Claims (9)
- Maschine zum Rundbiegen von Blechen, gennant "Biegemaschine", vom Typ einer Biegemaschine, die im wesentlichen gebildet wird aus einer oberen Walze, genannt Stützwalze (2), um die das Blech nach dem Rundbiegen gerollt wird and die an einem Ende, genannt das zweite (16), durch ein einziehbares Lager (17) getragen wird, um durch eine axiale Translationsbewegung das Abziehen des gerollten Blechs zu ermöglichen, und aus unteren glatten Walzen, gennant Presswalzen (3,4), die dazu bestimmt sind, auf die Stützwalze Druck auszuüben, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Stützwalze (2), um die das Blech nach dem rundbiegen gerollt wird, an ihrem anderen Ende, genannt das erste (13), mit einem Motor (14) verbunden ist und an diesem ersten Ende durch ein fixes Lager (15) getragen wird, wobei die Achse der Stützwalze fix bleibt, unddass die Presswalzen (3,4,42,32,33,43) paarweise in einem fixen Achsabstand (e) angeordnet sind und getragen werden durch eine Vielzahl von Lagern (5,51,52) oder Walzen (31,43), die ihrerseits durch einen Träger (6) getragen werden, der seinerseits unter Zwischenschaltung einer Betätigungsvorrichtung auf dem Rahmen (1) in vertikaler Translationsbewegung ruht.
- Maschine nach dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Achsabstand e der Presswalzen (3,4) zwischen d und 1,5 x d beträgt, wobei d ihr Durchmesser ist, der vorzugsweise für jede identisch ist, und wobei d selbst zwischen 0,2 x D und 0,5 x D beträgt, wobei D der Durchmesser der Stützwalze (2) ist und die effektive Länge L dieser letztgenannten selbst zwischen 5 x D und 10 x D beträgt. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Presswalzen (3,4,32) in Abschnitte (31,32,32',33,...) unterteilt sind, wobei jeder Abschnitt an seinen Enden dadurch ein Tragteil (5,51,52,...) drehbar gehalten wird, wobei die Tragteile ihrerseits auf dem Zwischenträger (6) ruhen. - Maschine nach dem Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Abschnitte (31,32,33) einer Walze in bezug auf jene (41,42,43) der anderen Walze in Achsrichtung verschoben sind und von Tragteilen (51) getragen werden, die durch eine dünne, Z-förmige Wand (53) gebildet werden, die mit einer Sohle (54) ein Winkelstück bildet, so dass sich der äussere Rand eines Abschnitts einer Presswalze immer gegenüber von einem zylindrischen Teil eines Abschnitts der anderen Walze befindet, mit Ausnahme der Enden der Walzen selbst ; (fig 1-4). - Maschine nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet,
dass die Presswalzen (32) in Abschnitt eine zweite Etage von Presswalzen (32, Achse 32' mit kleinem Durchmesser bilden, die über die vorausgegangenen Walzen (31, Achse 31'), angeordnet sind, und die selbst von Z-formigen Tragteilen (51) getragen werden, die Presswalzen (32) und Stütze (31) in unterbrochenen Abschnitten sind. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Walzen (42) auf der ganzen Laufbreite der Bleche kontinuierlich sind und eine zweite Etage der Walzen bilden, die entweder über die Abschnitte (31) der Walzen oder über die Rollen (58). - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Rollenabschnitte jeweils durch einen Hohlzylinder (44) gebildet werden, der durch Wälzlager (46), die jeweils in der Nähe der Enden des Abschnitts angeordnet sind, drehbar auf einer koaxialen zentralen Welle (45) montiert ist, wobei die Welle selbst fix in eine Durchgangsbohrung (57) der benachtbaren Wand (53) eines Tragteils (5,51) eingefügt ist, wobei jede Bohrung, mit Ausnahme jener der Tragteile am Ende der Walzen, zwei benachtbarte koaxiale Wellen trägt. - Maschine nach einem der vorausgegangen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Stützwalze an einem ersten Ende (13) durch ein erstes Lager (15) mit doppelter Auflagefläche und an ihrem anderen Ende (16) durch ein einziehbares Lager (17), das in einem kippbaren Teil (18), gennant Gatter, vorgesehen ist, getragen wird,und dass das Gatter (18) mit Lager (17) am Rahmen (1) angelenkt ist, um unter der Wirkung eines Zylinders (20) zwischen einer vertikalen Position, in der das Lager (17) ein zylindrisch-konisches Ende (16) der Stützwalze (2) umschliesst, und einer horizontalen Position, in der es das Ende der Walze freigibt, um das Abziehen des rundgebogenen Blechs zu ermöglichen, kippen zu können (Pfeil 19).
- Maschine nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsvorrichtung in vertikaler Translationsbewegung eine Vorrichtung mit "Nockenrampe" (23) und "geneigten Keilen" (8) ist.
