Claims (15)

  1. Armbandverschluss, welcher mindestens zwei bewegliche Platten (4), (5) umfasst, die um eine Achse (51) der Platten gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, und der eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (10) umfasst, die es ermöglicht, eine erste Platte (5) relativ zu einer zweiten Platte (4) in einer geschlossenen bzw. geöffneten Konfiguration des Verschlusses zu verriegeln oder zu entriegeln, wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (10) mit der ersten Platte (5) verbunden ist und einen Betätigungshebel (2), der zur Betätigung der Verriegelungsvorrichtung durch einen Benutzer bestimmt ist, und ein Verriegelungselement (1), das geeignet ist, mit einem komplementären Einhakelement (4a) der zweiten Platte (4) zusammenzuwirken, umfasst,
    wobei der Verschluss dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass er ein Zwischenelement (3) umfasst, das einerseits mit dem Verriegelungselement (1) durch eine erste Verbindungsvorrichtung verbunden ist und andererseits mit dem Betätigungshebel (2) durch eine zweite Verbindungsvorrichtung verbunden ist, wobei mindestens eine dieser zwei Verbindungsvorrichtungen mit mindestens zwei Freiheitsgraden ausgestattet ist.
  2. Armbandverschluss nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der zwei Verbindungsvorrichtungen der Verriegelungsvorrichtung einen ersten Freiheitsgrad der Rotation um eine zweite Zwischenachse (32) und einen zweiten Freiheitsgrad einer Translation durch Verschiebung der zweiten Zwischenachse (32) innerhalb einer Nut (22) verleiht.
  3. Armbandverschluss nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (2) und das Zwischenelement (3) der Verriegelungsvorrichtung durch die zweite Verbindungsvorrichtung verbunden sind, die eine Nut (22) umfasst, die an dem Betätigungshebel (2) oder dem Zwischenelement (3) angeordnet ist und in deren Innerem sich die zweite Zwischenachse (32) verschiebt, die den Betätigungshebel (2) und das Zwischenelement (3) verbindet und um welche der Betätigungshebel (2) und das Zwischenelement (3) schwenken können, was zwei Freiheitsgrade zwischen dem Betätigungshebel (2) und dem Zwischenelement (3) ermöglicht.
  4. Armbandverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der zwei Verbindungsvorrichtungen der Verriegelungsvorrichtung einen einzigen Freiheitsgrad der Rotation um eine erste Zwischenachse (31) verleiht.
  5. Armbandverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (1) drehbeweglich um eine erste Achse (11) gelagert ist, und dadurch, dass der Betätigungshebel (2) drehbeweglich um eine zweite Achse (21) gelagert ist.
  6. Armbandverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine oder mehrere Rückstellfedern (8a, 8b) umfasst, die dazu eingerichtet sind, auf das Verriegelungselement (1) mit dem Ziel einzuwirken, es in einer Position zu positionieren, in der es in der Lage ist, mit dem komplementären Einhakelement (4a) in Eingriff zu kommen, um so den Armbandverschluss zu verriegeln.
  7. Armbandverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Abdeckung (6) umfasst, die drehbar um eine Abdeckungsachse (61) auf der ersten Platte (5) angeordnet ist und einen Querschnitt in Form eines umgekehrten U aufweist, dessen Oberseite für einen Benutzer sichtbar ist und dessen zwei parallele Seitenwände die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (10) des Verschlusses verdecken oder im Wesentlichen verdecken, und das Verriegelungselement (1) der Verriegelungsvorrichtung (10) an der ersten Platte (5) oder an der Abdeckung (6) drehbar um eine erste Achse (11) gelagert ist, die an einem ersten Längsende der ersten Platte (5) oder der Abdeckung (6) positioniert ist, und dadurch, dass der Betätigungshebel (2) der Verriegelungsvorrichtung an der ersten Platte (5) oder an der Abdeckung (6) drehbar um eine zweite Achse (21) gelagert ist, die an einem ersten Längsende der ersten Platte (5) oder der Abdeckung (6) positioniert ist, die an einem zweiten Längsende der ersten Platte (5) oder der Abdeckung (6) positioniert ist.
  8. Armbandverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Abdeckung (6) umfasst, die auf der ersten Platte (5) drehbar um eine Abdeckungsachse (61) angeordnet ist, und dadurch, dass der Betätigungshebel (2) ein beweglicher Teil der Oberseite und für einen Benutzer der Abdeckung (6) sichtbar ist.
  9. Armbandverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (1) und das Zwischenelement (3) der Verbindungsvorrichtung drehbar relativ zueinander um eine erste Zwischenachse (31) verbunden sind.
  10. Armbandverschluss nach den Ansprüchen 2 oder 3 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Zwischenachse (31) und die zweite Zwischenachse (32) jeweils an einem der zwei Längsenden des Zwischenelements (3) angeordnet sind und in der geschlossenen Konfiguration des Verschlusses beiderseits der ersten Achse (11) positioniert sind.
  11. Armbandverschluss nach den Ansprüchen 2 oder 3 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Zwischenachse (31), die zweite Zwischenachse (32) und die erste Achse (11) verschieden und parallel zueinander sind, oder dadurch, dass die erste Zwischenachse (31), die zweite Zwischenachse (32), die erste Achse (11) und die zweite Achse (21) verschieden und parallel zueinander sind, oder dadurch, dass die erste Zwischenachse (31), die zweite Zwischenachse (32), die erste Achse (11), die zweite Achse (21) und die Achse der Platten (51) verschieden und parallel zueinander sind.
  12. Armbandverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (2) ein an einem ersten Längsende angeordnetes erstes Greifelement (2a) umfasst, das seine Handhabung zum Entriegeln des Verschlusses ermöglicht, und dadurch, dass der Betätigungshebel (2) drehbeweglich um eine zweite Achse (21) ist, die an einem zweiten Längsende des Betätigungshebels (2) positioniert ist.
  13. Armbandverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er:
    - ein Verschluss mit zwei beweglichen Platten (4, 5) ist, oder
    - ein Verschluss mit drei beweglichen Platten (4, 5, 5') ist, der zwei an einer mittleren Platte (4) angelenkte Platten (5), (5') und zwei Verriegelungsvorrichtungen (10), (10') umfasst, wobei eine zweite Verriegelungsvorrichtung (10'), die im Wesentlichen symmetrisch bezüglich der Verriegelungsvorrichtung (10) angeordnet ist, eine dritte Platte (5') mit der zweiten Platte (4) verbindet, wobei die zwei Verriegelungsvorrichtungen (10), (10') ermöglichen, die erste bzw. die dritte Platte (5), (5') auf der mittleren zweiten Platte (4) zu verriegeln.
  14. Armband, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
  15. Armbanduhr, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein Armband nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch umfasst.
