Claims (10)
- Nähmaschine (2) mit einem einstellbaren Kopf-Modul (21), umfassend einen Maschinenkörper (3) und ein Maschinengehäuse (1), eine Arbeitsstück-Tragplatte (27) und einen Tragarm (19) sowie Antriebsmittel (M,5,11) für den Antrieb des Greifers (7) im Greifersystem (8) in der Arbeitsstück-Tragplatte (27) und für die Nadelstange (13) im Kopf-Modul (21) am Ende (17) des Tragarms (19), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopf-Modul (21) um ein horizontales Schwenklager (41,61) in Mährichtung (Pfeile A) schwenk- und axial quer zur Mährichtung (Pfeile B) schiebbar am Tragarm (19) befestigt ist.
- Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das horizontale Schwenklager durch mindestens eine an der Oberfläche des Tragarms (19) ausgebildete Rippe (61) und durch mindestens eine im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufende Sicke (41) im Kopf-Modul (21) gebildet wird.
- Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopf-Modul (21) eine Tragplatte (35) umfasst, an welcher die mindestens eine Sicke (41) ausgebildet ist.
- Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Sicken (41) oder zwischen mehreren Sicken (41) schlitzförmige Ausnehmungen (43) zum Hindurchführen von Klemmschrauben (45) ausgebildet sind.
- Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Tragarm (19) seitlich der Rippen (61) oder zwischen den Rippen (61) Gewindebohrungen (47) zum Führen der Klemmschrauben (45) angebracht sind.
- Nähmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beabstandet zur mindestens einen Sicke (41) im Kopf-Modul (21) eine Vorrichtung (49,51) zum Schwenken des Kopf-Moduls (21) um das Schwenklager angeordnet ist.
- Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum Schwenken eine Gewindebohrung (49) in der Tragplatte (35) umfasst, in welche eine in einer Bohrung (59) im Tragarm (19) geführte Justierschraube (51) eindrehbar ist.
- Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Tragarm (19) und der Tragplatte (35) eine Druckfeder (63 ) eingespannt ist.
- Nähmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Tragarm (19) und/oder am Kopf-Modul (21) Mittel (53,55) zum axialen Verschieben des Kopf-Moduls (21) in horizontaler Richtung (B) ausgebildet sind.
- Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel einen im Tragarm (19) gelagerten und in einen vertikalen Schlitz (53) am Kopf-Modul (21) eingreifenden Exzenterstift (55) umfasst.
