Definitions
- the invention relates to a door or window hinge, with a frame band and a wing band, which means a pivot bearing axis are hinged together, with a threaded part surrounding the pivot bearing axis, the is supported load-bearing on the frame band and with a wing band loaded first axle bush in threaded engagement stands, which is acted upon by Drehverstellstoffn, wherein the pivot bearing axis with the Drehverstellstoffn fitted and with the first axle bushing torsionally form-locking assembled.
- WO 96/23124 shows a height-adjustable Loading tape for window or door shutters.
- a band sleeve there is a rotatably mounted band bush. Internally the band sleeve is still an intermediately stored Adjusting bush.
- a cap is present, the one Function of the cover of the band sleeve upwards fulfilled. By This cap can through the adjustment with a Tool to be twisted and lifts the band sleeve Twist on a thread of the tape socket.
- the structure has a multi-layered arrangement of different caps and jacks on.
- the invention is based on the object a door or window hinge with the features mentioned to improve so that in a simple way a height adjustment of a possibly very heavy Door or a window sash is possible, the tape should be further expandable for multi-part wing bands.
- This arrangement is characterized by a particularly simple construction. There will not be multiple caps or jacks pushed over each other and attached to each other, but it is only a verFDformschlüssiger assembly of Swivel bearing axle with the first axle bush needed and the Drehverstellstoff are located on the pivot bearing axis. By turning the pivot bearing axle, the outside easily With a tool is possible, the height adjustment of the Bandes be achieved with a relatively small amount of force. The entire construction is compact and easy to assemble. Because the Drehverstellstoff in the pivot bearing axis are easily incorporated, a multi-part structure, i. a construction with e.g. three band parts possible. This gives a good grip even for heavy wings, e.g. at Fire doors or large windows.
- the tape can be formed so that the assembly the pivot bearing axis and the first axle of the rempligelbandes a plugging the pivot bearing axis through the first axle bush in a second axle bushing of the frame band until it is against a stop.
- This simple assembly of Swivel bearing axle and axle bush, the essential parts for the height adjustment of the frame band is very much helpful, especially when mounting heavy wings. He also allows a simple expansion and a simple adjustment.
- the parts needed for assembly can be used due to the insertion mechanism in be made in a similar form each band part. This means an economical production method.
- the insert is characterized by a minimal Game applicable. It allows a direct, namely free space Power transmission without delay.
- the Achsaus Principleung in axial direction an engaging outer circumference of the first Achsbuchse or the insert is adapted.
- An impression on the first axle bush or an inserted insert cause a better Verwindformschluß, the more large contact surfaces provides the recess in the axis, i. Is extended as far as possible in the axial direction.
- the power transmission is improved by this arrangement.
- the arrangement is more stable.
- the insert part by axially parallel insertion into the first axis socket be installed without friction.
- the insert part is a curved or wavy leaf spring is that with its curvature or with its waves in which the Enveloping the spring molding according to arched recess intervenes.
- the leaf spring allows a good positive and non-positive connection of the pivot bearing axis is ensured to the axle. manufacturing tolerances the recesses can be compensated.
- the leaf spring allows an additional stop or a backup of Axle bush also axially relative to the pivot bearing axis.
- the leaf spring widened two Has ends that are in an undercut of a T-shaped Engage socket recess. By intervention in the undercut is a secure hold of the leaf spring guaranteed.
- the leaf spring is fixed radially positive held. Turning the pivot bearings does not cause a shift the leaf spring.
- the leaf spring can with the first Achsbuchse be assembled as a unit captive even if the pivot bearing axis is not installed yet.
- first Achsbuchse an eccentric Bearing axis bore owns, and the T-shaped Buchsausinstituung at the radially strongest point of the first Achsbuchse lies.
- An eccentric hole in the first Axle bushing for the pivot bearing axis allows lateral adjustment. Due to the eccentric arrangement results radially a different thickness of the first axle bushing. This allows the T-shaped bushing recess for the Use of the insert at a very stable location first axle can be arranged. It can different sized bushing recesses incorporated Be that a use of different sized inserts or leaf springs allow.
- the arrangement at the radially strongest point means the least possible Weakening the axle bush.
- a development of the invention provides that the threaded part with an external thread of the first axle bush in Intervention is.
- the first axle bushing be comparatively long and thus for a provide radial large-area support of the pivot bearing axis.
- the threaded part in a simple manner with it surrounding portion of a belt body torsionally fit get connected.
- the threaded part has comparatively large Radii, so that accordingly low surface pressures in the area of the threaded engagement with the axle bushing and at give his further axial support.
- the threaded part on a Bearing ring is supported, which rests on the frame band and the threaded part with an annular projection within the first Axle bushing surrounds.
- the bearing ring is at a rotation of the wing a very Low-friction movement possible by rotation of the bearing ring.
- the annular projection ensures a radial form fit and a secure fit of the bearing ring. Because the ring protrusion is within the band body, it is from the outside not visible and guaranteed the wing band or the band body a respectable impression.
- the bearing ring allows furthermore, that even with an eccentric setting the pivot bearing axis by turning the Achsbuchse no Reduction of the support is given on the frame band.
- the band body of the Wing band axle insertion side with a recess is provided, the one for receiving the threaded part required recess corresponds, and with a the first Achsbuchse radially supporting filler is filled. Because the recesses at the ends of the first axle bushing Match each other, the wing hinge for right stop be used as well as for left stop.
- the Filler gives a radially secure hold above the rotationally positive connection of the pivot axis with the first axle bush.
- the illustrated exemplary embodiment is a three-part one Door hinge, consisting essentially of a wing strap 12, by means of a pivot bearing axis 13 articulated with two Frame bands 11 is connected.
- the wing band 12 is with an example shown fastening screw 16 attached to a not shown wing of the door and has further attachment points 16 'on.
- the frame bands 11 are each on a non-illustrated frame of the door attached, for example, at the specified attachment points 11 '.
- the wing band 12 has a sleeve-like band body 12 ', in which a pivot bearing axis 13 radially supporting first Achsbuchse 15 is located.
- Second axle bushings 23rd are conventional trained to meet the demands placed on them in terms of load capacity and ease of movement have to suffice. They consist for example of plastic or cast metal.
- first axle bushing 15 is provided with an eccentric bearing axis bore 15 IV , in which therefore the bushing axis 25 is arranged eccentrically to the longitudinal axis 27 of the pivot bearing axis 13 by the distance shown.
- This ensures that upon rotation of the first Achsbuchse 15 by 180 degrees, a corresponding displacement of the pivot bearing axis 13, for the purpose of lateral adjustment of the wing, with which the wing can be aligned within the frame.
- the second axle bushings 23 must be adjusted accordingly, which also have eccentric bearing axis holes.
- first and second Achsbuchsen 15,23 are rotated by 90 degrees, results in a corresponding combined side and Antikver ein with Andruckerhöhung or pressure reduction, depending on the setting direction.
- the respective position of the first and second axle bushings 15, 23 is secured against unintentional rotation.
- end caps 28, which engage with projections (not shown in detail) in outer recesses 29 of the first and second axle bushings 15,23 and at the same time in inner recesses 30 of the belt bodies 26, are formed as longitudinally passing and facing grooves whose common cross-section is filled by the mentioned cap projections, so that a rotation of the first and second axle bushings 15,23 is not possible without the caps 28 to be removed before.
- the transmitted from the wing on the wing band 12 load is transmitted to the first Achsbuchse 15 with the tape body 12 '.
- the band body 12 ' has an annular Support surface 31, which on a corresponding annular support surface a ring projection 32 rests, which is the support surface 31 is under attack.
- the support surface 31 In the area of the support surface 31 are interlocking on the projection 32 and on the band body 12 ' Not shown coupling agent available, the an unintentional twisting of the band body 12 'relative to prevent first axle 15.
- Such coupling agents are for example, cams of the projection 32 and this cam adapted recesses of the band body 12 '.
- the first Achsbuchse 15 is provided below the projection 32 at its outer periphery with an external thread 15 V , which engages in an internal thread of a threaded part 14.
- the threaded portion 14 thus surrounds the lower end of the first axle sleeve 15 and the pivot bearing axis 13.
- the threaded portion 14 is supported on a bearing ring 20 which rests on the frame band 11.
- the bearing ring 20 has an annular projection 20 which engages around the threaded portion 14 outside, but is disposed within the band body 12 ', so that there is a corresponding seal of the threaded portion.
- the bearing ring 20 lines the joint between the lower end of the band body 12 'and the upper end of the band body 26 of the lower frame band 11.
- a sealing ring 22 a joint between the upper end of the first Achsbuchse 15 and the lower end of the belt body 26th of the upper frame band 11.
- both rings 20,22 is the pivot bearing axis 13 in a slot 20 '' and 22 ', so that corresponding space for adjusting the pivot bearing axis 13 is available when the first and second Achsbuchsen 15, 23 for adjustment the wing position are rotated because the rings 20,22 radially form-fitting in their band bodies 12 ', 26 are arranged.
- the illustrated three-part band is mainly for larger wing loads thought. Despite such larger wing loads the wing must be easy to pivot, so without that in the area of the tape larger storage or Frictional forces arise. These can be especially at the load transfer point the wing band 12 to the frame band 11 occur So on the bottom of the bearing ring 20. To here To avoid greater frictional resistance is the lower frame band 11 wing band side provided with a rolling bearing 33, which in turn is supported on the second axle sleeve 23, which in turn with a support projection 34 on a Abstützring constitutional 35 of the belt body 26 rests.
- the upper frame band 11 is the lower frame band eleventh trained accordingly to the rolling bearing. It transmits no axial forces, but serves exclusively the Radial support of the pivot bearing axis 13. This is the Upper frame band 11 as far away axially from the wing band 12 struck that the apparent from Fig.1 distance between the second axle sleeve 23 and the sealing ring 22 results. The distance is such that a height adjustment the sash band 12 is not obstructed.
- the illustrated Arrangement of the second axle sleeve 23 at the upper end the pivot bearing axis is secured in a manner not shown, e.g. with a grub screw, the second Achsbuchse 23 on the belt body 26 determines.
- the threaded engagement between the first axle 15 and the threaded portion 14 opens the possibility of a height adjustment to effect with the help of the pivot bearing axis 13.
- a rotational adjustment of the first Achsbuchse 15 causes the first axle sleeve 15 depending on the direction of rotation within of the threaded portion 14 raises or lowers, the Threaded part 14 with the band body 12 'rotationally connected is, e.g. with the illustrated projections 14 ', which in corresponding axially parallel grooves of a recess 12 '' 'intervene, which receives the threaded part 14.
- the first axle bushing 15 can the verfitformschlüssige Connection between its projection 32 and the Supporting surface 31 of the belt body 12 'to be overcome.
- the inner circular recess is a hexagon recess into which an Allen key can be plugged when the cap 28 is removed is. A twist of such a key leads to a corresponding rotation of the pivot bearing axis 13 and is transferred to the first Achsbuchse 15 with an insert 19.
- the insert 19 is a curved leaf spring, the two facing ends 19 '' has. These Ends 19 '' are widened according to Figure 2 and engage in a Undercut 15 '' 'a T-shaped bushing recess 15 '. This bushing recess 15 'is vertically open at the top. Of the Installation of the leaf spring is such that it passes through from above the open end of the bushing recess 15 'is inserted, until it touches the end of this recess. She can then not fall out radially, because the widened ends 19 '' prevent this. The same applies to that in Fig.3 illustrated insert part 19, which has the shape of a corrugated Leaf spring has.
- the AchsausANSung 13 ' is in the axial direction substantially arched so that their curvature of the envelope of the Spring forming corresponds.
- the tolerances can be designed in this way be that the leaf spring radially compressed slightly becomes. It results in a correspondingly tighter Seat of the pivot bearing axis 13 in the first axle box 15th
- the assembly of the pivot bearing axis 13 with the wing band 12 is such that it is inserted through the bearing axis bore of the upper frame band in the bearing axis bore 15 IV of the first axle sleeve 15 and thereby advanced until the leaf spring in the socket recess 15 'engages.
- An expansion of the pivot bearing axis 13 accordingly takes place by overcoming the locking force of the leaf spring in the opposite axial direction, unless it is pulled out with.
- Fig.1 is in the lower frame band 11 of the stop 24 in the form of a ring projection of second axle sleeve 23 shown.
- the insert 19 can serve as a stop means.
- a rigid insert is used, for example a Adjusting spring.
- the pivot bearing axis 13 however slit all the way to its lower end be, so that the pivot bearing axis 13 with its slot over the rigid key can be pushed.
- the wing band 12 is for both legal and for Formed left stop. This is done by simply turning achieved, in which case the to receive the threaded part 14th serving recess 12 '' 'comes to rest above. on the other hand If the recess 12 "shown at the top in FIG. 1 comes to the bottom lie and can embrace the threaded portion 14, since they as well is formed, as the recess 12 '' '. So that the radial support the pivot bearing axis 13 guaranteed in any case is, the respective top recess 12 '' or 12 '' 'provided with a filler 21, which is the radial Support between the first Achsbuchse 15 and the Band body 12 'ensures, as well as the axial support the sealing ring 22nd
- the pivot bearing axis 13 points centrally to the wing band 12 a constriction 36, with the rotation of the pivot bearing axis 13 during assembly with the wing band 12 before the Engaging the leaf spring is facilitated. Also attacks in this constriction 36 a transverse pin to secure the axial position the pivot bearing axis 13.
- Fig.2 is shown as the wing band 12 and a Frame strap 11 with mounting screws 16 for attachment are formed on a frame.
- the fixing screws 16 each engage in a mounting nut 37, with Guide means 38 for rod guide behind a borehole is formed of the frame into which the wing band 12 and the Frame band 11 each engage with centering 39.
- a Cover 40 is from the frame side with a Fixing screw 41 attached to the wing band 12, namely from the back of the wing band 12 ago, so that they only at opened door can be removed, thereby preventing is that the fastening screws 16 when closed Door leaves can be unscrewed.
