  4. Apparatus according to claim 3 characterised in that a smoothing circuit (123) for the pulsating direct current is arranged between the rectifier circuit (122) and the limitedly conductive covering (8).
  5. Apparatus according to claim 3 or claim 4 characterised in that associated with the primary coil (117) is a second primary coil (118) and associated with the secondary coil (114) is a second secondary coil (115) which rotates therewith and which is connected in parallel therewith and which is in opposite relationship to the second primary coil (118).
