Claims (32)
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen, miteinem Auflageelement (2; 202) für eine Papierrolle (50) undmehreren daran angeordneten Laufelementen (4; 204),die zum Abrollen in einer Laufschiene (60) bestimmt sind unddie jeweils in mehreren Richtungen abrollbar sind.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Gruppen von Laufelementen (4; 204) an zwei gegenüberliegenden äußeren Randbereichen des Auflageelementes (2; 202) angeordnet sind.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Gruppe von Laufelementen zwei voneinander beabstandete Laufelemente (4; 204) umfaßt.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Gruppe von Laufelementen mehr als zwei Laufelemente (4; 204) umfaßt, die voneinander gleichmäßig beabstandet in einer Reihe angeordnet sind.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite (21) des Auflageelementes (2), im Querschnitt gesehen, nach oben abgewinkelte Seitenteile umfaßt und die Laufelemente (4) an den äußeren Randbereichen dieser Seitenteile angeordnet sind.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest auf einer Längsseite des Auflageelemetes (2) eine sich zum Boden hin erstreckende, um eine horizontale Achse drehbare Rampe (11) vorgesehen ist.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Rampe (11) eine Lagerstelle (12) besitzt, an der sie am Transportwagen (1) lösbar auflegbar ist und an der sich die Rampe (11) drehen läßt, undein Teilstück (11a) der Rampe (11) über diese Lagerstelle (12) hinausragt und in eine Ausnehmung (6) in dem Auflageelement (2) einfügbar ist.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Mittelbereich des Auflageelementes (2; 202) ein Zentrierelement (5; 205) vorhanden ist, mit dem der Transportwagen (1; 201) unverschieblich fixierbar ist, gleichzeitig aber um seine Hochachse verdrehbar ist.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zentrierelement (5; 205) gefedert gelagert ist.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zentrierelement (5, 205) eine zum Boden hin gerichtete Kugelschale (205a) oder eine verschwenkbare, federbelastete Drehkalotte (37) umfaßt, die mit einem bodenseitigen Zentrierkugelabschnitt (35) zusammenwirkt.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zentrierelement einen Zentrierkugelabschnitt umfaßt, der mit einer bodenseitigen Zentrierkalotte zusammenwirkt.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach einem der Anspruch 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils ein Laufelement eine Laufkugel (4; 204) umfaßt.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufkugel (4; 204) in einer Schale auf einer Vielzahl von kleinen Kugeln gelagert ist.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auflagelement (202) ein Oberteil (206) und ein Unterteil (207) umfaßt, die um eine Hochachse gegeneinander verdrehbar sind.
- Papierrollen-Transportwagen nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (206) und das Unterteil (207) über ein Axialwälzlager (208) gegeneinander verdrehbar gelagert sind.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem, insbesondere zum Transport von Papierrollen in einer Druckerei, mit mehreren, ein Schienennetz bildenden Laufschienen (60), dieein im wesentlichen flaches Führungsprofil (61) zur Führung von Laufelementen (4; 204) eines Papierrollen-Transportwagens (1; 201) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche haben undan Kreuzungs- oder Abzweigungsstellen über feststehende Kreuzungselemente (30) mit darin ausgebildeten, den Führungsprofilen (61) in den Laufschienen (60) entsprechenden Führungsnuten (32), die einander schneiden, miteinander verbunden sind.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei zueinander parallel verlaufende, flache Führungsprofile in einer Laufschiene vorhanden sind.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei voneinander beabstandete Laufschienen (60) mit jeweils einem flachen Führungsprofil (61) vorhanden sind.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 16, 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Laufschiene (60) aus Stahl besteht.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 16, 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsprofil (61) in der Laufschiene (60) eine im wesentlichen V-Form besitzt, deren Profilflanken einen dem darin abrollenden Laufelement (4; 204) angepaßten Winkel von vorteilhafterweise 90-170° einschließen.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Mittelpunkt der sich kreuzenden Führungsprofile (32) in einem Kreuzungselement (30) ein Transportwagen-Zentrierelement (35) vorhanden ist.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Transportwagen-Zentrierelement einen über die Oberseite des Kreuzungselementes (30) herausstehenden Kugelabschnitt (35) umfaßt.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportwagen-Zentrierelement (35) in dem Kreuzungselement (30) anheb- und absenkbar angebracht ist.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich eine Dreh-Führungsnut (31) in dem Kreuzungselement (30) vorhanden ist,das einen Profilquerschnitt besitzt, der den geradlinigen Führungsnuten (32) in dem Kreuzungselement (30) entspricht, unddas in der Draufsicht auf das Kreuzungselement (30) einen Kreis beschreibt, der durch die Schnittpunkte der sich in dem Kreuzungselement (30) schneidenden geradlinigen Führungsnuten (32) geht.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 16 oder 21-24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kreuzungselement eine Stahlplatte (30) ist.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geradlinigen Führungsnuten (32) und die Dreh-Führungsnut (31) in der Kreuzungsplatte (30) eingefräst sind.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Schnittpunkten von den geradlinigen Führungsnuten (32) und der Dreh-Führungsnut (31) jeweils ein Stützelement (70) fest eingesetzt ist, das eine Führung der Lauflemente (4; 204) in dem Bereich, in dem die Führungsflanken der Führungsnuten nicht mehr vorhanden sind, ermöglicht.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (70) sich kreuzende Führungsrillen (71) aufweist, die gemäß den geradlinigen Führungsnuten (32) in der Kreuzungsplatte (30) ausgerichtet sind, aber eine geringere Tiefe und geringere Breite aufweisen.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zusatzelement mit zumindest einer Unterlegscheibe (75) unterlegt ist.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schienennetz gerade und kurvenförmige Laufschienenteile umfaßt.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsprofil durch separate, lösbar befestigte Verschleißbänder (60a) gebildet ist.
- Papierrollen-Transportsystem nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschleißbänder (60a) mittels eines doppelseitigen Klebebands auf den Laufschienen lösbar aufgeklebt sind.
