Description
- mit einem Innengehäuse, aus welchem Innenanschlüsse durch eine Innen-Anschlußseite austreten,
- mit einem Außengehäuse, aus welchem Außenanschlüsse durch eine zur Innen-Anschlußseite entgegengesetzte Außen-Anschlußseite austreten, und
- mit flexiblen Verbindungsleitern, welche sich zwischen den jeweiligen Seitenwänden des Innengehäuse und des Außengehäuses erstrecken und die Innenanschlüsse mit jeweils zugehörigen Außenanschlüssen verbinden.
Claims (12)
- Schallreduziertes Relais miteinem Innengehäuse (1), aus welchem Innenanschlüsse (3) durch eine Innen-Anschlußseite (2) austreten,einem Außengehäuse (4,5), aus welchem Außenanschlüsse (7) durch eine zur Innen-Anschlußseite (2) entgegengesetzte Außen-Anschlußseite (6) austreten, undmit flexiblen Verbindungsleitern (8), welche sich zwischen den jeweiligen Seitenwänden des Innengehäuses (1) und des Außengehäuses (4,5) erstrecken und die Innenanschlüsse (3) mit jeweils zugehörigen Außenanschlüssen (7) verbinden,
- Relais nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenkappe (10) aus Elastomer besteht. - Relais nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsleiter (8) als Flachlitzen ausgebildet sind, deren Endabschnitte (8a,8b) zu Anschlußelementen verdichtet sind. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endabschnitte (8e) der Verbindungsleiter (8) im Bereich der offenen Seite der Zwischenkappe (10) in Durchführungen eines Dämpfungsrahmens (9) gehalten sind. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsleiter (8) im Bereich der Innen-Anschlußseite (2) geprägt, rechtwinkelig nach innen gebogen und mit den Innenanschlüssen (3) des Relais verbunden sind. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenkappe (10) nach innen vorspringende Rippen (14) aufweist, welche sich zwischen die Verbindungsleiter (8) erstrecken. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Außengehäuse eine Außenkappe (4) und einen Sockel (5) umfaßt und daß in dem Sockel (5) die Außenanschlüsse (7) gehalten sind. - Relais nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenanschlüsse (7) in dem Sockel verankert und mit den freien Endabschnitten (8b) der Verbindungsleiter (8) verbunden sind. - Relais nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenanschlüsse (7) im Bereich der Sockelinnenseite abgewinkelte Anschlußlappen (7a) aufweisen, auf denen die abgewinkelten Endabschnitte (8a) der Verbindungsleiter (8) flach aufliegend befestigt, vorzugsweise verschweißt, sind. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Innengehäuse (1) und dem Sockel (5) eine Dämpfungsplatte (13) aus elastischem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise einem Elastomer, in dem von den Endabschnitten (8a) der Verbindungsleiter (8) umschlossenen Bereich angeordnet ist. - Relais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Raum zwischen dem Außengehäuse (4,5) und der Zwischenkappe (10) weitere Bauelemente (15) angeordnet sind. - Relais nach Anspruch 7 und 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (5) in das Innere des Außengehäuses vorstehende Rippen (16) aufweist, welche mit Ausnehmungen (17) zur Halterung der zusätzlichen Bauelemente (15) versehen sind.
