Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for underground storage of garbage with an opening at the top Space cell in which one is connected to a counterweight Lifting device supported by guide rollers and through a lifting drive is vertically movable, the lifting device a support plate and at a vertical distance has a cover side of the support plate, which is used for covering serves to open the room cell when the lifting device is in a lower position in the room cell and being in an upper, extended position, the Lifting device a waste collection container placed on the support plate or the like is accessible.
- a device of the type specified is from DE-A1 24 16 426 known.
- the linear actuator consists of an endless chain around an upper one and a lower pulley held on the housing guided and connected at one point to the lifting device is.
- a drive motor drives the lower pulley on.
- the cover side for closing the opening forms a loose lid resting on the lifting device, the only is secured against displacement in its plane.
- the Lid protrudes beyond the edge of the opening of the built-in Housing so that when lowering between the edges of cover and housing Squeeze zones exist, which with a larger lid weight create a risk of injury.
- DE-U1 85 03 055 and DE-U1 296 17th 960 retractable in the ground and on the top with a Lockable room cells to hold waste collection bins known in which the in a hinge mounted lid drive-coupled to the hoist is that when the hoist is raised to the open position is pivoted.
- These devices have the disadvantage that a special device for moving the Cover is required, which is a significant additional Construction effort and in operation an additional energy requirement required and not for heavy cover designs suitable is.
- the invention has for its object a device for the underground storage of waste of the aforementioned Kind of improve it so that it’s as simple as possible, is inexpensive and safe, with little effort can be operated and easy access to the waste collection containers or the like.
- the rotationally secure Vertical guidance of the lifting device advantageously on both sides the load capacity by guide rollers arranged at different heights, which is right on the two large, opposite, parallel inner walls support the built-in room cell if the Lifting device was not lowered until it was on the floor.
- the linear actuator is also located on the lifting device and is only by a tension element with the upper Edge of the room cell connected. This allows the room cell very simple and inexpensive and for example as a one-part or multi-part precast element getting produced.
- Form the lifting device and the drive a structural unit that enters the room from above can be used without the need for complex assembly work in the room cell. Also maintenance and repair work can after starting or lifting the Lifting device to be executed.
- moisture-sensitive Components of the device can be considerable Distance above the floor of the room cell be so that the penetration of rainwater into the Space cell can be admitted to a small extent if A drainage pipe is provided at the bottom of the room cell is.
- the top side of the lifting device according to the invention can be designed as a robust lid and with a plaster or the like topping, so that the top side adapt well to the adjacent courtyard covering and camouflage leaves.
- the vertical guidance of the Lifting device by tracking a used one Synchronization device and by the lifting force, if possible symmetrical to the lower guide rollers on the lifting cell substructure attacks.
- the synchronizing device is formed through two tooth profile strips, which are close to the top or Lower edge of an inner longitudinal wall of the room cell attached are, vertically and at a parallel distance, and which work together with two toothed profile washers, provided on both sides with Flanges attached to the ends of a shaft which is stored in the lifting device and almost over the entire width of which extends.
- the rapid shifting movement the coupled toothed profile washers with flanged washers always ensure the horizontal position of the support plate, completely no matter how different their load is, e.g. by unevenly filled rubbish bins.
- each hoist is a driven Sprocket, one in particular at a lower height than that Sprocket arranged pulley and one over the Deflection roller and the chain wheel guided lifting chain, one end of which is attached to the upper edge of the room cell and the other end is weighted down.
- Such hoists have a favorable efficiency and are easy to assemble because they are only anchored the lifting chains at the top of the room cell is required. The loose, weighted end of the lifting chains continues to provide overload protection for the linear actuator, if it reaches the lower end position still lags the lifting device.
- a self-locking can be used as the lifting drive Worm gear with one accessible from two sides horizontal output can be provided.
- the one especially at the Lowering movement unfavorable overrun of such a drive can be achieved by using the hoists specified above be balanced.
- the Lifting device in the idle state i.e. when its top side is in the installation level of the environment or the surface of the collar plate is lowered, easily walked or driven on or can be loaded without the guide rollers the vertical guide an increasing load need to record, just as little as the synchronization device or the hoists, since the lifting unit is at the bottom supported on the floor of the room cell.
- an upper structure is arranged, the at least three vertical sides a flat connection with the cover side manufactures, the circumference of the surface of the lifting device inside the rectangular cutout of the collar plate lies and therefore has no lateral protrusions, so that there are no squeeze zones and therefore also no associated accident risks.
- the upper edge of the opening to the Introducing the garbage collection container Represents the source of danger
- the upper edge is marked by a Facility automatically backed up if necessary immediately causes the lifting movement to stop.
- the operator can also use a wireless system at any time Remote control should stop lifting immediately he recognizes the danger of such a linear shearing process, especially since he only has to pay attention to this one place also directly in view of the opening of the lifting cell lies.
