Claims (7)

1. Stetige Presse zum Pressen von irgendwelchen Erzeugnissen wie zum Beispiel Gemüse, Früchten oder Futterpflanzen und der Bauart mit einem mittleren Rad (1), das einem äußeren Kranz (4) zugeordnet ist, welcher mit dem Rad (1) ein drehbares Ganzes von zwei innenseitig im wesentlich tangierenden Zylindern, zwischen welchen die besagten Erzeugnisse gepreßt werden, wobei der besagte äußere Kranz (4) radial an dem mittleren Rad (1) anliegt mittels einer Vorrichtung mit Rollen oder dergleichen (13. 14). die sich außenseitig an dem äußeren Kranz (4) abstützen und denselben gegen das mittlere Rad (1) drücken können, in einstellbarer Weise mittels einer seitlich beiderseits des Rads (1) und des Kranzes (4) angeordneten Spanneinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Spanneinrichtung aus einem ersten Paar von schwenkbar an Drehgestellen bzw. Halterungen (13, 13') für Rollen oder Walzen (14) angekuppelten Hebeln (7, 7') und aus einem zweiten Paar von um die Drehachse (2) des Rades (1) frei schwenkbaren Hebeln (6, 6') besteht, wobei die besagten Paare von Hebeln (6, 6 und 7, 7') sich jedes mit einem ihrer Enden um eine gemeinsame ortsfeste Welle (8) drehen, welche ebenfalls am Pressegestell (3) einstellbar ist. um die Lage der Andruckstelle des Kranzes (4) an dem besagten Rad (1) willkürlich zu verändern, und sich mit ihrem anderen Ende jeweils auf zwei dem Spannmittel (9) zugeordneten Drehzapfen (10, 11) drehen, um die Hebel (7, 7 ) den Hebeln (6, 6') zu nähern oder von diesen zu entfernen.

Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte gemeinsame Welle (8) an dem Gestell (3) über eine mit Löchern (16') versehene Stange (15) gehalten wird, wobei die Löcher verschiedene Befestigungsstellen (16) der Stange an dem Gestell bilden, um die Ausrichtung der Andruckkraft bzw. -stelle des Kranzes (4) an dem Rad (1) zu ermöglichen gemäß einer Richtung, die von einer im wesentlichen lotrechten, der oberen Lage der beweglichen Halterungen (13, 13') der Walzen (14, 14') entsprechenden Lage ab bis zu einer die Waagerechte innerhalb eines Winkels von ungefähr 135" überschreitenden Lage festlegbar ist.

Presse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfang der Felge (1B) des mittleren Rades (1) ein Profil mit einer wellenförmigen Erzeugenden aufweist, während die Innenseite des äußeren Kranzes (4) ebenfalls ein demjenigen der besagten Felge ähnliches entsprechendes Profil mit einer wellenförmigen Erzeugenden aufweist.
4. Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte äußere Kranz (4) von insbesondere äußeren Ringen, mit welchen die genannten Walzen (14, 14) zusammenwirken, umgürtelt ist.
5. Presse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß feste oder bewegliche Wisch-, Aufnahme-, Saug-oder Blasmittel (20) zum Entfernen der ausgestoßenen Flüssigkeit im Bereich der Höchstdruckstelle außerhalb des äußeren Kranzes (4) und vorzugsweise zwischen den Walzen (14, 14') und zwischen den Ringen (5) angeordnet sind.

Presse nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Außenprofil der Ringe (5) die Gestalt von doppelten entgegengesetzten Kegelstümpfen und das Außenprofil der Walzen (14, 14') ebenfalls die Gestalt von doppelten entgegengesetzten Kegelstümpfen im Zusammenhang mit dem Außenprofil der Ringe (5) hat.
7. Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Andruckkraft an die Ringe (5) übertragenden Walzen (14, 14') in einer Richtung und mit einer Geschwindigkeit, die im Zusammenhang mit der Richtung und mit einer dem mittleren Rad (1) verliehenen Drehgeschwindigkeit sind, gedreht werden.
