Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Zigarettenpackungen des Typs Weichbecher mit einem den Packungsinhalt als Becher umgebenden Zuschnitt (12) aus Papier oder dergleichen, der von einer fortlaufenden Materialbahn (22) abgetrennt wird, die mit Leimflächen (27, 28) aus Hot-Melt-Leim während der Förderbewegung der Materialbahn (22) versehen wird zur Verbindung von Faltlappen (18, 19; 20, 21) des Zuschnitts (12) miteinander, wobei nach dem Aushärten der an der Materialbahn (22) angebrachten Leimflächen (27, 28) Zuschnitte (12) von der Materialbahn (22) abgetrennt, um den Packungsinhalt herumgefaltet und die Leimflächen (27, 28) durch Wärme aktiviert werden, und wobei weiterhin eine Banderole (31) mittels Hot-Melt-Leim an der Packung befestigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Befestigung von Schenkeln (83, 84) der Banderole (31) an Vorderwand (13) und Rückwand (14) des Zuschnitts (12) Leimflächen (29, 30) aus Hot-Melt-Leim auf die Materialbahn (22) aufgebracht werden, nämlich in Bereichen von Vorderwand (13) und Rückwand (14) des Bechers, an denen die Schenkel (83, 84) nach Faltung der Banderole (31) anliegen und dass die Leimflächen (29, 30) nach Anbringen der Banderole (31) durch Kontaktwärme aktiviert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leimflächen (27) zum Verbinden von Seitenlappen (18, 19) einer Seitenwand (16) während des Faltens auf einem Faltdorn (55) eines Faltrevolvers (51) und danach durch Wärme aktiviert werden, vorzugsweise durch beheizte Faltorgane.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Boden-Leimflächen (28) zum Verbinden von Faltlappen - Längslappen (20, 21)-einer Bodenwand (17) während bzw. nach Faltung auf dem Faltdorn (55) durch Wärme aktiviert werden, vorzugsweise durch Anlage der gefalteten Bodenwand (17) an beheizten Stütz- bzw. Druckorganen.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Zigarettenpackungen des Typs Weichbecher mit einem von einer fortlaufenden Materialbahn (22) abtrennbaren Außenzuschnitt (12) aus Papier oder dergleichen, wobei der Außenzuschnitt (12) durch Klebung miteinander verbundene Faltlappen aufweist und in einem Faltaggregats faltbar ist, insbesondere im Bereich eines Faltrevolvers (51), wobei Faltorgane und/oder Stützorgane und/oder Führungsorgane und/oder Halterungen des Faltrevolvers (51) zur Aktivierung der Leimflächen aus Hot-Melt-Leim beheizbar sind, gekennzeichnet durch eine die Packungen (10) mindestens teilweise umgebende Halterung in welcher Banderolen-Leimflächen (29, 30) aus Hot-Melt-Leim zum Fixieren von Schenkeln (83, 84) einer Banderole (31), angeordnet im Bereich von Vorderwand (13) und Rückwand (14) des Außenzuschnitts (12), durch Wärme aktivierbar sind, wobei die Halterung insbesondere ein langgestrecktes, dem Querschnitt einer Packung (10) entsprechendes Trockenrohr (76) eines Trockenrevolvers (74) ist, und wobei Heizorgane bzw. Heizpatronen (85, 86) im Bereich von zu aktivierenden Leimflächen (29, 30) der Packungen (10) in Wandungen der Halterung angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je eine Heizpatrone (85, 86) in einem Rohrboden des Trockenrohrs (76) einerseits und in einer radial außenliegenden Außenwand (81) andererseits angeordnet sind, derart, dass nach Einschub einer Packung (10) in ein Trockenrohr (76) die Schenkel (83, 84) der Banderole (31) bzw. Banderolen-Leimflächen (29, 30) im Bereich der Heizpatronen (85, 86) positioniert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenzuschnitt (12) von einer Materialbahn (22) abtrennbar ist, die zur Verbindung von Faltlappen (18, 19; 20, 21) Leimflächen (27, 28) aus Hot-Melt-Leim aufweist und dass der Außenzuschnitt (12) um einen Faltdorn (55) faltbar ist, derart, dass einander überdeckende Seitenlappen (18, 19) zur Bildung einer Seitenwand (16) des Außenzuschnitts (12) entstehen, wobei mindestens ein außenliegender Seitenlappen (18) durch einen bewegbaren Falter (65) faltbar und dieser zur Aktivierung der Leimflächen (27) beheizt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine aus Faltlappen - Längslappen (20, 21) - gebildete Bodenwand (17) des Außenzuschnitts (12) durch ein Druckorgan, insbesondere eine Druckrolle (68) beaufschlagbar und diese (indirekt) beheizbar ist zur Aktivierung von Leimflächen (28) für die Verbindung von Faltlappen der Bodenwand (17).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus Faltlappen gebildete Bodenwand (17) an ortsfesten Druckorganen vorbeibewegbar ist, insbesondere an einem sich entlang der Bewegungsbahn der Packung (10) erstreckenden Druckstück (71), welches zur Aktivierung der Leimflächen (28) beheizbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenwand (17) des Außenzuschnitts (12) im Anschluss an die Aktivierung der Boden-Leimflächen (28) an einem unbeheizten, insbesondere gekühlten Stützorgan entlang bewegbar ist, vorzugsweise an einer der Bewegungsbahn der Packung (10) angepassten Druckplatte (73).
