Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum linksseitigen Vernähen von aus Futterstoff (1) und Deckstoff (2) bestehenden Krawattenspitzen, mit einer Basisplatte (3) und einer Deckstoffüberschußfixiereinrichtung (7), gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination folgender Merkmale:1) es ist eine Basisplatte (3) vorgesehen, die einen durchgehenden Nähschlitz (4) in Form einer aus zwei Spitzennähten und zwei Seitennähten bestehenden, der Krawattenspitze entsprechenden Kontur aufweist, wobei die den Spitzennähten entsprechenden Nähschlitzbereiche jeweils mit den angrenzenden, den Seitennähten entsprechenden Nähschlitzbereichen überkreuzend ausgebildet sind,2) oberhalb der Basisplatte (3) ist die Deckstoffüberschußfixiereinrichtung (7) angeordnet und3) die Deckstoffüberschußfixiereinrichtung (7) weist mittels eines Betätigungselementes (13) insbesondere über eine Übertragungseinrichtung in ihrer Position in Richtung der Krawattenspitze jeweils schräg nach außen bewegbare Deckstofffixierelemente (11) auf.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Basisplatte (3) in Richtung der Krawattenspitze vor dem Nähschlitz (4) wenigstens ein Anschlag (14) vorgesehen ist und daß die Basisplatte (3) und der/die Anschlag/Anschläge (14) relativ zueinander entlang der Längsachse der Basisplatte (3) beweglich sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der/die Anschlag/Anschläge (14) entlang des Nähschlitzes (4) angeordnet ist/sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basisplatte (3) Ankopplungselemente (5) z. B. zur Anbindung an eine Transporteinrichtung oder eine insbesondere automatische Näheinrichtung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basisplatte (3) oberseitig einen Reibbelag (6) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckstofffixierelemente (11) unterseitig einen Reibbelag (12) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest der dem Krawattenspitzenbereich zugewandte Abschnitt (7a) der Deckstoffüberschußfixiereinrichtung (7) gelenkig hochklappbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckstofffixierelemente (11) jeweils so ausgebildet sind, daß sie bei direkt benachbarter Position innerhalb des durch die den Seitennähten entsprechenden Bereiche des Nähschlitzes (4) umgebenen Bereichs liegen, eine an die entsprechende Seitennaht angepaßte Außenform aufweisen und sich seitlich über die den Seitennähten entsprechenden Bereiche des Nähschlitzes (4) erstrecken und entsprechende Seitennahtnähschlitzaussparungen (11a) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitennahtnähschlitzaussparungen (11a) in der dem Krawattenspitzenbereich entgegengesetzten Richtung zumindest um den Hub der Deckstofffixierelemente (11) weiter reichen als die den Seitennähten entsprechenden Bereiche des Nähschlitzes (4) in der Basisplatte (3).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übertragungseinrichtung ein Betätigungselement (13) aufweist, welches so angeordnet ist, daß es in der Position, in der die Deckstofffixierelemente (11) eine direkt benachbarte Position einnehmen, in einem einrastenden Zustand ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übertragungseinrichtung eine Trägerplatte (9) und ein plattenförmiges, Führungsschlitze, Führungsnuten oder dergleichen aufweisendes, durch das Betätigungselement (13) entlang der Längsachse der Trägerplatte (9) bewegbares, mittels Übertragungsstiften (10) oder dergleichen bei Bewegung die Deckstofffixierelemente (11) verschiebendes Übertragungselement (A) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerplatte (9) in Richtung der Krawattenspitze jeweils schräg nach außen weisende Führungsschlitze (9a), Führungsnuten oder dergleichen und Übertragungsstifte (10) oder dergleichen zur geführten Bewegung der Deckstofffixierelemente (11) bei Verschiebung des Übertragungselementes (A)aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in Richtung der Krawattenspitze vor dem Nähschlitz (4) liegende Bereich der Basisplatte (3) beweglich ausgebildet ist, insbesondere gelenkig an dem restlichen Teil der Basisplatte (3) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Basisplatte (3) und den Deckstofffixierelementen (11) eine Trennplatte vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennplatte als Etiketteneinlegevorrichtung dient.
