et dans lequel le bras dépliant comporte deux branches juxtaposées (10) dont les extrémités avant sont écartées par un élément élastique (25) et ont chacune un tourillon opposé à celui de l'autre branche et engagé dans la chape pour former ladite seconde articulation, le bras dépliant (2) ayant une position fermée dans laquelle il est retenu entre les longerons (4, 54) par ceux-ci,
le fermoir étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un mécanisme de verrouillage, agencé pour maintenir le bras dépliant (2) en position fermée à l'encontre d'une force d'ouverture quelconque, ledit mécanisme comportant des organes d'accrochage (30, 31) sur les côtés se faisant face mutuellement des longerons (4, 54) et des branches (10), et en ce que lesdits tourillons sont saillants de chaque côté de la chape pour former des poussoirs (15) permettant à un utilisateur de rapprocher les branches (10) par pression sur les poussoirs de façon à déverrouiller ledit mécanisme en saisissant la chape (3) pour ouvrir le fermoir.
