Claims (4)

  1. Rotationsstanzvorrichtung mit einem Gestell, das zwischen zwei senkrechten parallelen Ständern (1, 2) zwei übereinander angeordnete Schneidzylinder (4, 5) mit parallelen Achsen haltert, nämlich einen oberen Schneidzylinder (4) und einen unteren Schneidzylinder (5), die mit aufeinander abrollenden Rollbahnen (6, 5) verbunden sind, wobei die beiden gegenüberliegenden koaxialen Achsschenkel (4a, 4b) des oberen Schneidzylinders (4) drehbar in zwei oberen gegenüberliegenden Lagerblöcken (9) gelagert sind, die senkrecht auf den jeweiligen Trägern (1, 2) gleiten können, während die beiden gegenüberliegenden koaxialen Achsschenkel (5a, 5b) des unteren Schneidzylinders drehbar in zwei gegenüberliegenden unteren Lagerblöcken (10) gelagert sind, die senkrecht an den beiden jeweiligen Ständern (1, 2) gleiten können und jeweils unterhalb der oberen Lagerblöcke (9) angeordnet sind, wobei jeder der oberen Lagerblöcke (9) in seinem oberen Teil in das Innere der Vorrichtung hinein durch einen auskragenden Teil (9a) verlängert ist, der der nach unten gerichteten Wirkung eines senkrechten Druckaufbringungszylinders (14) unterworfen ist, der im oberen Teil der Vorrichtung montiert ist, während jeder der unteren Lagerblöcke (10) in seinem unteren Teil in das Innere der Vorrichtung hinein durch einen auskragenden Teil (10a) verlängert ist, der sich oberhalb eines von dem entsprechenden Träger (1, 2) getragenen Anschlags (11) erstreckt und mit dem er in Kontakt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwischen jedem Paar von oberem Lagerblock (9) und unterem Lagerblock (10) einen Keil oder Steg (15) aufweist, der eine Abstützung der beiden Blöcke (10) aufeinander ermöglicht, und daß die die Achse jedes senkrechten Druckaufbringungszylinders (14) enthaltende senkrechte Querebene (P) zwischen der senkrechten Querebene (P2), in der der zwischen den Lagerblöcken (9, 10) angeordnete Keil oder Steg (15) liegt, und der senkrechten Querebene (P1) der Rollbahnen (6, 5) der beiden Zylinder liegt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel zum Einstellen der Höhe der Keile oder Stege (15) vorgesehen sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Einstellen der Höhe der Keile oder Stege (15) zwei senkrechte Spindeln (16) umfassen, die jeden oberen Lagerblock (9) auf der einen bzw. anderen Seite des Achsschenkels (4a, 4b) des oberen Schneidzylinders (4) durchqueren und die mindestens in ihrem unteren Endbereich (16a) mit einem Gewinde versehen und in in dem unteren Teil des Blocks (9) vorgesehene entsprechende Gewindelöcher eingeschraubt sind, wobei die beiden Endteile (16a) der Spindeln (16a) den Steg (15) bilden, indem sie sich auf der oberen Fläche des unteren Lagerblocks (10) aufstützen, und daß die beiden Spindeln (16) an ihren oberen Enden mit jeweiligen Ritzeln (17) verbunden sind, die in Eingriff mit einem gemeinsamen zentralen Ritzel (18) stehen, das mit einer Feineinstelleinrichtung (19) verbunden ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Schneidzylinder (4) zwei mit Abstand von seinen beiden Stirnflächen angeordnete Rollbahnen (6) aufweist.
