Claims (8)
- Dispositif d'insertion de trame pour un métier à tisser à buses d'air comprenant, en intégrant le bloc principal de buses soufflantes, au moins au bloc de buses soufflantes disposé sur un battant de métier à tisser et pouvant se placer avec celui-ci, lequel présente au moins une buse soufflante individuelle, des appareils pour amener de l'air comprimé au bloc de buses soufflantes, auquel sont attribués un ou plusieurs blocs distributeurs disposés de façon fixe, lesquels contiennent chacun au moins une sortie, de laquelle l'air comprimé est amené à l'entrée de la buse soufflante individuelle au moyen d'une conduite sous pression flexible, caractérisé en ce que le ou les blocs distributeurs (10, 13, 16 ; 20 ; 24) entoure(nt) au moins partiellement le bloc principal de buses soufflantes (2) indépendamment de la position du battant de métier à tisser (5).
- Dispositif d'insertion de trame selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs blocs distributeurs (10, 13, 16) individuels sont présents, qui sont disposés à peu près en forme de L ou en forme de U autour du bloc principal de buses soufflantes (2).
- Dispositif d'insertion de trame selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les blocs distributeurs (10, 13, 16) individuels sont disposés dans un plan perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (6) du battant de métier à tisser (5).

- Dispositif d'insertion de trame selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bloc distributeur (24) comprend plusieurs éléments individuels reliés les uns aux autres et les sorties (26) sont disposées avec une répartition quelconque entre les éléments individuels.
- Dispositif d'insertion de trame selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque sortie (12, 15, 18 ; 22 ; 26) du bloc distributeur (10, 13, 16 ; 20 ; 24) est en liaison avec une vanne contrôlable.
- Dispositif d'insertion de trame selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les entrées (4) pour les buses soufflantes individuelles (3) du bloc principal de buses soufflantes (2) sont disposées réparties sur le pourtour du bloc principal de buses soufflantes.
