Claims (12)

  1. Armbandschließe, umfassend:
    - ein erstes starres Blatt (1), von dem ein erstes Ende (10) an einem ersten Ende (20) eines zweiten aufklappbaren Blatts (2) angelenkt ist, das konfiguriert ist, um an seinem zweiten Ende (21) einen ersten Schenkel des Armbands aufzunehmen, wobei das zweite Ende (11) des ersten Blatts (1) an einem ersten Ende (30) eines dritten aufklappbaren Blatts (3) angelenkt ist, von dem sich ein erster und ein zweiter Arm (32, 33) erstrecken, an denen um eine Welle (44) ein Gabelkopf (4) angelenkt ist, der mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Lasche (40, 41), die sich zu dem Gabelkopf (4) senkrecht erstrecken, und mit Mitteln zum Halten eines zweiten Schenkels des Armbands, etwa einem Stift, versehen ist, wobei das dritte Blatt (3) das zweite Ende (21) des zweiten Blatts (2) teilweise bedeckt, wenn die Schließe in der geschlossenen Position ist,
    - einen ersten und einen zweiten Drücker (320, 330), die mit dem ersten und dem zweiten Arm (32, 33) eine Einheit bilden,
    - einen Verriegelungsmechanismus, der konfiguriert ist, das dritte Blatt (3) am ersten Blatt (1) verriegelt zu halten, wenn nicht gleichzeitig auf die beiden Drücker (320, 330) ein Druck ausgeübt wird, wobei eine Sicherungsvorrichtung die Drehung des Gabelkopfs (4) um die Welle (44) im Gegenuhrzeigersinn verhindert, was zu einem Lösen des zweiten Schenkels von den Haltemitteln führt, wenn versucht wird, den Gabelkopf (4) zu öffnen, wenn die Schließe in der geschlossenen Position ist, wobei der Gabelkopf (4) durch die Drücker (320, 330) blockiert ist, wenn die Schließe in der geschlossenen Position ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsvorrichtung umfasst:
    - einen Abstandshalter (23), der zwischen den Laschen (40, 41) des Gabelkopfs (4) aufgenommen ist, wobei die Enden des Abstandshalters (23) an den Laschen (40, 41) des Gabelkopfs (4) in Anschlag gelangt,
    - Anschläge, die konfiguriert sind, mit dem Abstandshalter (23) zusammenzuwirken, um die Drehung des Gabelkopfs (4) um die Welle (44) zu verhindern, wenn die Schließe in der geschlossenen Position ist.
  2. Armbandschließe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Anschläge in den Laschen (40, 41) ausgebildet sind.
  3. Schließe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Anschläge jeweils durch eine Aussparung (46, 47) gebildet sind, die jeweils eine Öffnung für den Durchgang des Abstandshalters (23) aufweisen.
  4. Schließe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Enden des Abstandshalters (23) in den Aussparungen (46, 47) der Laschen (40, 41) des Gabelkopfs (4) derart anschlagen, dass die seitliche Verlagerung des Gabelkopfs (4), die zu einer Entriegelung der Schließe führt, verhindert wird, wenn gleichzeitig Drücke sowohl auf einen Drücker (320, 330) als auch auf eine Lasche (40, 41) des Gabelkopfs (4) gegenüber dem Drücker (320, 330) ausgeübt werden.
  5. Armbandschließe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Abstandshalter (23) von dem zweite Blatt (2) getragen wird.
  6. Armbandschließe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Abstandshalter (23) an dem zweiten Ende (21) des zweiten Blatts (2) befestigt ist.
  7. Armbandschließe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Abstandshalter (23) als Verankerungspunkt für den ersten Schenkel des Armbands dient.
  8. Armbandschließe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, die Verriegelungsmittel umfasst, um das zweite Blatt (2) an dem ersten Blatt (1) verriegelt zu halten, wenn die Schließe in der geschlossenen Position ist.
  9. Armbandschließe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus einerseits ein erstes Paar Haken (14, 15), die mit dem ersten Blatt (1) fest verbunden sind, und andererseits ein zweites Paar Haken (34, 35), die mit dem dritten Blatt (3) fest verbunden sind, umfasst.
  10. Armbandschließe nach Anspruch 9, wobei das zweite Paar Haken (34, 35) mit den Armen (32, 33) fest verbunden ist.
  11. Armbandschließe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Arme (32, 33) auf ihrer gesamten Länge oder einem Teil hiervon seitlich flexibel sind.
  12. Armbanduhr mit einem Armband, das mit einer Schließe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgestattet ist.
