Claims (10)
- Fassungseinrichtung für eine Lampe eines Fahrzeug-Scheinwerfers mit einem an der Rückseite des Reflektors (1) angeordneten Fassungsring (2), mit einer schwenkbaren U-förmigen Haltefeder (3), welche zur Halterung der Lampe (4) in dem Fassungsring (2) dient und deren die Schenke (5) verbindender Steg (6) in einer zum Reflektor (1) hin gerichteten Lagerschale (7) eines Vorsprungs (8) des Fassungsringes (2) angeordnet ist und in der Lagerschale (7) durch vom Reflektor (1) weg weisende Anlageflächen (9) des Fassungsringes (2) gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwenkbare Haltefeder (3) mit dem mittleren Abschnitt (10) einer Ausbuchtung (11) ihres Steges (6) in der Lagerschale (7) des Vorsprungs (8) angeordnet ist, welcher vom Fassungsring (2) radial nach außen absteht und mit an die Ausbuchtung (11) angrenzenden seitlichen Abschnitten (12) zwei sich zugewandte Seiten von Halteansätzen (13) des Fassungringes (2) überragt, die jeweils mindestens eine Anlagefläche (9) für die beiden seitlichen Abschnitte (12) des Stegs (6) aufweisen.
- Fassungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich zugewandten Seiten der beiden Halteansätze (13) des Fassungsringes (2) als Anlageflächen (14) für die Schenkelabschnitte (15) der Ausbuchtung (11) des Stegs (6) dienen und den Steg (6) in Richtung der von dem mittleren Abschnitt (10) der Ausbuchtung (11) gebildeten Schwenkachse (16) haltern.
- Fassungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fassungsring (2), angrenzend an den mittleren Abschnitt (10) der Ausbuchtung (11) der Haltefeder (3) für die beiden Schenkelabschnitte (15) der Ausbuchtung (11), zwei entgegen der Einsetzrichtung (17) der Lampe (4) gerichtete Anlageflächen (18) aufweist.
- Fassungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die für die seitlichen Abschnitte (12) des Stegs (6) dienenden Anlageflächen (9) der Halteansätze (13) von den entgegen der Einsetzrichtung (17) der Lampe (4) gerichteten Stirnflächen gebildet sind.
- Fassungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteansätze (13) an den entgegen der Einsetzrichtung (17) der Lampe (4) gerichteten freien Endabschnitten jeweils einen Anschlagnocken (19) für die Schenkelabschnitte (15) der Ausbuchtung (11) des Stegs (6) der Haltefeder (3) aufweisen.
- Fassungseinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteansätze (13) zusammen mit einer den Vorsprung (8) aufweisenden mittleren Wand (20), in Einsetzrichtung (17) der Lampe gesehen, eine U-förmig gestaltete Lagerstelle für die Haltefeder (3) sind, wobei der die Lagerschale (7) aufweisende Vorsprung (8) am freien Ende der mittleren Wand (20) angeformt ist und mit seiner Lagerschale (7) die Außenseite der mittleren Wand (20) überragt.
- Fassungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittlere Wand (20), an der entgegen der Einsetzrichtung (17) der Lampe (4) gerichteten Seite die Anlageflächen (18) für die Schenkelabschnitte (15) der Ausbuchtung (11) des Stegs (6) der Haltefeder (3) aufweist.
- Fassungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Halteansätze (13) von Rippen gebildet sind, welche sich bis auf die dem Reflektor (1) zugewandte Seite des Fassungsringes (2) hin erstrecken.
- Fassungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fassungsring (2) auf der dem Schwenklager gegenüberliegenden und dem Schwenklager abgewandten Außenfläche (22) ein angeformtes Halteelement (21) aufweist, an dem die Haltefeder (3) mit dem freien Endabschnitt mindestens eines Schenkels (5) lösbar befestigt ist.
- Fassungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteansätze (13) an eine Auflagefläche (22) des Fassungsringes (2) für einen Sockelflansch (23) der Lampe (4) angrenzen und der Fassungsring (2) zwischen einem Halteelement (21) für die Haltefeder (3) und dem Schwenklager zumindest abschnittsweise mit seiner radial nach außen gerichteten Außenfläche (24) zu dem äußeren Rand des Sockelflansches (23) der Lampe (4) angrenzend verläuft.
