claims (7)
- Metallurgisches Gefäß, insbesondere Pfanne zum Transport von schmelzflüssigen Metallen, mit einem nach oben hin offenen Behälter, der einen eine feuerfeste Auskleidung (2) aufnehmenden Boden (3) und einen Metallmantel (1) aufweist und mit einem Tragwerk (14) versehen ist, das aus an der Außenseite des Metallmantels (1) angeordneter Tragmittel und zwei im parallelen Abstand zueinander liegender und in Umfangsrichtung verlaufender Tragringe (7, 8) und zwei einander gegenüberliegender Gefäßtragzapfen (9, 9') besteht, die sich auf einer mit den Tragringen (7, 8) verbundenen Platte (10, 10') abstützen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragringe (7, 8) zusammen mit den Platten (10, 10') und den Gefäßtragzapfen (9, 9') eine selbstständige Einheit bilden, die einen Abstand zur Außenseite (15) des Metallmantels (1) aufweist und mit Spiel zwischen den Tragmitteln angeordnet ist und im oberen Bereich des Metallmantels (1) mindestens zwei einander gegenüberliegende Pratzen (6) zur Aufnahme des Tragwerkes (14) fest angebracht sind und zur Abstützung der Unterseite des Tragwerkes (14) ein den Metallmantel (1) umgreifender de- und montierbarer Sicherungsring (11) vorgesehen ist. - Metallurgisches Gefäß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pratzen als ein den Metallmantel (1) umgreifender Ring ausgebildet sind. - Metallurgisches Gefäß nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring integraler Bestandteil des Metallmantels (1) ist. - Metallurgisches Gefäß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Metallmantel (1) ein Rohrschuß ist, in den der Boden (3) separat einlegbar ist. - Metallurgisches Gefäß nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Metallmantel ein Kegelstumpf ist mit einer obenliegenden größeren Deckfläche. - Metallurgisches Gefäß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Metallmantel aus einzelnen rohrförmigen Schüssen zusammengesetzt und mit einem als Kümpelteil geformten Boden verbunden ist - Metallurgisches Gefäß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Tragringen (7,8) des Tragwerkes (14) und den Pratzen (6) einerseits als auch dem Sicherungsring (11) andererseits ein isolierendes Mittel (12,13) angeordnet ist
