Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verkaufseinheit mit einem WC-Körbchen mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Patentanspruches 1 sowie des Patentanspruches 2.
Bekannte Verkaufseinheiten dieser Art weisen eine Verkaufsverpackung auf, in der beide Teile, also das WC-Körbchen und der Nachfüllbehälter, untergebracht sind. Nachteilig sind die für die Bereitstellung des Verpackungsmaterials aufzuwendenden Kosten. Auch gestaltet sich die Handhabung für den Benutzer unbequem, weil für die Ingebrauchnahme die üblicherweise kartonartig ausgebildete Verkaufsverpackung geöffnet werden muß, um beide einliegenden Teile zu entnehmen und den Einfüllvorgang des Körbchens durch Öffnen der Ausgabeöffnung am Nachfüllbehälter durchzuführen. Bei der späteren Entsorgung ergibt sich zudem ein hohes Abfallvolumen, da das zusätzliche Verpackungsmaterial zusammen mit dem Nachfüllbehälter entsorgt werden muß.
Durch die WO 97 21882 A ist eine Verkaufseinheit, bestehend aus einem WC-Körbchen und einer Nachfüllflasche, bekannt, wobei das WC-Körbchen einen im Toilettenbecken anordenbaren Behälter aufweist und eine sich vom Behälter nach außen hin erstreckende Halterung zum Befestigen am Beckenrand. Der Behälter liegt im Nichtgebrauchszustand auf der Oberseite der Verschlußkappe der Nachfüllflasche auf und ist dort mittels eines in eine entsprechende Vertiefung einliegenden Vorsprungs lösbar mit der Kappe der Flasche verbunden. Eine lösbare Rastverbindung ist demgemäß zwischen der Halterung und der Nachfüllflasche vorgesehen. Die dahingehende Verkaufseinheit ist zwar entsprechend optisch ansprechend sowie kompakt und auf wenig aufwendige Weise herstellbar, wobei keine zusätzlichen Verbindungsmittel zwischen WC-Körbchen und Nachfüllflasche benötigt werden; allein die mit im wesentlichen starren Wandflächen ausgebildete Nachfüllflasche, die die Standeinheit für die bekannte Verkaufseinheit beispielsweise in der Regalfläche eines Supermarktes od. dgl. darstellt, ist großvolumig, so daß sich ein relativ großes Abfallvolumen für die Entsorgung durch den Benutzer ergibt.
Durch die EP 0 300 585 A ist eine Verkaufseinheit für flüssige Wirkstoffzubereitungen bekannt, deren Menge dosierbar ist. Dort ist offenbart, einen Behälter mit Durchbrüchen zu versehen, wobei zumindest einer der in der Wand des Behälters vorgesehenen Durchbrüche als Einfüllöffnung für den Zusatzstoff vorgesehen ist. Des weiteren zeigt die bekannte Lösung auch, daß die Einfüllöffnung in Gestalt und Dimensionierung an die Ausgabeöffnung des Nachfüllbehälters angepaßt ist. Der Behälter kann mit dem Wirkstoff beispielsweise in Form eines Waschmittels befüllt unmittelbar zum Reinigen von Wäschestücken in die Trommel einer Waschmaschine zu der dort aufgenommenen Wäsche zugeführt werden, so daß die Wäsche unmittelbar in Berührung mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung kommt. Auch die dahingehende Nachfüllflasche ist im wesentlichen starr ausgebildet und benötigt gleichfalls ein entsprechend hohes Abfallvolumen zu ihrer Beseitigung. Ferner ist der Behälter über eine Schraubverbindung mit dem Kopf der starren Nachfüllflasche verbunden, was die Handhabung erschwert.
Durch die EP 0 049 596 A ist ein Nachfüllbehälter in Form einer in einem Standkarton befindlichen Flasche bekannt, wobei im entleerten Zustand der beutelartigen Flasche der den Beutel umfassende Faltkarton zusammengefaltet und derart platzsparend mit dem Beutel entsorgt werden kann. Die dahingehend zusammenfaltbare Behälteranordnung stellt keine Verkaufseinheit für ein Reinigungsprodukt dar, sondern vielmehr eine Abgabevorrichtung für Flüssigkeiten, wie Kochsalzlösungen, Blutplasma etc. im klinischen Bereich.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verkaufseinheit zu schaffen, die nicht nur kostengünstig herstellbar ist, sondern sich auch durch verbesserte Gebrauchseigenschaften für den Benutzer auszeichnet und insbesondere eine Entsorgung bei geringem Abfallvolumen ermöglicht. Die dahingehende Aufgabe löst eine Verkaufseinheit mit den Merkmalen der unabhängigen Patentansprüche 1 oder 2 in ihrer jeweiligen Merkmalsgesamtheit.
Gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruches 1 ist bei einer Verkaufseinheit der eingangs genannten Art die Aufgabe dadurch erfindungsgemäß gelöst, daß der Nachfüllbehälter eine beutelartige Faltflasche ist und daß das WC-Körbchen und/oder dessen Halteschlaufe an der Breitseite der Faltflasche in der Weise lösbar angebracht ist bzw. sind, daß das WC-Körbchen zusammen mit einem unteren Seitenrand der Faltflasche eine Standfläche für die Verkaufseinheit bildet. Da das WC-Körbchen der Verkaufseinheit mit die Standfläche bildet, kann auf eine teure und aufwendige Umverpackung verzichtet werden und nach Gebrauch läßt sich die beutelartige Faltflasche zusammengefaltet bei einem ausgesprochen geringen Abfallvolumen entsorgen. Mit den starren Nachfüllflaschen, wie sie im Stand der Technik bekannt sind, ist dies nicht möglich. Des weiteren ist die Handhabung für den Benutzer erleichtert, da keine Umverpackung geöffnet zu werden braucht, sondern das WC-Körbchen braucht lediglich nach Abnahme von der Nachfüllflasche über die am Körbchen vorgesehene, an die Ausgabeöffnung der Nachfüllflasche angepaßte Einfüllöffnung mit dem Zusatzstoff gefüllt zu werden.
Des weiteren wird die Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß nach den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 2 dadurch gelöst, daß der Nachfüllbehälter in Form einer in einem Standkarton befindlichen beutelartigen Faltflasche ausgebildet ist, daß am Standkarton ein die lösbare Verhakung mit der Halteschlaufe des WC-Körbchens ermöglichender Zuschnitt vorgesehen ist und daß als Zuschnitt des Standkartons ein von der Halteschlaufe des WC-Körbchens durchgreifbarer Ausschnitt vorgesehen ist.
Aufgrund der lösbaren Verhakung der Halteschlaufe des WC-Körbchens mit dem zugeordneten Zuschnitt des Standkartons ist die Handhabung für den Benutzer dadurch erleichtert, daß er in einfacher Weise das WC-Körbchen von dem Nachfüllbehälter trennen kann, um die Ingebrauchnahme zu erreichen. Komplizierte Schraub- oder Entrastvorgänge entfallen hierdurch. Auch hierbei kann bei geringer Abfallmenge der Nachfüllbehälter später mit dem Standkarton gemeinsam entsorgt werden.
Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand von zwei in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen im einzelnen erläutert.

Ein in Fig.1 dargestelltes Ausführungsbeispiel der Verkaufseinheit weist einen Nachfüllbehälter in Form einer den gelartigen Zusatzstoff enthaltenden, beutelartigen Faltflasche 1 auf, die in der bei derartigen Faltflaschen an sich bekannten Art und Weise in einem Standkarton 3 so untergebracht ist, daß ihre Ausgabeöffnung 5 mit abnehmbarer Verschlußkappe 7 am oberen Rand des Standkartons 3 frei zugänglich ist. Das der Verkaufseinheit zugehörige WC-Körbchen 8 weist in an sich bekannter Weise einen abgerundeten, länglichen Körper 9 näherungsweise ovalen Querschnitts auf, der in obenliegenden Teilbereichen seiner Wand mit Durchbrüchen 11 versehen ist, um den Durchtritt von Toiletten-Spülwasser zu ermöglichen, das Teilmengen des im Körper 9 befindlichen Zusatzstoffes mitnimmt. An den oberen Rand des Körpers 9 ist eine Halteschlaufe 13, die wie der Körper 9 aus einem flexiblen Kunststoffmaterial besteht, einstückig angeformt. Die Halteschlaufe 13 dient in bekannter Weise zum Einhängen des Körbchens 8 am Rand einer betreffenden Toilettenschüssel.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel von Fig.1 ist in etwa im zentralen Bereich einer der Seitenwände 15 des Standkartons 3 ein Ausschnitt 17 ausgestanzt, durch den die Halteschlaufe 13 des Körbchens 8 so durchgezogen ist, daß das Körbchen 8 an der betreffenden Seitenwand 15 des Standkartons 3 gehalten ist. Der Körper 9 des Körbchens 8 weist eine in Fig.1 nicht sichtbare, jedoch bei den in Fig.1 und 2 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispielen jeweils sichtbare Einfüllöffnung 19 auf, die als runde Öffnung gestaltet ist, die der Ausgabeöffnung 5 angepaßt ist, die nach Abnehmen der Verschlußkappe 7 an der Faltflasche 1 zugänglich ist. Zur Ingebrauchnahme muß der Benutzer lediglich das Körbchen 8 durch Herausziehen der Halteschlaufe 13 aus der Aussparung 17 vom Standkarton 3 abnehmen und den Körper 9 des Körbchens 8 über die Einfüllöffnung 19 befüllen, um das Körbchen 8 dann in die Toilettenschüssel einzuhängen.
Bei dem in Fig.2 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel mit als Nachfüllbehälter vorgesehener beutelartiger Faltflasche 31 ist das Körbchen 8 mit seiner Halteschlaufe 13 lösbar an einer Breitseite des Flaschenbeutels in der Weise lösbar angebracht, beispielsweise mittels einer lösbaren Klebeverbindung, daß der Körper 9 des Körbchens 8 mit seinem unteren Rand zusammen mit dem unteren Rand der Faltflasche 31 eine Standfläche definiert, so daß die Faltflasche 31 ohne Standkarton zusammen mit dem Körbchen 8 als im Verkaufsregal aufrecht stehende Einheit für den Verkauf bereitgestellt werden kann.

Claims (2)

  1. Verkaufseinheit mit einem WC-Körbchen (8), das mittels einer daran angebrachten, den Beckenrand eines Toilettenbeckens übergreifenden Halteschlaufe (13) in das Toilettenbecken einhängbar ist, zur Aufnahme eines an das Toiletten-Spülwasser abzugebenden Zusatzstoffes, insbesondere in Form eines Gels, dient und in Teilbereichen seiner Wand mit Durchbrüchen (11,19) versehen ist, und mit einem den Zusatzstoff enthaltenden Nachfüllbehälter (31), der eine verschließbare Ausgabeöffnung (5) für den Zusatzstoff aufweist, wobei das WC-Körbchen (8) mit dem Nachfüllbehälter (31) zumindest mittelbar in der Weise verbunden ist, daß das WC-Körbchen (8) für die Ingebrauchnahme abnehmbar ist, und wobei zumindest einer der in der Wand des WC-Körbchens (8) vorgesehenen Durchbrüche als Einfüllöffnung (19) für den Zusatzstoff vorgesehen und in Gestalt und Dimensionierung an die Ausgabeöffnung (5) des Nachfüllbehälters (31) angepaßt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nachfüllbehälter eine beutelartige Faltflasche (31) ist und daß das WC-Körbchen (8) und/oder dessen Halteschlaufe (13) an der Breitseite der Faltflasche (31) in der Weise lösbar angebracht ist bzw. sind, daß das WC-Körbchen (8) zusammen mit einem unteren Seitenrand der Faltflasche (31) eine Standfläche für die Verkaufseinheit bildet.
  2. Verkaufseinheit mit einem WC-Körbchen (8), das mittels einer daran angebrachten, den Beckenrand eines Toilettenbeckens übergreifenden Halteschlaufe (13) in das Toilettenbecken einhängbar ist, zur Aufnahme eines an das Toiletten-Spülwasser abzugebenden Zusatzstoffes, insbesondere in Form eines Gels, dient und in Teilbereichen seiner Wand mit Durchbrüchen (11,19) versehen ist, und mit einem den Zusatzstoff enthaltenden Nachfüllbehälter (1), der eine verschließbare Ausgabeöffnung (5) für den Zusatzstoff aufweist, wobei das WC-Körbchen (8) mit dem Nachfüllbehälter (1) zumindest mittelbar in der Weise verbunden ist, daß das WC-Körbchen (8) für die Ingebrauchnahme abnehmbar ist, und daß zumindest einer der in der Wand des WC-Körbchens (8) vorgesehenen Durchbrüche als Einfüllöffnung (19) für den Zusatzstoff vorgesehen und in Gestalt und Dimensionierung an die Ausgabeöffnung (5) des Nachfüllbehälters (1) angepaßt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nachfüllbehälter in Form einer in einem Standkarton(3) befindlichen beutelartigen Faltflasche (1) ausgebildet ist, daß am Standkarton (3) eine die lösbare Verhakung mit der Halteschlaufe (13) des WC-Körbchens (8) ermöglichender Zuschnitt vorgesehen ist und daß als Zuschnitt des Standkartons (3) ein von der Halteschlaufe (13) des WC-Körbchens (8) durchgreifbarer Ausschnitt (17) vorgesehen ist.
