Abstract

Das pneumatisch betätigbare Stellelement nach der Erfindung enthält folgende Merkmale:
  • Ein Rahmen (1, 2, 3, 25, 26),
  • zwei in dem Rahmen (1, 2, 3, 25, 26) mit ihren Flachseiten parallel zueinander und mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Federbleche (4, 5), die jeweils
  • -- mit einem Ende fest mit dem Rahmen (3) verbunden sind, und
  • -- deren anderes Ende jeweils fest mit einem axial im Rahmen (1, 2, 3, 25, 26) verschiebbar gelagerten Stellbolzen (8) verbunden ist,
  • ein zwischen den Federblechen (4, 5) angeordnetes, an einer Druckluftzufuhr angeschlossenes Druckluftkissen (7), und
  • eine Feder (10), die einer Querauslenkung der Federbleche (4, 5) entgegenwirkt.
Das Stellelement wird bevorzugt zur Regulierung des Querprofils in einer Beschichtungsvorrichtung für Papier- oder Kartonbahnen eingesetzt. Es ist konstruktiv einfach, unanfällig gegen Störung und weist ein sehr gut reproduzierbares Stellverhalten mit geringer Hysterese auf.
