Claims (8)
- Einrichtung zum Dosieren von pastösen Substanzen und deren Vermischen mit einem Lösungsmittel mittels Injektor (2) mit integriertem Absperrorgan, die vorzugsweise eine Erfassungsvorrichtung der Pastenmenge auf der Basis von Leitfähigkeitsmessung aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Absperrorgan ein Doppel-Steuerkolben (5, 6) zum getrennten Verschließen einer Öffnung zwischen Pastenzuführung (7) und einer Injektor-Saugkammer (4) sowie einer Öffnung zwischen Lösungsmittelzuführung (8) und einer Injektor-Vorkammer (3) ist. - Dosiereinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der durch Doppel-Steuerkolben (5, 6) beim Öffnen zunächst die Öffnung zwischen Pastenzuführung (7) und Injektor-Saugkammer (4) und danach die Öffnung zwischen Lösungsmittelzuführung (8) und Injektor-Vorkammer (3) freigebbar und beim Absperren in umgekehrter Reihenfolge absperrbar ist.
- Dosiereinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Kolben (5, 6) auf einer gemeinsamen Kolbenplatte (15) in einem lösungsmitteldichten, vorzugsweise zylindrischen Raum (10) angeordnet sind, die nach Öffnen einer Absperrvorrichtung (9) in der Lösungsmittelzuführung (8) von dem unter Druck anstehenden Lösungsmittel beaufschlagbar und gegen eine Kraft, vorzugsweise die Kraft einer Feder (16) absenkbar ist, wobei der Raum (10) einen Anschluß an eine Abführleitung (12) für das Lösungsmittel hat.
- Dosiereinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absperrvorrichtung (9) nur eine Auf- und eine Geschlossen-Stellung aufweist.
- Dosiereinrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erfassungsvorrichtung eine Meßstrecke (13) ist, in der die Elektroden (14) für die Leitfähigkeitsmessung in Strömungsrichtung beabstandet angeordnet sind, wobei die vorzugsweise zylindrische Meßstrecke (13) so angeordnet ist, daß sie koaxial zum Injektor (2) ist.
- Dosiereinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abführleitung (12) für das Lösungsmittel ein Bypass zwischen Raum (10) und Meßstrecke (13) ist.
- Dosiereinrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Steuereinrichtung aufweist, durch die das Absperrorgan (9) öffenbar, die Funktionsabläufe der Doppel-Steuerkolben-Anordnung (5, 6, 15) kontrollierbar, die Leitfähigkeits-Meßanordnung (13, 14) auswertbar und das Absperrorgan (9) bei Erreichen der Soll-Dosiermenge an Paste verschließbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Dosieren von pastösen Substanzen und deren Vermischen mit einem Lösungsmittel mittels Injektor (2) mit integriertem Absperrorgan, wobei
die Dosiermenge auf Basis einer Leitfähigkeitsmessung erfaßt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
durch das Öffnen einer Absperrvorrichtung (9) in einer Zuführleitung (8) für das unter Druck stehende Lösungsmittel eine Doppel-Steuerkolben-Anordnung (5, 6, 15) gegen eine entgegenwirkende Kraft bewegt und dadurch zunächst eine Verbindung zwischen einer Pasten-Zuführleitung (7) und der Injektor-Saugkammer (4) und danach eine Verbindung zwischen Lösungsmittel-Zuführleitung (8) und der Injektor-Vorkammer (3) freigegeben wird, wobei durch den nach dem Prinzip einer Wasserstrahlpumpe arbeitenden Injektor (2) Paste angesaugt und mit dem entspannenden Lösungsmittel vermischt und die Mischung in eine Meßstrecke (13) injiziert wird, in der über eine Leitfähigkeits-Meßanordnung die Menge der in der Mischung gelösten Paste bestimmt und nach Erreichen der Solldosiermenge die Absperrvorrichtung (9) geschlossen wird, wonach die vorherige Öffnungsschaltung in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zum Absperren abläuft.
