Description
Die Gerüstbohle 21 sitzt einseitig auf der Gerüstbohle der darunter liegenden Ebene auf. Der Zapfen 21 liegt an den Flanken der Erweiterung der Anschtußlöcher an. Durch die untere Abflachung der Stirnseite des erfindungsgemäßen Kopfbeschlages, stößt die Stirnseite dieses Kopfbeschlages nicht an die Stirnseite des gegenüberliegenden Kopfbeschlages an.
Claims (15)
- Kopfbeschlag (1) einer Gerüstbohle eines Zapfengerüstes mit Anschlußlöchern (3), die die Zapfen (4) des Zapfengerüstes aufnehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnseite (5) des Kopfbeschlages (1) oben und unten abgeflacht ist und daß die Anschlußlöcher einen zylindrischen Teil (6) aufweisen, dessen Durchmesser größer ist als der der Zapfen, und daß sie sich oberhalb und unterhalb von diesem zylindrischen Teil aufweiten.
- Kopfbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindrische Teil (6) in der Mitte des Kopfbeschlags (1) angeordnet ist.
- Kopfbeschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser des zylindrischen Teils 1,1 bis 1,7, vorzugsweise 1,3 bis 1,5, besonders bevorzugt 1,35 bis 1,45 mal größer ist als der Durchmesser des Zapfens.
- Kopfbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Anschlußlöcher ausgehend von dem zylindrischen Teil nach oben und unten zylinderförmig erweitern.
- Kopfbeschlag nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylinderförmigen Erweiterungen in Bohlenquerrichtung abgeflacht sind.
- Kopfbeschlag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erweiterungen die Form eines Langlochs (7') haben.
- Kopfbeschlag nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittelachse der Langlöcher nicht mit der Mittelachse (9') des zylindrischen Teils zusammenfällt.
- Kopfbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Anschlußlöcher ausgehend von dem zylindrischen Teil nach oben und unten kegelförmig erweitern.
- Kopfbeschlag nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kegelförmigen Erweiterungen in Bohlenquerrichtung abgeflacht sind.
- Kopfbeschlag nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erweiterungen die Form eines Langlochs (7) haben, dessen Länge mit zunehmendem Abstand von dem zylindrischen Teil zunimmt, während die Breite (8) konstant ist und dem Durchmesser des zylindrischen Teils entspricht.
- Kopfbeschlag nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittelachse der Langlöcher nicht mit der Mittelachse (9) des zylindrischen Teils zusammenfällt.
- Kopfbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1-11 aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus Polyamid.
- Gerüstbohle bestehend aus einer Bohle (2) mit jeweils einem Kopfbeschlag (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüchen 1-12 an jedem ihrer beiden Enden.
- Verwendung des Kopfbeschlages nach einem der Ansprüche 1-12 als Teil eines Gerüstsystems.
- Verwendung der Gerüstbohle nach Anspruch 13 als Teil eines Gerüstsystems.
