Claims (10)
- Stuhl mit:a) einem schwenkbarem Rückenteil (3,4) dessen Drehachse (D) einen hinteren Bereich auf der Sitzfläche mit Gesässauflage (G) definiert, indem sich ein Abschnitt (32) des Rahmens des Rückenteils (3,4) bis zur Drehachse (D) fortsetzt und dort in einer Scharnierverbindung (V) an den Sitzträger (2) angelenkt ist; undb) einem an einem Sitzträger (2) befestigten Polsterbezug (8), der sich von der Sitzfläche über die Drehachse (D) hinaus bis zum Rahmenteil (30) hinter der Gesässauflage (G) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassc) das schwenkbare Rückenteil aus einem in der Scharnierverbindung (V) angelenkten Rückenträger (3) und einem darüber zu befestigenden, bügelförmigen Rückenspanner (4) besteht, der in das Rückenteil des Polsterbezugs (8) einschiebbar ist; undd) der einstückige Polsterbezug (8) die Sitzfläche und das Rückenteil (3,4) überspannt, wobeie) der Rückenträger (3) einen Querholm (30) aufweist, an dem der Polsterbezug (8) befestigt ist und von dort auf das Rückenteil (3,4) übergeht.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) der Sitzträger (2) beiderseits zwei Auflageleisten (21) hat, die in der Verlängerung der daran angelenkten Arme (32) des Rückenträger (3) liegen; undb) auf diesen Auflageleisten (21) der Polsterbezug (8) befestigt ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) an der Hinterseite des Sitzträgers (2) mittig eine aufwärtsweisende Gasfeder (7) in einer Drehachse (D1) angelenkt ist, die sich zum Querholm (30) erstreckt und dort ebenfalls in einer Drehachse (D2) angelenkt ist; undb) im Bügelteil (20) unterhalb des nach oben bügelförmig offenen Sitzträgers (2) zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Schalthebel (16,17) zur Betätigung der für die Höhenverstellung und für die Schwenkbewegung vorgesehenen Federn (6,7) partiell eingebettet sind, wobeic) zuvorderst an einem Schalthebel (16) eine Nase (160) vorhanden ist, die direkt auf die Ventilstange (62) der Feder (6) wirkt, während am anderen Schalthebel (17) eine Nase (170) vorhanden ist, die auf einen Umlenkwinkel (73) wirkt, der eine feststehende Klinke (730) trägt, welche auf die Ventilstange (72) der anderen Feder (7) drückt.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bügelteil (20) eine am Boden mittig gelegene Bohrung (201) vorhanden ist, in der die Kopfpartie der Höhengasfeder (6) steckt, wobei die Nase (160) durch einen peripheren Durchbruch (202) an der Bohrung (201) in diese hineinragt.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Polsterbezug (8) im Bereich der Auflageleisten (21) Taschen vorgesehen sind, in die leistenförmige Sitzspanner (22) eingeschoben werden, wobei man die Sitzspanner (22) oben auf den Auflageleisten (21) befestigt.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Polsterbezug (8) nahe des Querholms (30) eine Verzweigung (82) hat, von der sich der Polsterbezug (8) weiter zum Rückenteil (3,4) erstreckt und ein streifenförmiger Überhang (83) abgeht, der zum Umschlagen um den Querholm (30) und zum Befestigen daran bestimmt ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Kante des Überhangs (83) Schlaufen vorhanden sind, in die man Spannbolzen (302) einsetzt, welche am Querholm (30) befestigt werden.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Querholm (30) eine längslaufende Nut (301) zur Aufnahme der Spannbolzen (302) vorhanden ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der im Polsterbezug (8) eingesteckte Rückenspanner (4) an Vertikalstützen (31) des Rückenträgers (3) anschraubbar ist.
- Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) im Polsterbezug (8) im Bereich der Vorderkante der Sitzfläche ein querverlaufender elastischer Sitzspanner (84) enthalten ist; undb) im Polsterbezug (8), zumindest nahe der Drehachse (D) längs dieser, eine alle Schichten des Polsterbezuges (8) durchdringende Verfestigungsnaht (85) vorhanden ist.
