Abstract
本发明涉及一种安全气囊,属于机械零配件技术领域。它包括有囊壁部,所述囊壁部由以下重量份数原料制备的材料经编织而成:线密度为200分特~250分特的纱线30份~40份、线密度为600分特~650分特的纱线30份~40份、热塑性聚酯10份~20份、聚氧亚胺基胺25份~35份、甘油1份~5份、乙二胺1份~5份、异氰酸酯1份~5份、明胶10份~15份、二氧化硫脲5份~10份以及硼酸1份~2份。本发明通过将两种不同线密度的纱线组合使用,以及加入甘油、乙二胺、异氰酸酯、明胶、二氧化硫脲以及硼酸来提高纱线的韧性,从而提高安全气囊承受压力的能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械零配件技术领域,尤其是一种安全气囊。
背景技术
安全气囊系统是一种被动安全性的保护系统,它与座椅安全带配合使用,可以为乘员提供有效的防撞保护,例如在汽车相撞时,汽车安全气囊可使头部受伤率减少25%,面部受伤率减少8 0%左右。其主要由安全气囊传感器、安全气囊及电子控制装置等组成;其中,安全气囊的大小、形状、漏气性能是确定安全气囊保护效果的重要因素,而现有的安全气囊一般由防裂性能好的聚酰胺织物制成,它是一种半硬的泡沫塑料,能承受压力有限,因此需要进行改进才能更加确保安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全气囊,它可以解决现有安全气囊承受压力有限的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它包括有囊壁部,所述囊壁部由以下重量份数原料制备的材料经编织而成:线密度为200分特~250分特的纱线30份~40份、线密度为600分特~650分特的纱线30份~40份、热塑性聚酯10份~20份、聚氧亚胺基胺25份~35份、甘油1份~5份、乙二胺1份~5份、异氰酸酯1份~5份、明胶10份~15份、二氧化硫脲5份~10份以及硼酸1份~2份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:安全气囊囊壁部编织用的所述材料的制备方法如下:
先在50℃~60℃下,将线密度为200分特~250分特的纱线、线密度为600分特~650分特的纱线、热塑性聚酯、聚氧亚胺基胺混合,并搅拌0.5小时~1小时;然后,再在100℃~120℃下,加入甘油、乙二胺、异氰酸酯,搅拌搅拌0.5小时~1小时;最后,再在50℃~60℃下,加入明胶、二氧化硫脲以及硼酸,搅拌搅拌0.5小时~1小时。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下显著效果:
本发明通过将两种不同线密度的纱线组合使用,以及加入甘油、乙二胺、异氰酸酯、明胶、二氧化硫脲以及硼酸来提高纱线的韧性,从而提高安全气囊承受压力的能力。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1——安全气囊
它包括有囊壁部,所述囊壁部由以下原料制备的材料经编织而成:线密度为250分特的纱线40份、线密度为650分特的纱线40份、热塑性聚酯20份、聚氧亚胺基胺35份、甘油5份、乙二胺5份、异氰酸酯5份、明胶15份、二氧化硫脲10份以及硼酸2份;
其中,上述安全气囊囊壁部编织用的所述材料的制备方法如下:
先在60℃下,将线密度为250分特的纱线、线密度为650分特的纱线、热塑性聚酯、聚氧亚胺基胺混合,并搅拌1小时;然后,再在120℃下,加入甘油、乙二胺、异氰酸酯,搅拌搅拌1小时;最后,再在60℃下,加入明胶、二氧化硫脲以及硼酸,搅拌搅拌1小时。
实施例2——安全气囊
它包括有囊壁部,所述囊壁部由以下重量份数原料制备的材料经编织而成:线密度为200分特的纱线30份、线密度为600分特的纱线30份、热塑性聚酯10份、聚氧亚胺基胺25份、甘油1份、乙二胺1份、异氰酸酯1份、明胶10份、二氧化硫脲5份以及硼酸1份;
其中,上述安全气囊囊壁部编织用的所述材料的制备方法如下:
先在50℃下,将线密度为200分特的纱线、线密度为600分特的纱线、热塑性聚酯、聚氧亚胺基胺混合,并搅拌0.5小时;然后,再在100℃下,加入甘油、乙二胺、异氰酸酯,搅拌搅拌0.5小时;最后,再在50℃下,加入明胶、二氧化硫脲以及硼酸,搅拌搅拌0.5小时。
实施例3——安全气囊
它包括有囊壁部,所述囊壁部由以下原料制备的材料经编织而成:线密度为220分特的纱线36份、线密度为630分特的纱线36份、热塑性聚酯15份、聚氧亚胺基胺30份、甘油4份、乙二胺4份、异氰酸酯3份、明胶12份、二氧化硫脲8份以及硼酸1.5份;
其中,上述安全气囊囊壁部编织用的所述材料的制备方法如下:
先在55℃下,将线密度为220分特的纱线、线密度为630分特的纱线、热塑性聚酯、聚氧亚胺基胺混合,并搅拌0.5小时;然后,再在110℃下,加入甘油、乙二胺、异氰酸酯,搅拌搅拌0.5小时;最后,再在55℃下,加入明胶、二氧化硫脲以及硼酸,搅拌搅拌0.5小时。
将上述实施例1~3所制得的安全气囊囊壁部的力学性能进行检测,其结果如表1。

1.一种安全气囊,包括有囊壁部,其特征在于所述囊壁部由以下重量份数原料制备的材料经编织而成:线密度为200分特~250分特的纱线30份~40份、线密度为600分特~650分特的纱线30份~40份、热塑性聚酯10份~20份、聚氧亚胺基胺25份~35份、甘油1份~5份、乙二胺1份~5份、异氰酸酯1份~5份、明胶10份~15份、二氧化硫脲5份~10份以及硼酸1份~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全气囊,其特征在于:安全气囊囊壁部编织用的所述材料的制备方法如下:
先在50℃~60℃下,将线密度为200分特~250分特的纱线、线密度为600分特~650分特的纱线、热塑性聚酯、聚氧亚胺基胺混合,并搅拌0.5小时~1小时;然后,再在100℃~120℃下,加入甘油、乙二胺、异氰酸酯,搅拌搅拌0.5小时~1小时;最后,再在50℃~60℃下,加入明胶、二氧化硫脲以及硼酸,搅拌搅拌0.5小时~1小时。
