Abstract

A wristwatch has a body (2) and bracelet (4). The body of the watch has pillars (8,10) which are equipped to receive a bracelet bar (14). One of the pillars (8) has a cylindrical drilling (24) which houses a socket (28). The socket (28) receives a bracelet bar pivot (18) through horizontal slits (36,38) in both socket and pillar and is subsequently secured by a rotation of the socket (28). The rotation of the socket is controlled by a turning head (42) and clasp (46). The second pillar (10) is fixed and is entered longitudinally by the second pivot (20).

The present invention generally relates to a wristwatch and in particular a wristwatch having a box having horns or any other attachment part provided with a device for fixing a bracelet to the horns, this fixing device making it possible to interchange the bracelet in a simple way without risking damaging the case. The invention also relates to a strap for such a watch.
