Claims (4)
- Kokille mit zwei gegenüberliegend angeordneten, als Stützrahmen ausgebildeten und mit überwiegend aus Kupfer bestehenden Platten (12, 13) versehenen, kühlbaren Breitseitenwänden, (2, 3) zwischen welchen zwecks Formatbreiteneinstellung relativ zueinander verschiebbare, kühlbare Schmalseitenwände (4) einspannbar gehalten sind, wobei für deren Einspannung zwischen den Breitseitenwänden (2, 3) Kraftmittel vorgesehen sind, deren Spannweg und/oder Spannkraft einstellbar ist, und die Kokille (10) mit ihren die Kupferplatten (12, 13) tragenden Breitseitenwänden (2, 3) und Schmalseitenwänden (4) innerhalb eines zur Aufnahme der auf die Kokillenwände (2-4) einwirkenden Kräfte vorgesehenen formstabilen Außenrahmens (1) unter Ausbildung eines in sich geschlossenen Kräftesystems angeordnet ist, wobei als Kraftmittel an jeder Breitseite (7) des Außenrahmens (1) mehrere, vorzugsweise vier die Breitseitenwände (2, 3) abstützbar angeordnete Hydraulikzylinder (5) befestigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breitseiten (7) des Außenrahmens (1) mit durch endständige Querträgerelemente (8) im Abstand parallel verbundenen Längsträgern (9) als offener Rechteckrahmen ausgebildet und
dass die Hydraulikzylinder (5) an den Querträgerelementen (8) angeordnet sind. - Kokille nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breitseiten (7) des Außenrahmens (1) durch quer dazu angeordnete Brückenelemente (11) miteinander zum in sich geschlossenen Außenrahmen verbunden sind. - Kokille nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (6) zum Verstellen der Kokillen-Schmalseitenwände (4) in den Brückenelementen (11) in der Weise untergebracht sind, dass sie sich mit den Schmalseitenwänden in einer Linie befinden. - Kokille nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Kupferplatten (12, 13) tragenden Breitseitenwände (2, 3) innerhalb des Außenrahmens (1) angeordnet und relativ zu diesem mittenzentriert sind.
