Claims (9)

  1. Armbandverschluss, welcher
    - zwei Arme (10, 12), die durch eines ihrer Enden miteinander gelenkig zusammengefügt sind, wobei jeder dazu bestimmt ist, wenigstens mittelbar mit einem der Enden des Armbands verbunden zu sein und wobei der erste Arm (10) zwei Längsträger (18, 20) und der zweite Arm (12) einen zwischen den Längsträgern (18, 20) eingeschobenen Streifen (12a) umfasst und sie zusammen eine Längsachse (A-A) bilden, und
    - eine Verriegelungseinrichtung (16) mit einem Druckstück (28), einer elastischen Einrichtung (36) und einem Haken (12d) aufweist, um die Arme (10, 12) auf lösbare Weise aneinander zu befestigen, wenn sich der Verschluss in der geschlossenen Position befindet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungseinrichtung (16) die folgenden Eigenschaften aufweist:
    • das Druckstück (28) ist mit einem Kontaktstück (30) fest verbunden, wobei sie aneinander mittels eines Stiftes (32) befestigt, auf beiden Seiten angeordnet und auf einem Längsträger (18 oder 20) gemäß einer zur Längsachse (A-A) senkrechten Querachse (B-B) gleitend verschiebbar angebracht sind und wobei das Kontaktstück (30) zwischen den beiden Längsträgern (18, 20) angeordnet ist und mit einer Befestigungseinrichtung (30b) versehen ist, die in der Dicke der Längsträger enthalten ist,
    • die elastische Einrichtung (36) ist zwischen das Druckstück (28) und den Längsträger (18 oder 20), an dem sie angebracht ist, gelegt, um diese voneinander zu beabstanden,
    • der Haken (12d) ist mit dem Streifen (12a) fest verbunden, in seiner Dicke enthalten und so positioniert, dass er in der geschlossenen Position des Verschlusses durch die Befestigungseinrichtung (30b) verriegelt ist, wenn sich das Druckstück in der Ruheposition befindet, und vom Längsträger (18 oder 20) entfernt und von dieser Einrichtung (30b) gelöst ist, wenn das Druckstück (28) sich in der gedrückten Position in der Nähe des Längsträgers (18 oder 20) befindet.
  2. Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (30b) und der Haken (12d) erste Arbeitsoberflächen (30c, 12e) aufweisen, die, wenn auf die Arme für das Schließen des Verschlusses ein Druck ausgeübt wird, miteinander in Kontakt stehen und die einander tangieren, wobei diese Tangente einen spitzen Winkel mit der Querachse (B-B) derart bildet, dass der durch den Haken (12d) auf die Befestigungseinrichtung (30b) ausgeübte Druck dazu neigt, das Kontaktstück (30) von dem an ihn angrenzenden Längsträger (18 oder 20) zu beabstanden, bis es der Befestigungseinrichtung (30b) möglich ist, über den Haken (12d) zu gehen.
  3. Verschluss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (30b) und der Haken (12d) zweite Arbeitsoberflächen (13f, 30d) aufweisen, die parallel zu der Längsachse und der Querachse sind und miteinander zusammenwirken, wenn sich der Verschluss in der geschlossenen Position befindet, um ein Arretieren der Befestigungseinrichtung (30b) durch den Haken (12d) zu gewährleisten.
  4. Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckstück (28) mit dem Kontaktstück (30) durch zwei starre Stifte (32) verbunden ist, die zueinander parallel sind und den an sie angrenzenden Längsträger (18 oder 20) durchqueren.
  5. Verschluss nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsträger (18, 20) miteinander durch eine Stange (26) verbunden sind, an der das Kontaktstück (30) gleitend verschiebbar angebracht ist.
  6. Verschluss nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Einrichtung eine Schraubenfeder (36), die zwischen das Druckstück (28) und den Längsträger (18 oder 20) eingeschoben ist, und eine Hülse (34) aufweist, die die Feder (36) umgibt und in Löcher eingreift, die das Druckstück (28) und der Längsträger (18 oder 20) aufweisen, wobei die Hülse (34) in dem einen Loch fixiert ist und in dem anderen Loch frei gleiten kann.
  7. Verschluss nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei aus einem Druckstück (28) und einem Kontaktstück (30) bestehende Einheiten aufweist, wobei jede Einheit an einem der Längsträger (18 oder 20) angebracht ist.
  8. Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen dritten Arm (14) aufweist, der ebenfalls einen Streifen (14a) umfasst, wobei die Streifen (12a, 14a) jeweils die Hälfte der Länge der Längsträger (18, 20) einnehmen und jeweils mit einem Haken (12d, 14d) versehen sind, und dass das Kontaktstück (30) zwei Befestigungseinrichtungen (30b) umfasst, die mit einem Haken (12d) des einen Streifens bzw. einem Haken (14d) des anderen Streifens zusammenwirken, wobei sowohl der zweite als auch der dritte Arm (12, 14) mit dem einen Ende (12b, 14b) schwenkbar auf den Längsträgern (18, 20) angebracht sind und mit dem anderen Ende (12c, 14c) mit dem Armband fest verbunden sind.
  9. Verschluss nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (26) die Längsträger (18, 20) in ihrem mittleren Bereich bezogen auf die Längsachse (A-A) verbindet.
