Definitions
- the invention relates to a window with one in one Wall opening insertable window frame and a swivel and / or hinged sash frame with a inserted glass pane through a room side on the casement attached glass strip is kept sealing, and with a cover plate detachably arranged on the sash frame.
- Windows with a single pane of glass but also windows often have with a double-walled insulating glass pane the disadvantage that they do not have sufficient heat insulation and this causes heat loss.
- This fact requires usually higher energy costs for the to be heated Space because some of the heat is on the glass panel of the Window is derived from the room side to the outside. Therefore it has long been known to have such a window with a To provide an additional pane or a facing pane, the one on the room side or on the outside of the window is arranged.
- DE 34 04 663 C3 discloses glazing for a window, with a sheet of glass in the frame of the window is used, which is held on the room side by a glazing bead becomes. There is an intermediate layer on the edge of the glass pane glued. On this intermediate layer is a cover plate applied, which is also glued to the intermediate layer is. This creates an inseparable connection between the Glass pane and the front pane, the In many cases, the insolubility of the front lens is not desired and therefore unsuitable for certain applications is.
- a simple way of attaching a detachable additional pane is known from DE 29 16 132 C2, the additional disc arranged on the outside of the window frame is.
- the attachment of the additional pane to the frame takes place by means of two hinges spaced from each other such as is generally done by attaching a Window sash is done on the window frame.
- On the hinges having side opposite side of the window are two swivel bars that are spaced apart attached through which the hinged Additional pane can be locked in the closed state can.
- the attachment of the additional pane on the outside The disadvantage of the window is that the outside of the pane of the window and the inside of the additional pane slightly can pollute, since an adequate seal in the Rule is not guaranteed.
- a front lens according to DE 90 13 is attached on the inside of the window 167 U1 in that a frame receiving the front lens is provided with a Velcro fastener on the edge, whereby the front lens by Velcro on the window frame can be put on.
- a patch Front lens is very difficult to get back from the window frame removable, since a high effort is required and in addition, the risk of loosening the Velcro tape from the frame of the front cover or from the casement.
- the Velcro tape is unable to the front lens is essentially dust-free and moisture-repellent to seal from the window.
- DE 32 05 294 A1 shows the attachment of a Attachment washer on a casement
- the attachment washer is used in a frame profile.
- Edge side the frame profile has a circumferential mushroom-like Latching projection on which with a trained in the window frame Groove can be brought into locking engagement.
- the removal the front lens is extremely difficult because at the same time on all four sides of the frame profile of the front lens the mushroom-like locking projection from the undercut flanks having the groove in the casement got to.
- the front lens is already on built-in windows attached or manufacturer the attachment of a cover plate can be provided.
- the object is achieved in that the Glazing bead as a support for the front pane or as a support an attachment disc provided with a frame profile is.
- the glazing bead needed anyway on the window can be another through this design take on essential function.
- the front lens can both a single pane and a multiple pane insulating glass pane be.
- the glass strip is preferably essentially in cross section L-shaped, parallel to the glass pane extending long leg, the cover disc is in contact, and the same on the perpendicular to the glass, supports short legs. Through this configuration the glass bar takes on the necessary tasks for mounting the front lens. If the front lens is from a frame profile is of course based on that Frame profile on the legs of the glazing bead.
- the short legs of the glazing bead beyond the lens and takes a holding bar for that in this area Attachment disc on, the retaining strip via a detachable Clip connection is fixed on the glazing bead.
- the front lens is expediently in the area of its Inclusion between the glass bar and the holding bar provide at least one sealing strip. This will make the Entry of moisture, moisture, dirt and dust into the Space between the front pane and glass pane effectively prevented. In addition, a high sealing effect against Heat loss achieved.
- the task according to the invention is also thereby solved that the glazing bead and a frame profile of the front pane on an edge of the window with at least a mutually interacting clippable swivel profile and on at least one of the remaining margins a locking element for the front lens are provided.
- the glazing bead on the window and the frame profile the front lens thus have on one edge of the Window a common swivel profile around which the front lens can be pivoted so that access on the inside of the cover plate or the corresponding one Side of the glass pane, especially for cleaning purposes, is guaranteed.
- the glazing bead with a receiving at least one clippable swivel profile Provide extension.
- the extension is expedient integrally formed with the glazing bead. Because the window frame, the casement and the glazing bead usually from a plastic or light metal profile, preferably Aluminum profile, consist of one-piece training the glazing bead with the extension is easy to manufacture. Should a cover plate will be attached to the window slightly outstanding extension on the glazing bead is not perceived as disturbing.
