REVENDICATIONS
1. Bracelet avec un dispositif de fermeture comprenant des dépliants, notamment pour montre, dispositif comprenant des moyens de fixation commandés par au moins un poussoir, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un dépliant de fond (1) et deux dépliants (2, 3) attachés, de maniére pivotable, aux deux extrémités du dépliant de fond, un brin (6) du bracelet étant attaché, de manière pivotable, à l'extrémité libre (4) de l'un (3) des dépliants et le second brin (9) du bracelet et les moyens de fixation (10) étant attachés, de maniére pivotable, à l'extrémité libre (7) de l'autre dépliant (2) et les moyens de fixation s'engageant dans des ouvertures (20, 21) dans la partie médiane (22) du dépliant de fond (1).
2. Bracelet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation comportent une pièce en U (11), les deux parois (12, 13) de cette pièce recevant à une extrémité un axe (8) pour l'attache, de manière pivotable, du second brin (9) du bracelet et de l'extrémité libre de l'autre dépliant (2) et, dans leur partie médiane, deux boutons-poussoirs (14, 15) pourvus de crochets (16, 17) s'engageant dans les ouvertures (20, 21) du dépliant de fond (1), les poussoirs étant reliés par un axe (18) entouré d'un ressort (19) et la pièce en U ayant une longueur suffisante pour recouvrir, dans la position fermée, le point d'attache (4, 5) du premier brin (6) du bracelet au dépliant (3).
La présente invention a pour objet un bracelet avec un dispositif de fermeture comprenant des dépliants, notamment pour montre, ledit dispositif comprenant des moyens de fixation commandés par au moins un poussoir.
Un tel bracelet avec dispositif de fermeture est décrit, par exemple, dans le brevet suisse No 635237, et c'est le but de la présente invention de simplifier un tel dispositif de fermeture.
Ce but est atteint par un bracelet avec dispositif de fermeture tel que décrit dans la revendication 1.
Dans ce qui suit, I'invention va être décrite en détail à l'aide du dessin annexé représentant, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'invention:
la fig. 1 représente une vue latérale de l'objet de l'invention,
la fig. 2 représente, à une échelle agrandie, une coupe selon la ligue II-II de la fig. 1, et
la fig. 3 représente, à une échelle agrandie, une coupe selon la ligne III-III de la fig. 1.
Le dispositif de fermeture comprend trois dépliants, un dépliant de fond 1 et deux dépliants 2, 3 attachés, de manière pivotable, aux deux extrémités du dépliant de fond. L'extrémité libre 4 du dépliant 3 comporte un axe 5 auquel est attaché, de manière pivotable, le brin 6 du bracelet. L'extrémité libre 7 de l'autre dépliant 2 comporte un axe 8 auquel sont fixés, de manière pivotable, d'une part le second brin 9 du bracelet et d'autre part les moyens de fixation 10. Ces moyens de fixation comportent une pièce en U 11, dont les deux parois latérales 12, 13 reçoivent, à une extrémité de la pièce, I'axe 8 auquel est fixé, de manière pivotable, le brin 9 du bracelet et le dépliant 2. Les parois latérales reçoivent aussi, dans la partie médiane, les deux boutons-poussoirs 14 et 15, chaque poussoir étant pourvu d'un crochet 16, respectivement 17.
Les deux poussoirs sont reliés par un axe 18 entouré d'un ressort 19. Dans la fig. 3, on reconnaît que les deux crochets 16 et 17 s'engagent dans deux ouvertures 20 et 21 pratiquées dans la partie médiane 22 du dépliant de fond 1. En principe, il suffirait de prévoir des ouvertures simples, mais il est préférable de prévoir la solution selon la fig. 3, c'est-à-dire des ouvertures avec un épaulement 23, 24 protégeant le crochet.
II ressort des fig. 1 et 2 que la longueur de la pièce en U est telle qu'elle recouvre, en position fermée, I'endroit où le premier brin 6 du bracelet est attaché à l'extrémité libre du dépliant 3. On voit clairement que cette partie ne peut pas sortir de ces moyens de fixation parce que ce point d'attache ne peut que pivoter autour du joint 25, entre le dépliant de fond et le dépliant 3.
Il ressort clairement de la description et des dessins que ce dispositif de fermeture est, d'une part, relativement simple et qu'il permet, d'autre part, un centrage du bracelet au poignet et en plus une construction légère du dispositif de fermeture. Le dispositif de fermeture est utilisable pour tout genre de bracelets, notamment des bracelets métalliques de toutes formes d'exécution.

CLAIMS
1. Bracelet with a closing device comprising leaflets, in particular for a watch, device comprising fastening means controlled by at least one pusher, characterized in that the device comprises a bottom leaflet (1) and two leaflets (2, 3 ) pivotally attached to both ends of the bottom pamphlet, one strand (6) of the bracelet being pivotally attached to the free end (4) of one (3) of the pamphlets and the second strand (9) of the bracelet and the fixing means (10) being pivotally attached to the free end (7) of the other leaflet (2) and the fixing means engaging in openings (20, 21) in the middle part (22) of the bottom leaflet (1).
2. Bracelet according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means comprise a U-shaped part (11), the two walls (12, 13) of this part receiving at one end an axis (8) for the fastener, pivotally, the second strand (9) of the bracelet and the free end of the other leaflet (2) and, in their middle part, two push buttons (14, 15) provided with hooks (16, 17) engaging in the openings (20, 21) of the bottom folder (1), the pushers being connected by a pin (18) surrounded by a spring (19) and the U-shaped piece having a length sufficient to cover, in the closed position, the attachment point (4, 5) of the first strand (6) of the bracelet to the leaflet (3).
The subject of the present invention is a bracelet with a closing device comprising leaflets, in particular for a watch, said device comprising fixing means controlled by at least one pusher.
Such a bracelet with closure device is described, for example, in Swiss patent No 635237, and it is the object of the present invention to simplify such a closure device.
This object is achieved by a bracelet with closure device as described in claim 1.
In what follows, the invention will be described in detail with the aid of the appended drawing representing, by way of example, an embodiment of the invention:

fig. 2 shows, on an enlarged scale, a section according to league II-II of FIG. 1, and
fig. 3 shows, on an enlarged scale, a section along line III-III of FIG. 1.
The closing device comprises three leaflets, one bottom leaflet 1 and two leaflets 2, 3 pivotally attached to the two ends of the bottom leaflet. The free end 4 of the leaflet 3 has an axis 5 to which the strand 6 of the bracelet is pivotally attached. The free end 7 of the other leaflet 2 comprises an axis 8 to which are fixed, in a pivotable manner, on the one hand the second strand 9 of the bracelet and on the other hand the fixing means 10. These fixing means comprise a U-shaped piece 11, the two side walls 12, 13 of which receive, at one end of the piece, the pin 8 to which the strand 9 of the bracelet and the leaflet 2 are pivotally attached. The side walls also receive, in the middle part, the two push-buttons 14 and 15, each push-button being provided with a hook 16, respectively 17.
The two pushers are connected by a pin 18 surrounded by a spring 19. In FIG. 3, it is recognized that the two hooks 16 and 17 engage in two openings 20 and 21 made in the middle part 22 of the bottom leaflet 1. In principle, it would suffice to provide simple openings, but it is preferable to provide the solution according to fig. 3, that is to say openings with a shoulder 23, 24 protecting the hook.
It appears from FIGS. 1 and 2 that the length of the U-shaped piece is such that it covers, in the closed position, the place where the first strand 6 of the bracelet is attached to the free end of the leaflet 3. It is clearly seen that this part does not cannot come out of these fixing means because this attachment point can only pivot around the joint 25, between the bottom leaflet and the leaflet 3.
It is clear from the description and drawings that this closure device is, on the one hand, relatively simple and that it allows, on the other hand, a centering of the bracelet on the wrist and in addition a light construction of the closure device . The closure device can be used for all kinds of bracelets, in particular metal bracelets of all forms.
