  • WO 96/23124 shows a height-adjustable Loading tape for window or door shutters.
  • a band sleeve there is a rotatably mounted band bush. Internally the band sleeve is still an intermediately stored Adjusting bush.
  • a cap is present, the one Function of the cover of the band sleeve upwards fulfilled. By This cap can through the adjustment with a Tool to be twisted and lifts the band sleeve Twist on a thread of the tape socket.
  • the structure has a multi-layered arrangement of different caps and jacks on.
  • the invention is based on the object a door or window hinge with the features mentioned to improve so that in a simple way a height adjustment of a possibly very heavy Door or a window sash is possible, the tape should be further expandable for multi-part wing bands.
  • This arrangement is characterized by a particularly simple construction. There will not be multiple caps or jacks pushed over each other and attached to each other, but it is only a verFDformschlüssiger assembly of Swivel bearing axle with the first axle bush needed and the Drehverstellstoff are located on the pivot bearing axis. By turning the pivot bearing axle, the outside easily With a tool is possible, the height adjustment of the Bandes be achieved with a relatively small amount of force. The entire construction is compact and easy to assemble. Because the Drehverstellstoff in the pivot bearing axis are easily incorporated, a multi-part structure, i. a construction with e.g. three band parts possible. This gives a good grip even for heavy wings, e.g. at Fire doors or large windows.
  • the tape can be formed so that the assembly the pivot bearing axis and the first axle of the rempligelbandes a plugging the pivot bearing axis through the first axle bush in a second axle bushing of the frame band until it is against a stop.
  • This simple assembly of Swivel bearing axle and axle bush, the essential parts for the height adjustment of the frame band is very much helpful, especially when mounting heavy wings. He also allows a simple expansion and a simple adjustment.
  • the parts needed for assembly can be used due to the insertion mechanism in be made in a similar form each band part. This means an economical production method.

  • the inner circular recess is a hexagon recess into which an Allen key can be plugged when the cap 28 is removed is. A twist of such a key leads to a corresponding rotation of the pivot bearing axis 13 and is transferred to the first Achsbuchse 15 with an insert 19.
  • the insert 19 is a curved leaf spring, the two facing ends 19 '' has. These Ends 19 '' are widened according to Figure 2 and engage in a Undercut 15 '' 'a T-shaped bushing recess 15 '. This bushing recess 15 'is vertically open at the top. Of the Installation of the leaf spring is such that it passes through from above the open end of the bushing recess 15 'is inserted, until it touches the end of this recess. She can then not fall out radially, because the widened ends 19 '' prevent this. The same applies to that in Fig.3 illustrated insert part 19, which has the shape of a corrugated Leaf spring has.
  • the AchsausANSung 13 ' is in the axial direction substantially arched so that their curvature of the envelope of the Spring forming corresponds.
