- la figure 1 représente en perspective une première forme de réalisation d'un fermoir dépliant selon l'invention, dans sa position ouverte;
- la figure 2 représente le fermoir de la figure 1 dans sa position fermée;
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe verticale suivant la ligne III-III de la figure 2;
- la figure 4 est une vue analogue à la figure 3, montrant le mode d'ouverture du fermoir,
- les figures 5 et 6 représentent en perspective une deuxième forme de réalisation d'un fermoir selon l'invention, respectivement en position ouverte et en position fermée,
- la figure 7 représente en coupe partielle une troisième forme de réalisation d'un fermoir selon l'invention, comportant un organe de blocage,
- la figure 8 est une vue en coupe partielle suivant la ligne VIII-VIII de la figure 7, et
- la figure 9 représente en perspective une extrémité de l'organe de blocage représenté aux figures 7 et 8.
Claims (14)
- Fermoir dépliant pour bracelet, comportant :une base rigide (1, 51) pourvue de deux longerons (4, 54),au moins une chape (3) agencée pour être rattachée à un brin du bracelet, etau moins un bras dépliant (2) ayant une extrémité arrière rattachée à une extrémité de la base par une première articulation et une extrémité avant rattachée au dit brin du bracelet par une seconde articulation et la chape,
le fermoir étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un mécanisme de verrouillage, agencé pour maintenir le bras dépliant (2) en position fermée à l'encontre d'une force d'ouverture quelconque, ledit mécanisme comportant des organes d'accrochage (30, 31) sur les côtés se faisant face mutuellement des longerons (4, 54) et des branches (10), et en ce que les extrémités avant desdites branches (10) sont pourvues de poussoirs respectifs opposés (15) qui sont engagés dans la chape (3) pour la rattacher au bras dépliant et sont saillants respectivement de chaque côté de la chape, ces poussoirs (15) permettant à un utilisateur de rapprocher les branches (10) par pression sur les poussoirs de façon à déverrouiller ledit mécanisme en saisissant la chape (3) pour ouvrir le fermoir. - Fermoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les organes d'accrochage (30) de chaque branche sont disposés au voisinage de la chape (3).
- Fermoir selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les organes d'accrochage comportent chacun une surface d'appui (32, 33) sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction d'ouverture du bras dépliant.
- Fermoir selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les organes d'accrochage comportent un crochet saillant (30) sur chaque branche (10) et un évidement (31) ménagé dans le longeron correspondant (4, 54).
- Fermoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité avant du bras dépliant (2) est rattachée à la chape (3) par la seconde articulation, chacun des deux poussoirs (15) comprenant un tourillon engagé dans la chape pour former la seconde articulation.
- Fermoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux branches (10) du bras dépliant sont reliées l'une à l'autre, au voisinage de la chape (3), par une barrette tubulaire (23) contenant un ressort (25) et engagée de manière coulissante dans des trous borgnes respectifs (22) des deux branches.
- Fermoir selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque les poussoirs (15) ne sont pas pressés, les deux branches (10) sont séparées par un intervalle (E) plus grand que la longueur (L) d'un de leurs poussoirs traversant la chape (3), de sorte que la chape peut être montée et démontée sur le bras par rapprochement desdites branches.
- Fermoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux branches (10) du bras sont des pièces séparées qui, dans la région de la première articulation (13), sont contiguës et assemblées à la base par une tige d'articulation commune (7).
- Fermoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie médiane (11) de chaque branche (10) est flexible latéralement.
- Fermoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de verrouillage comporte en outre un organe de blocage (60) agencé pour être déplacé par un utilisateur entre deux positions, à savoir une position de blocage dans laquelle l'organe de blocage empêche un rapprochement desdites branches (10) et une position de manoeuvre dans laquelle ledit rapprochement est permis.
- Fermoir selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de blocage est monté sur la chape (3) de façon pivotante et comporte une paire d'épaulements latéraux (70) qui sont engagés entre lesdites branches (10) ou des parties saillantes (61) de celles-ci dans la position de blocage, mais pas dans la position de manoeuvre.
- Fermoir selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif à crans (66-68) définissant les deux positions de l'organe de blocage.
- Fermoir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un seul bras dépliant (2), l'autre extrémité de la base (1) étant agencée pour être rattachée à un autre brin du bracelet.
- Fermoir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux bras dépliants (2) rattachés chacun à une extrémité de la base (51) et à une chape correspondante (3), chaque bras ayant son propre mécanisme de verrouillage.
