Claims (7)
- Walze, bestehend aus einem rotierenden Walzmantel mit innerhalb des Walzmantels angeordneten Mitteln zur Beeinflussung der Biegesteifigkeit des Walzmantels ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es sich bei diesem Mittel um ein Gleitlager in Form eines Rotationskörpers (1) handelt, der drehbar einstellbar und so geformt ist, daß seine der beanspruchten Zone des Walzmantels entsprechende Belastungsfläche (2) Teil der Mantelfläche eines rotationssymmetrischen Körpers ist und die Berandung (4) dieser Mantelfläche so gestaltet ist, daß längs des Umfangs des Rotationskörpers Breite und/oder Lage der Belastungsflache variieren. - Walze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rotationskörper im Bereich seiner Belastungsfläche (2) eine Aussparung (10) aufweist, deren Berandungsverlauf sowie deren Innenkontur beliebig geformt ist. - Walze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rotationskörper (1) sich an die Belastungsfläche (2) anschließende Randbereiche (3) aufweist, deren Umfang zu den Enden hin abnimmt. - Walze nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Randbereiche (3) kegelstumpfförmig sind. - Walze nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mehrere nebeneinander angeordnete Rotationskörper (1) innerhalb des Walzmantels (5) vorgesehen sind. - Walze nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich der Rotationskörper aus mehreren Teilbereichen zusammensetzt, die passend ineinandergreifen oder voneinander weg bewegbar sind. - Walze nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Walze zur Anwendung als Stützwalze in einem Quarto-oder beliebigen Mehrwalzengerüst zum Walzen von Bandmaterial kommt.
