Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum mechanischen Behandeln von Papier, bei der eine Papierbahn zwischen zwei zylindrischen Gravurwalzen (10, 12) mit parallelen querverlaufenden Achsen (A1, A2) durchläuft, welche jeweils um ihre Achse zwischen zwei Ständern (14, 16) der Vorrichtung drehbar gelagert sind und welche tangential gegeneinander gerichtet sind, in der eine erste (10) der Gravurwalzen auf einem Drehgestell (24) drehbar gelagert ist, das bezüglich eines festen Rahmens (22) der Vorrichtung schwenkbar ist, an dem die zweite Gravurwalze (12) drehbar gelagert ist, und in der jede Gravurwalze (10, 12) mittels eines Lagerkörpers (30) drehbar gelagert ist, die jeweils an jedem der Enden der Walze (10, 12) angeordnet und in entsprechenden Aufnahmen (42) befestigt sind, welche in den Ständern (14, 16) des schwenkbaren Drehgestells (24) bzw. des festen Rahmens (22) gebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerkörper (30) mindestens einer der Gravurwalzen (10, 12) in den Aufnahmen (42) befestigt ist, welche zumindest teilweise von einem demontierbaren Flansch (36) begrenzt sind, welcher, wenn er demontiert wird, eine radiale Öffnung freigibt, durch welche der Lagerkörper (30) in einer radialen Richtung aus der Aufnahme (42) gelöst werden kann, und dass das Drehgestell (24), das eine der Gravurwalzen (10) trägt, um eine querverlaufende Achse (A5) parallel zu den Achsen (A1, A2) der Walzen (10, 12) zwischen einer Betriebsstellung, in der die beiden Walzen (10, 12) im wesentlichen tangential sind, und einer Freigabestellung für die Demontage der Gravurwalzen (10, 12) schwenkt.
  2. Vorrichtung zum mechanischen Behandeln von Papier gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radiale Öffnung der Aufnahmen (42) sich über die gesamte Dicke der Ständer (14, 16) in eine Richtung quer zu den Achsen (A1, A2) der Walzen (10, 12) erstreckt.
  3. Vorrichtung zum mechanischen Behandeln von Papier gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Gravurwalzen (10, 12) mit Lagerkörpern (30) versehen sind, die in Aufnahmen (42) befestigt sind, welche teilweise von demontierbaren Flanschen (36) begrenzt werden.
  4. Vorrichtung zum mechanischen Behandeln von Papier gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ständer (14, 16) des Drehgestells (24) und des Rahmens (22) im wesentlichen in einer Ebene senkrecht zu den querverlaufenden Achsen (A1, A2) der Walzen (10, 12) angeordnet sind und dass, wenn die Flansche (36) demontiert sind, die Öffnungen der Aufnahmen (42) der Ständer (14, 16) des Rahmens (22) und des Drehgestells (24) radial einander gegenüber münden.
  5. Vorrichtung zum mechanischen Behandeln von Papier gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Betriebsstellung des Drehgestells (24) jeder der Ständer (14) des Drehgestells (24) im wesentlichen benachbart zu einem Ständer (16) des Rahmens (22) angeordnet ist und dass die Öffnungen ihrer Aufnahmen (42) jeweils einen Führungsrand aufweisen, der in der Verlängerung eines Führungsrandes der Öffnung des benachbarten Ständers (16) angeordnet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zum mechanischen Behandeln von Papier gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Stellmotor (29) zwischen dem Drehgestell (24) und dem festen Rahmen aufweist, welcher die Schwenkbewegung des Drehgestells (24) steuert.
  7. Verfahren zum Auswechseln von Gravurwalzen einer Vorrichtung zum mechanischen Behandeln von Papier gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    Steuern der Schwenkbewegung des Drehgestells (24) in seine gelöste Position;
    Demontieren der Flansche (36) der Ständer (14) des Drehgestells (24);
    Zurückziehen der ersten Gravurwalze (10) durch Lösen seines Lagerkörpers (30) radial durch die Öffnung ihrer Aufnahmen (42) in den Ständern (14);
    Demontieren der Flansche (36) der Ständer des Rahmens (24);
    Verstellen des Drehgestells (24) in seine Betriebsstellung;
    Zurückziehen der zweiten Gravurwalze (12) durch Lösen seines Lagerkörpers (30) radial durch die Öffnung ihrer Aufnahmen (30) in den Ständern (16).
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Zurückziehen der zweiten Walze (12) diese radial so gelöst wird, dass ihr Lagerkörper (30) aus der Aufnahme des Ständers (16) des Rahmens (12) in diejenige des Ständers (14) des Drehgestells (24) längs der Führungsränder der gegenüberliegenden Öffnungen verbracht wird und dass das Drehgestell (24) ein zweites Mal in seine gelöste Stellung gebracht wird, um die zweite Gravurwalze (12) zurückziehen zu können.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswechsel-Gravurwalzen mit ihren eigenen Lagerkörpern (30) versehen sind.
