Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum elektrostatischen Aufladen der beiden Außenseiten von zumindest einer Materialbahn mit Ladung entgegengesetzter Polarität, vor dem Weiterverarbeiten der zumindest einen Materialbahn, wobei diese durch den Spalt eines Paars zueinander parallel und mit geringem Abstand zueinander angeordneter Walzen (5) geführt ist, wobei die Vorrichtung zum elektrostatischen Aufladen von dem Paar Walzen (5) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Walze über einem äußeren Stahlmantel (7) einen begrenzt elektrisch leitfähigen Belag (8) aufweist, daß zum elektrischen Aufladen des begrenzt leitfähigen Belags in dem Spalt (50) der Stahlmantel (7) jeder Walze (5) an eine positive bzw. negative Hochspannungsquelle anschließbar ist, daß die mit einer Achse (6) oder Welle (20) versehene Walze (5) in einem Maschinenrahmen (10) angeordnet ist, daß die Achse (6) oder die Welle (20) der Walze (5) durch ein elektrisch leitendes Lager mit dem Stahlmantel (7) verbunden und von dem Maschinenrahmen (10) elektrisch isoliert ist, daß die Größe des Spaltes (50) zwischen den Walzen (5) einstellbar ist und daß die Walzen (5) an die beiden Außenseiten der zumindest einen Materialbahn mit einstellbarer Kraft angedrückt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrische Hochspannung über einen Anschluß anlegbar ist, der als ein an der Stirnseite (14) der Welle (20) angeordnetes Drucklager (23) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum elektrostatischen Aufladen der beiden Außenseiten von zumindest einer Materialbahn mit Ladung entgegengesetzter Polarität, vor dem Weiterverarbeiten der zumindest einen Materialbahn, wobei diese durch den Spalt eines Paars zueinander parallel und mit geringem Abstand zueinander angeordneter Walzen (5) geführt ist, wobei die Vorrichtung zum elektrostatischen Aufladen von dem Paar Walzen (5) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Walze über einem äußeren Stahlmantel (7) einen begrenzt elektrisch leitfähigen Belag (8) aufweist, daß zum elektrischen Aufladen des begrenzt leitfähigen Belags in dem Spalt (50) der Stahlmantel (7) jeder Walze (5) an eine positive bzw. negative Hochspannungsquelle anschließbar ist, daß konzentrisch zu der Achse oder Welle (6) der Walze (5) neben dieser eine Primärspule (117) bezüglich des Maschinenrahmens (10, 120) fest angeordnet ist, daß konzentrisch zu der Achse oder Welle (6) der Walze (5) an dessen einer Stirnseite (112) eine Sekundärspule (114) mit dieser umlaufend fest angebracht ist, daß deren einer Anschluß an die Achse oder Welle (6) und deren Anschluß über eine Gleichrichterschaltung (122) an den Stahlmantel (7) (8) angeschlossen ist und daß die Größe des Spaltes (50) zwischen den Walzen (5) einstellbar ist und daß die Walzen (5) an die beiden Außenseiten der zumindest einen Materialbahn mit einstellbarer Kraft angedrückt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Gleichrichterschaltung (122) und dem begrenzt leitfähigen Belag (8) eine Glättungsschaltung (123) für den pulsierenden Gleichstrom angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Primärspule (117) eine zweite Primärspule (118) und der Sekundärspule (114) eine mit dieser umlaufende, zu dieser parallel geschaltete zweite Sekundärspule (115) zugeordnet ist, die der zweiten Primärspule (118) gegenüberliegt.
