Claims (5)
- Gewebe für Airbags, bestehend aus einem Filamentgarn, enthaltend grobe und feine thermoplastischen Filamente mit einem Gesamttiter zwischen 30 und 1000 dtex, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die groben Filamente des Filamentgarns einen Einzeltiter von 5 bis 14 dtex und die feinen Filamente einen Einzeltiter von 1,5 bis 5 dtex, aufweisen.
- Gewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die groben Filamente und die feinen Filamente des Garns in einem Verhältnis von 1 : 1 bis 1 :5 vermischt sind.
- Gewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filamente aus einem Polyamid, einem Polyester oder Polypropylen bestehen.
- Gewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Multifilamente mit 5-40 Knoten pro Meter luft verwirbelt sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung des Filamentgarns für die Gewebe nach den Ansprüchen 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Spinndüsen verwendet werden, bei denen die Bohrungen (11) für die groben Filamente und die Bohrungen (12) für die feinen Filamente alternierend angeordnet sind.
