Claims (7)
- Pneumatisch betätigbares Stellelement mit folgenden Merkmalen:Ein Rahmen (1, 2, 3, 25, 26),zwei in dem Rahmen (1, 2, 3, 25, 26) mit ihren Flachseiten parallel zueinander und mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Federbleche (4, 5), die jeweilsmit einem Ende fest mit dem Rahmen (3) verbunden sind, undderen anderes Ende jeweils fest mit einem axial im Rahmen (1, 2, 3, 25, 26) verschiebbar gelagerten Stellbolzen (8) verbunden ist,ein zwischen den Federblechen (4, 5) angeordnetes, an einer Druckluftzufuhr angeschlossenes Druckluftkissen (7), undeine Feder (10), die einer Querauslenkung der Federbleche (4, 5) entgegenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Folie zwischen dem Druckluftkissen (7) und den Federblechen (4, 5) angeordnet ist.
- Stellelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellbolzen (8) durch ein Lager (9) geführt ist, an dessen den Federblechen (4, 5) abgewandten Seite einer Druckfeder (10) angeordnet ist, die den Stellbolzen (8) nach außen drückt.
- Stellelement nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Wegmesseinrichtung (31) die axiale Verschiebung des Stellbolzens (8) misst.
- Stellelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Messeinrichtung (30) die Auslenkung eines Federbleches (4) senkrecht zu der Stellrichtung misst.
- Vorrichtung zum Beschichten einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn (37), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über die Arbeitsbreite eine Reihe von Stellelementen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 angeordnet ist, die jeweils in einem Bereich auf ein das Auftragsgewicht beeinflussendes Element der Beschichtungsvorrichtung einwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch ein Dosiersystem mit einem Schabermesser (27) als Dosierelement, das unterhalb seiner Spitze von einer begrenzt biegsamen Abstützleiste (29) abgestützt wird, an der die Stellelemente angreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine sich über die Arbeitsbreite erstreckende, von zwei Düsenlippen (34, 35) gebildete Schlitzdüse, aus der das Beschichtungsmaterial in einem freien Strahl (37) austritt, wobei die Stellelemente an einer Düsenlippe (34) angreifen, die begrenzt biegsam gestaltet ist.
