Claims (13)

1. Kontinuierliche Presse, insbesondere zum Pressen von gegebenenfalls ausgelaugten Rübenschnitzeln und anderen Produkten, die Säfte enthalten, mit einem Rad (10) mit Nabenkranz (12), der drehbeweglich im Inneren eines exzentrischen Radkranzes (16) ist, welcher ebenfalls drehbeweglich ist und über einen Durchmesser größer als der des Rades verfügt, Einrichtungen zum Drücken des Nabenkranzes des Rades auf die Innenfläche des Radkranzes und Einrichtungen zum Einführen des zu pressenden Produktes zwischen den Nabenkranz des Rades und den Radkranz vor der Preßzone und zum Extrahieren bzw. Auslaugen des gepreßten Produktes hinter dieser Zone, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßzone seitlich durch zwei Platten (48) mit kreisförmiger Kontur begrenzt ist, die im wesentlichen dicht gegen die Flanken des Radkranzes (16) sowie des Nabenkranzes (12) des Rades (10) gepreßt werden und die über einen Außendurchmesser verfügen, der kleiner als der des Rades (10, 12) derart ist, daß zwischen dem Radkranz (16) freibelassen werden: eine Zone zum Einführen des zu pressenden Produktes sowie eine Zone zum Extrahieren des gepreßten Produktes, wobei die Platten (48) drehbeweglich um eine Achse parallel zur Drehachse des Rades (10) und in ihrer Lage fest gegenüber letzterem gelagert sind.
2. Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Platten (48) jeweils eine zylindrische Nabe (50) aufweisen, die gegen das Innere der Presse orientiert ist und deren zylindrische Umfangsfläche radial gegen die Innenfläche der Nabe (12) des Rades gepreßt ist.

Presse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenfläche der Nabe (12) des Rades zwei Ringrandleisten (56) kreisförmiger Kontur aufweist, die gegen die Achse des Rades orientiert sind und von denen eine jede in eine Ringnut der zylindrischen Oberfläche der Nabe (50) der entsprechenden Platte (48) eingreift.
4. Presse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Ringränder (56) der Nabe durch Ringnuten (54) der zylindrischen Innenoberfläche der Nabe gebildet sind, in welche Ringrandbereiche (52) der Naben (50) der Platten (48) eingreifen.

Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nabe (50) jeder Platte (48) über eine zylindrische Innenfläche (60), die auf einer Rolle (58) abrollt, verfügt, welche drehbar an einer Stelle gelagert-ist, welche fest bezüglich der Drehachse des Rades (10) ist und die Außenfläche der Nabe (50) auf die Innenfläche der Radnabe drückt.
6. Presse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kreisförmigen Umfangsränder dieser Platten (48) eine Verzahnung (62) bilden, die mit von den Flanken des Radkranzes (16) getragenen Bereichen bzw. Klötzen (66) kämmen.

Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Naben (50) der Platten (48) Ringrandbeeiche (52) mit Außenringverzahnung (64) aufweisen, die mit Bereichen oder Zapfen kämmen, welche von den Flanken des Radnabenkranzes getragen sind, wobei diese Bereiche oder Zapfen (68) beispielsweise die Ringnuten (54) durchsetzen, welche in der Innenzylinderfläche der Nabe gebildet sind.

Presse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im wesentlichen zylindrische Innenfläche des Radkranzes gebildet wird durch ein erstes perforiertes Blech (26) mit relativ feinen Löchern, das auf der Seite des Radkranzes (12) des Rades mit einem Filtertuch (32) sowie einem zweiten perforierten Blech (34) mit größeren Löchern abgedeckt ist, daß das Tuch gegen das erste perforierte Blech (26) preßt, wobei die axialen Enden dieser beiden Bleche Ringränder (28) aufweisen, welche radial nach außen gerichtet sind, um diese in Lagern zu fixieren, welche in den Flanken des Radkranzes (16) hohl ausgeformt sind.

Presse nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringränder (28) des ersten Bleches (26) au die Flanken des Radkranzes geschweißt sind, während die Ringränder des zweiten Bleches (34) hieran unbeweglich, beispielsweise durch Verschrauben, befestigt sind, wobei dieses zweite Blech (34) beispielsweise aus einer Vielzahl von Abschnitten bebildet ist, die gegeneinander gesetzt auf den Flanken des Radkranzes befestigt sind.

Presse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationswelle des Rades (70) von einem oder mehreren steifen Hebeln (76) abgestützt ist, von denen ein Ende am festen Gestell der Presse um eine Achse gelenkig befestigt ist, welche parallel zur Drehachse des Rades liegt und von denen ein anderes Ende mittels einer Spannvorrichtung, wie beispielsweise einem Stellzylinder (78), gelenkig an einem anderen festen Punkt (P) des Gestells der Presse ist, wobei der Radkranz (72, 74) außen durch Drehbobinen oder -rollen (86) abgestützt sind, die durch wenigstens ein Drehgestell oder einen Bogie (80,84) getragen sind, der an einem festen Punkt (E) des Gestells der Presse um eine Achse gelenkig ist, die parallel zur Drehachse des Rades ist.
11. Presse nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannrichtung des Rades (70) auf dem Radkranz (72, 74) bezüglich der Horizontalen einsteillbar, beispielsweise durch eine Veränderung der Länge des Hebelarms (76) ist, der sich zwischen Rotationswelle des Rades (70) und dem Gelenkpunkt (A) dieses Armes am Gestell erstreckt.
12. Presse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinrichtungen des Rades auf den Radkranz vom federnden vorgespannten oder ölpneumatischen Typ sind, um eine im wesentlichen konstante Preßkraft auf das zwischen Rad und Radkranz eingespannte Produkt auszuüben.
13. Presse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckfläche des Rades gebildet wird durch ein geschlitztes Band bzw. eine geschlitzte Zwinge, die nur an einem ihrer Enden auf die Umfangsfläche der Radfelge befestigt ist oder aus einer Vielzahl von Zwingenabschnitten (90, 91, 92...) gebildet ist, die jeweils an einem einzigen ihrer Enden auf der Umfangsfläche des Nabenkranzes (93) des Rades befestigt sind.
