Claims (23)
- Appareil de cuisson (1) comportant au moins une plaque supérieure (3) essentiellement plane et au moins un foyer de cuisson (5, 16, 17), caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque comporte au moins une concavité (9) sous laquelle est placé ledit foyer de cuisson.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le foyer de cuisson est un élément chauffant.
- Appareil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément chauffant est calibré à une température maximale de l'ordre de 450°C.
- Appareil selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est couplé à deux limiteurs de température dont le déclenchement est réalisé respectivement à une température maximale de l'ordre de 400°C et de 580°C.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément chauffant est régulé par un thermostat.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément chauffant a une forme annulaire et est placé en partie périphérique sous la concavité.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque est en matériau vitrocéramique.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la concavité est en matériau vitrocéramique.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque comporte en outre au moins une ouverture (14) dans laquelle est inséré un brûleur(15) à gaz de type atmosphérique et/ou au moins une zone de chauffe plane (10, 13) sous laquelle est placé un autre foyer de cuisson, tel qu'un élément chauffant (5) ou un foyer à induction.
- Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la plaque est constituée d'au moins deux modules (6, 7) juxtaposés, l'un des deux modules (6) comportant au moins une concavité (9), l'autre comportant au moins une ouverture (14) et/ou au moins une zone de chauffe plane (13).
- Appareil selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdits modules sont assemblés entre eux par un dispositif mécanique évitant les infiltrations.
- Appareil selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif mécanique évitant les infiltrations est un joint (8), de préférence de résistance à haute température et étanche, du type joint en silicone.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la concavité est amovible ou intégrée à la plaque.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la concavité comporte un fond plat (18), avantageusement parallèle au plan de la plaque.
- Appareil selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le fond plat (18) de la concavité est circulaire, de préférence de diamètre compris entre 100 mm et 400 mm.
- Appareil selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que le fond plat présente une transmission dans les longueurs d'onde du domaine de l'infrarouge TIR et/ou du visible TL différenciée(s) par rapport à celle que présente le reste de la plaque, de préférence inférieure d'au moins 10 %.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bord périphérique supérieur est surélevé par rapport au plan de la plaque.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la profondeur p de la concavité est comprise entre 20 mm et 80 mm.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la concavité est recouverte d'une cloche (21), de préférence autorisant la vision (24).
- Appareil selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que la cloche comporte une paroi en verre ou en vitrocéramique (28).
- Appareil selon la revendication 19 ou 20, caractérisé en ce que la cloche comporte une tôle en matériau ferromagnétique (23), et en ce qu'au moins un inducteur (20) est placé sous la concavité (9), de préférence dans sa partie périphérique.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce que la concavité est recouverte d'une planche (25), de préférence de forme complémentaire sur au moins une partie de la profondeur de la concavité.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il constitue une table de cuisson ou une partie d'une cuisinière.
