Claims (15)
- Ausgießelement, welches auf einer Packung befestigt ist, mit einem Grundkörper (2,52,102,152), der eine deckungsgleich zu einer durchtrennbaren, nach ihrer Durchtrennung ein Gießloch bildenden Öffnungsfläche der Packung angeordnete Ausgießöffnung (7,57,107,157) aufweist, mit einem schwenkbar an dem Grundkörper (2,52,102,152) befestigten Deckel (5,55,105,155), durch den die Ausgießöffnung (7,57,107,157) verschließbar ist, und mit einem Öffnungsmittel (10,60,110,174), durch welches die Öffnungsfläche durchtrennbar ist, wobei das Öffnungsmittel (10,60,110,174) durch Betätigung des Deckels (5,55,105,155) über ein sich an dem Deckel (5,55,105,155) abstützendes Element in die Packung eindrückbar ist und wobei das Öffnungsmittel (10,60,110,174) bei undurchtrennter Öffnungsfläche in einer im wesentlichen parallel zu der Öffnungsfläche ausgerichteten Stellung gehalten ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Element zum Betätigen des Öffnungsmittels (10,60,110,174) als Stützelement (16,66,173) ausgebildet ist, welches sich nach erstmaliger Öffnung des Deckels (5, 55,105,155) selbsttätig in die Schwenkbahn des Deckels (5,55,105,155) aufrichtet. - Ausgießelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Öffnungsmittel (10, 110,174) bei undurchtrennter Öffnungsfläche in der Ausgießöffnung (7,107,157) angeordnet und gelenkig mit dem Grundkörper (2,102,152) verbunden ist.
- Ausgießelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (16,173) an dem Öffnungsmittel (10,160) befestigt ist und durch den Deckel (5,155) in einer vorgespannten Position gehalten wird.
- Ausgießelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Stützelement (173) mindestens ein Widerhalter (180) angeformt ist, welcher beim Einführen des Stützelements in das durch das Öffnungsmittel (174) geöffnete Gießloch (170) selbstätig an das Stützelement (173) anschwenkt und welcher sich bei vollständig in das Gießloch (170) eingedrücktem Öffnungsmittel (174) selbstätig derart auseinanderspreizt, daß sein freies Ende an der Innenseite der Packung (171) abgestützt ist und das Stützelement (173) und mit ihm das Öffnungsmittel (174) in der vollständig in die Packung (171) eingedrückten Stellung gehalten ist.
- Ausgießelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Öffnungsmittel (110) mit einem Rastelement (116) ausgestattet ist, über das es seiner vollständig in die Packung eingedrückten Stellung verrastbar ist. - Ausgießelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der dem Öffnungsmittel (10,174) zugeordneten Oberfläche des Deckels (5,155) ein Anschlag für das Stützelement (16,173) ausgebildet ist. - Ausgießelement nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag durch eine bei geschlossener Ausgießöffnung (7,157) diese abdichtende Umrandung (13) gebildet ist.
- Ausgießelement nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (16,173) einstückig mit dem Öffnungsmittel (10,174) verbunden ist.
- Ausgießelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (66) an dem Deckel (55) befestigt ist.
- Ausgießelement nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Öffnungsmittel (60) an das freie Ende des Stützelements (66) angeformt ist.
- Ausgießelement nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (66) einstückig mit dem Deckel (55) verbunden ist.
- Ausgießelement nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (66) mit dem Deckel (55) verrastbar ist. - Ausgießelement nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Öffnungsmittel (60) nach Art einer Pfeilspitze ausgebildet ist. - Ausgießelement nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (16,66) stabförmig ausgebildet ist. - Ausgießelement nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
