Claims (12)
- Sicherheitsschalter mita) einem Schaltergehäuse (1; 101),b) wenigstens einem Schlüsselkanal (3, 5; 105) im Schaltergehäuse (1; 101), in den von außen ein Schlüssel (7; 107) einführbar ist,c) einer Steuerscheibe (9; 109), die in den Schlüsselkanal (3, 5; 105) ragt und sich beim Einführen des Schlüssels (7; 107) dreht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,d) daß Mittel (15, 19, 25; 119, 127) zum Fixieren der Steuerscheibe (9; 109) bei vollständig eingeführtem Schlüssel (7; 107) vorgesehen sind,e) daß die Mittel (15, 19, 25; 119, 127) die Steuerscheibe (9; 109) bereits fixieren, bevor der Schlüssel (7; 107) vollständig eingeführt ist, undf) daß der Schlüssel (7; 107) bei fixierter Steuerscheibe (9; 109) tiefer in den Schlüsselkanal (3, 5; 105) einführbar ist in der Art eines Nachlaufes. - Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (15, 25) zum Fixieren die Steuerscheibe (9) auch bei nicht eingeführtem Schlüssel (7) fixieren.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Mittel zum Fixieren die Steuerscheibe (9; 109) wenigstens eine Ausnehmung (19; 119) aufweist, die mit einem relativ zur Steuerscheibe (9; 109) beweglichen Sperrelement (25; 127) zusammenwirkt.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (25; 127) in radialer Richtung, bezogen auf die Steuerscheibe (9; 109), federkraftbelastet an der Steuerscheibe (9; 109) anliegt.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (19) in einer seitlich an die Steuerscheibe (9) angeformten Materialpartie (15) vorgesehen ist, und daß ein seitlich von der Steuerscheibe (9) angeordnetes Verriegelungsglied (21) das Sperrelement (25) aufweist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsglied (21) ein Langloch (23) aufweist, das eine Drehachse (11; 111) der Steuerscheibe (9; 109) umschließt.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsglied (21) senkrecht zur Drehachse (11) der Steuerscheibe (9) beweglich ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (119) in dem Bereich der Steuerscheibe (109) vorgesehen ist, welcher bei einer Drehung der Steuerscheibe (109) in den Schlüsselkanal (105) ragt, und daß das Sperrelement (127) am Schlüssel (107) vorgesehen ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (119) nutartig ausgebildet ist, und daß auf der Innenseite des längsgeschlitzten, gabelförmig ausgebildeten Schlüssels (107) vorgesehene Absätze (127) das Sperrelement bilden.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (15, 19, 25; 119, 127) zum Fixieren symmetrisch zu den beiden Seiten der Steuerscheibe (9; 109) vorgesehen sind.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch zwei, nicht parallel zueinander verlaufende Schlüsselkanäle (3, 5) und ein entlang einer Winkelhalbierenden der Schlüsselkanäle (3, 5) bewegliches Betätigungsglied, welches bei nicht eingeführtem Schlüssel (7) in beide Schlüsselkanäle (3, 5) ragt.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsglied zugleich als Verriegelungsglied (21) ausgebildet ist.
