Claims (14)

  1. Faltverschluß für ein Armband mit
    einem zwei Längsstreben (4, 54) aufweisenden starren Basisteil (1, 51),
    mindestens einer Kappe (3), die zum Befestigen an einem Teil des Armbands ausgestaltet ist, und
    mindestens einem Schwenkarm (2), der ein an einem Ende des Basisteils mittels eines ersten Gelenks befestigtes hinteres Ende und ein an dem Teil des Armbands mittels eines zweiten Gelenks und der Kappe befestigtes vorderes Ende aufweist,
       und bei dem der Schwenkarm zwei einander gegenüberliegend angeordnete Schenkel (10) umfaßt, deren vordere Enden durch ein elastisches Element (25) gespreizt sind, wobei der Schwenkarm (2) eine geschlossene Position aufweist, in welcher er zwischen den Längsstreben (4, 54) durch diese gehalten wird,
       wobei der Verschluß dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß er einen Verriegelungsmechanismus aufweist, der zum Halten des Schwenkarms (2) in der geschlossenen Position gegen irgendeine Öffnungskraft ausgestaltet ist, wobei der Mechanismus Befestigungselemente (30, 31) auf den einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Längsstreben (4, 54) und der Schenkel (10) aufweist, und daß die vorderen Enden der Schenkel (10) mit entsprechenden, gegenüberliegenden Druckbetätigern (15) versehen sind, die zum Befestigen der Kappe (3) am Schwenkarm in die Kappe (3) eingreifen und gegenüber jeder entsprechenden Seite der Kappe hervorstehen, wobei die Druckbetätiger (15) es einem Benutzer ermöglichen, die Schenkel (10) durch Druck auf die Druckbetätiger derart einander anzunähern, daß der Mechanismus beim Ergreifen der Kappe (3) zum Öffnen des Verschlusses entriegelt wird.
  2. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (30) jedes Schenkels benachbart zur Kappe (3) angeordnet sind.
  3. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente jeweils eine Auflagefläche (32, 33) aufweisen, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Öffnungsrichtung des Schwenkarms ist.
  4. Verschluß nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsorgane einen vorstehenden Haken (30) auf jedem Schenkel (10) und eine Aussparung (31) aufweisen, die in der entsprechenden Längsstrebe (4, 54) ausgespart ist.
  5. Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vordere Ende des Schwenkarm (2) an der Kappe (3) mittels eines zweiten Gelenks befestigt ist, wobei jeder der beiden Druckbetätiger (15) einen in die Kappe eingreifenden Zapfen zum Bilden des zweiten Gelenks aufweist.
  6. Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schenkel (10) des Schwenkarms benachbart zur Kappe (3) durch einen rohrförmigen Steg (23), der eine Feder (25) aufweist und in entsprechenden Sacklöchern (22) der beiden Schenkel gleitgeführt ist, miteinander verbunden sind.
  7. Verschluß nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, wenn die Druckbetätiger (15) nicht gedrückt werden, die beiden Schenkel (10) durch einen Abstand (E) voneinander getrennt sind, der größer ist als die Länge (L) einer der die Kappe (3) durchsetzenden Druckbetätiger, derart, daß die Kappe durch Annähern der Schenkel auf dem Schwenkarm befestigt und von diesem gelöst werden kann.
  8. Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schenkel (10) des Schwenkarms separate Teile sind, die im Bereich des ersten Gelenks (13) aneinandergrenzen und am Basisteil mittels eines gemeinsamen Gelenkstifts (7) montiert sind.
  9. Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mittlerer Abschnitt (11) jedes Schenkels (10) in lateraler Richtung biegbar ist.
  10. Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungsmechanismus ferner ein Blockierelement (60) aufweist, das zum Verschieben zwischen zwei Positionen durch einen Benutzer ausgestaltet ist, nämlich einer Blockierposition, in welcher das Blockierelement eine Annäherung der Schenkel (10) verhindert, und einer Bewegungsposition, in welcher die Annäherung ermöglicht wird.
  11. Verschluß nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blockierelement auf der Kappe (3) drehbar befestigt ist und ein Paar seitlicher Schultern (70) aufweist, die zwischen den Schenkeln (10) oder vorstehenden Abschnitten (61) derselben in der Blockierposition, jedoch nicht in der Bewegungsposition eingreifen.
  12. Verschluß nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Rastvorrichtung (66-68) aufweist, die die beiden Positionen des Blockierelements festlegt.
  13. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen einzigen Schwenkarm (2) aufweist, wobei das andere Ende des Basisteils (1) zum Befestigen an einem anderen Teil des Armbandes ausgestaltet ist.
  14. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zwei Schwenkarme (2) umfaßt, die jeweils an einem Ende des Basisteils (51) und an einer entsprechenden Kappe (3) befestigt sind, wobei jeder Schwenkarm seinen eigenen Verriegelungsmechanismus aufweist.
