Claims (10)
- Drehstapelbehälter (1) mit Entwässerung, der mit gleichen Behältern (1) wahlweise stapelbar oder nestbar ist, mit einem Boden (10) und vier Seitenwänden (11, 12, 13, 14) mit einem oberen, umlaufenden Randsteg (11', 12', 13', 14'), wobei zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (11, 12) nach oben weisende, gegenüber dem Randsteg (11' bis 14') nach unten zurückspringende, innerhalb der vom Randsteg (11' bis 14') umgrenzten Fläche asymmetrisch angeordnete Standflächen (21, 22, 23, 24) für einen aufzustapelnden weiteren Drehstapelbehälter (1) aufweisen, wobei der Behälter (1) am äußeren Randbereich seines Bodens (10) mehrere Flüssigkeitsableitungsöffnungen (51, 52, 53, 54) aufweist, wobei von jeder Standfläche (21 bis 24) ausgehend je ein Flüssigkeitsableitungskanal (41, 42, 43, 44) zur Behälteraußenseite verläuft und wobei im Boden (10) die Flüssigkeitsableitungsöffnungen (51 bis 54) so positioniert sind, daß sie bei Stapelung eines Behälters (1) auf einem weiteren Behälter (1) jeweils deckungsgleich über einem in der Standfläche (21 bis 24) liegenden Anfangsbereich des Flüssigkeitsableitungskanals (41 bis 44) zu liegen kommen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ableitungskanäle (41 bis 44) über einen Teil ihrer Länge als nach oben offene Rinnen (41' bis 44') längs im Randsteg (11', 12') der die Standflächen (21 bis 24) aufweisenden Seitenwände (11, 12) verlaufen und daß am Ende jedes Ableitungskanals (41 bis 44) im Randsteg (11', 12') mindestens eine Durchbrechung (141', 142', 143', 144') zur Außenfläche der zugehörigen Seitenwand (11, 12) vorgesehen ist. - Drehstapelbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Standflächen (21, 22) der einen Seitenwand (12) an deren Enden im Eckbereich zu den benachbarten zwei Seitenwänden (13, 14) angeordnet sind, daß die Standflächen (21, 22) der anderen Seitenwand (11) relativ zu denen der einen Seitenwand (12) nach innen aufeinander zu versetzt angeordnet sind und daß die Länge des rinnenförmigen Teils (41' bis 44') der Ableitungskanäle (41 bis 44) dem Versatz der Standflächen (21, 22; 23, 24) entspricht.
- Drehstapelbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Durchbrechungen (141' bis 144') am Ende der Ableitungskanäle (41 bis 44, 41' bis 44') auf der Außenfläche der Seitenwände (11, 12) in Vertikalrichtung verlaufende, nach außen vorstehende Ableitrippen (241' bis 244') angeordnet sind, wobei je eine Durchbrechung (141' bis 144') in den zwischen zwei benachbarten Ableitrippen (241' bis 244') gebildeten Spalt mündet.
- Drehstapelbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ableitrippen (241' bis 244') von oben nach unten betrachtet keilförmig niedriger werden und nur über einen Teil der Höhe der Seitenwand (11, 12) laufen.
- Drehstapelbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Standflächen (21 bis 24) aufweisenden Seitenwände (11, 12) mit von oben betrachtet wellen- oder trapez- oder rechteckförmigen, nach außen weisenden Ausbauchungen (110, 120) ausgeführt sind, mit deren unterem Ende der obere Behälter (1) bei Stapelung von mehreren Behältern (1) auf den Standflächen (21 bis 24) des unteren Behälters (1) steht, daß die Flüssigkeitsableitungsöffnungen (51 bis 54) jeweils in der Innenecke zwischen dem Boden (10) und den Ausbauchungen (110, 120) angeordnet sind und daß die Durchbrechungen (141' bis 144') am Ende der Ableitungskanäle (41 bis 44, 41' bis 44') jeweils an den Ausbauchungen (110, 120) liegen.
- Drehstapelbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (10) mit einem im Quer- und Längsschnitt gesehen nach oben gewölbten Profil ausgeführt ist.
- Drehstapelbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Randsteg (11' bis 14') an seinem äußeren Umfang einen nach unten weisenden Randstegstreifen (11'' bis 14'') aufweist und daß in den horizontalen Bereichen des Randsteges (11' bis 14') mehrere Durchbrechungen (130, 140) angeordnet sind.
- Drehstapelbehälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nach unten weisenden Randstegstreifen (11'' bis 14'') mindestens an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (11, 12; 13, 14) eine gradlinig durchlaufende glatte Unterkante (211, 212) aufweisen.
- Drehstapelbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitsableitungsöffnungen (51 bis 54) im Boden (10) verschlossen sind und daß am Ende der Ableitungskanäle (41 bis 44, 41' bis 44') anstelle der Durchbrechungen (141' bis 144') zur Außenseite der zugehörigen Seitenwand (11, 12) jeweils ein Durchlaß (342', 343') zur Innenseite der zugehörigen Seitenwand (11, 12) angeordnet ist.
- Drehstapelbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er als einstückiges Spritzgußteil aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
