Claims (9)

  1. Courroie de pressage (10) pour une unité de pressage à sabot d'un dispositif de pressage réalisé sous forme de presse à pince allongée pour le traitement d'une nappe de matériau comme en particulier une nappe de papier ou de carton, dans une fente de pressage, comprenant des gorges (14) prévues dans la surface d'enveloppe extérieure (12), dont le fond est réalisé en forme de cercle partiel en section transversale et qui présentent des parois latérales (18) s'étendant au moins dans la direction périphérique de la courroie de pressage, caractérisée en ce que les parois latérales (18) sont pourvues dans la région de l'ouverture d'un biseau (20) dont la longueur d'arête (y) mesurée dans la direction de la profondeur des gorges vaut approximativement une à trois fois la longueur d'arête (x) mesurée dans la direction longitudinale et/ou possèdent une portion arrondie (20') s'étendant à la manière d'une ligne courbe, la longueur d'arête (y) de la portion arrondie mesurée dans la direction de la profondeur des gorges de préférence par rapport à une tangente appliqué à la portion arrondie (20') valant approximativement 1 à 3 fois la longueur d'arête (x) mesurée dans la direction longitudinale de préférence par rapport à la tangente, afin d'agir à l'encontre d'une réduction de volume se produisant lors de la sollicitation de pressage, et la longueur d'arête (y) du biseau (20) ou de la portion arrondie (20') mesurée dans la direction de la profondeur des gorges étant dimensionnée de telle sorte qu'entre le fond (22) d'une gorge respective (14) et le biseau (20) ou la portion arrondie (20') subsiste une portion de paroi cylindrique (24).
  2. Courroie de pressage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la longueur d'arête (y) du biseau (20) mesurée dans la direction de la profondeur des gorges vaut approximativement deux fois la longueur d'arête (x) mesurée dans la direction longitudinale.
  3. Courroie de pressage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la longueur d'arête (x) du biseau (20) mesurée dans la direction longitudinale est située dans une plage d'environ 0,1 mm à environ 0,3 mm et vaut de préférence environ 0,2 mm.
  4. Courroie de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la longueur d'arête (y) de la portion arrondie mesurée dans la direction de la profondeur des gorges, de préférence par rapport à une tangente appliquée contre la portion arrondie (20') vaut approximativement deux fois la longueur d'arête (x) mesurée dans la direction longitudinale, de préférence par rapport à la tangente.
  5. Courroie de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la longueur d'arête (x) de la portion arrondie mesurée dans la direction longitudinale de préférence par rapport à une tangente appliquée contre la portion arrondie (20') se situe dans une plage d'environ 0,1 mm à environ 0,3 mm et de préférence vaut environ 0,2 mm.
  6. Courroie de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la portion arrondie (20') s'étend suivant une ligne courbe qui correspond au moins approximativement à un arc de cercle.
  7. Courroie de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la portion arrondie (20') s'étend suivant une ligne courbe qui correspond au moins essentiellement à une développante.
  8. Courroie de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le biseau (20) ou la portion arrondie (20') est réalisé(e) sur le bord extérieur d'une gorge respective (14).
  9. Courroie de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le biseau (20) ou la portion arrondie (20') est réalisé(e) par rapport au bord extérieur d'une gorge respective (14) dans la direction de la profondeur des gorges de manière décalée vers l'intérieur et à distance (a) de celui-ci.
