- Transportvorrichtung, insbesondere zum Vorschub von in einem Führungskanal gleitend geführten Gegenständen, mit in einer umlaufend angetriebenen Kette (12) quer zu der Kette (12) verschiebbar angeordneten Vorschubstiften (14), die mittels eines Einschießzylinders (16) selektiv in eine in den Führungskanal ragende Position bringbar sind, wobei der Einschießzylinder (16) einer auf einer Umlenkwelle (18) der Kette (12) drehfest angeordneten Rastscheibe (20) zugeordnet und durch Verriegelung mit der Rastscheibe (20) in eine Teilkreisbewegung mit dem Umlenkradius (R) der Kette (12) versetzbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Radius (r) der Rastscheibe (20) kleiner oder gleich dem 0,6-fachen Umlenkradius (R) der Kette (12) ist. - Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Radius (r) der Rastscheibe (20) kleiner oder gleich dem 0,4-fachen Umlenkradius (R) der Kette (12) ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Radius (r) der Rastscheibe (20) kleiner oder gleich dem 0,3-fachen Umlenkradius (R) der Kette (12) ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verriegelung des Einschießzylinders (16) mit der Rastscheibe (20) ein zum Eingriff in die Rastscheibe (20) dienender Riegel (24) nicht-radial zu der Rastscheibe (20) beweglich ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (24) in eine bogenförmige Bewegung versetzbar ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bogenförmige Bewegung des Riegels (24) gegensinnig zu der Drehrichtung der Rastscheibe (20) ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, gekennzeichnet durch einen um eine Drehachse (28) schwenkbaren Rasthebel (26), an dem der Riegel (24) in zu der Rastscheibe (20) nicht-radialer Stellung angeordnet ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (24) und dem Riegel (24) zugeordnete Betätigungselemente (26, 30) auf einer um die Umlenkwelle (18) in drehfester Verbindung mit dem Einschießzylinder (16) stehenden Scheibe angeordnet sind.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe eine Kreissegmentscheibe (36) ist.
